By far the worst service I have ever received. I brought my car in for a simple alignment, tire rotation and oil change. I let them have my car all day. The only thing they accomplished was the Oil change and attempting to charge me for work that did not need to be done. I recently had my car inspected three days ago by a mechanic that works mainly on 18 wheeler trucks. He had it up in the air and moved everything around and everything was stiff. He is a family friend and wanted to be sure I would be safe. Now that Noyes has had my car, my front end is loose! When I mentioned this I got the response “there is nothing we could do to cause that” and got a lot of attitude from the gentleman working the counter. I got a chance to speak with the mechanic who worked on my car, who mentioned that I need rear shocks. My car does need fronts, BADLY but somehow he missed this. I assume this is a nice way to generate more money. This shop is very conveniently located to where I work and has treated me good in the past. It’s too bad there was no follow though this time. I will NOT bring any vehicle back to them, I would rather drop it off with someone who won’t make problems worse and pay the extra money to take a cab. I have worked in customer service my whole life and have a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Their attempt to pull one over on me and bully me into spending money that was not needed did not work. I honestly didn’t feel like I should pay for the oil change, but decided that arguing with them wasn’t worth the money I would get back.

Noyes was very easy to work with and made it very convenient for me when I didn't have a car. They dropped me off at work when I dropped my car off and picket me up when it was done. They quoted me 10.5 hours of work; I heard from a family friend that it should only be 8.5 hours of work; Noyes finished in 7. They damaged the axle when trying to replace the differential so that had to be replaced, but apparently that is part of the risk of getting large work done like I had (it's what they told me). When I went in to get my car, they applied all the specials and discounts that I could get without me even bringing it up. I would bring my car back to Noyes in the future.

Transparent, fast as promised, very friendly shuttle service. Dont know what you would expect more. Bought snow tires, got them balanced and aligned (which they showed me afterwards was absolutely necessary). They found an issue with my axle, got that fixed couple of days later exactly at the price they estimated.

Finding Beauty In the Little Things

I've been in customer service for years, and I am appalled at what I have heard and experienced with this business. We brought the car in for an alignment and tire change. The car had been inspected 3 days prior. According to the mechanic that did the inspection, and after putting the car up on a lift, everything was SOUND. After Noyes had it for a day, the work that we asked to be done was not done, and now the car shakes violently and stalls at every intersection. At this point the car isn't safe to drive. When brought back for them to take a look at it again, Noyes wanted to charge a "diagnostic" fee. Bottom line people: STAY AWAY.... through word of mouth you can surely find a better place who will treat you well and give you honest work. Noyes isn't the place.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. My car had a brake pad warning and the first place came to my mind was NOYES. I was their loyal customer since last year. They checked my car and told me that it was going to cost $575 ( labor, parts, tax) and won’t be done for at least 4-5 day’s. I contacted few other places and found out that they can fix it within 2 day’s with much less price. I contacted NOYES and told them that to leave the key inside my car and will come grab the car. The guy who I talked on the phone said that I owe $43.75 because they had to spend half and hr trying to figure out what the car needed (Maint. Cost). In the past 10 years I have never encountered paying a single penny to a auto shop for car diagnosis. I’m not allowing any of my family, friends, colleagues near to this place. Please stay away from this shop. Prices are high, waiting days are long. I bet they will start charging customer for the water some day.

I try to do all of my own work on my cars, but for the few things I can't do, I often use and like Noyes. They've always been friendly, reasonably priced and don't do work without authorization (always a pet peeve of mine!).

Had the interior detailing service done with exterior wax and wash. My ten year old car never looked better. Price was very reasonable considering the obvious amount to time and care that went into it. Even the tires look better than the day I bought them! Definitely using these guys again.

We were traveling and had an unexpected tire problem. Noyes was close to where the problem occurred. Knowing nothing about the area we took a chance that we would get fast and fair service. They were quick, efficient and very accommodating. The price was reasonable and the explanation of cause and solution good. We will recommend them to our relatives that just moved to the area.

Noyes was so wonderful! I got an oil change and detail and they were so fair about prices, not to mention my car looked brand new! Also, my airbag light was on from my detail. They were pretty sure it would go off over night but they were very concerned about me driving to work until it went off so they left me a loner to use for work the following day. The light did indeed go off. Such great service and nice people!

I recently bought a used truck from a dealership that was disclosed as "some cosmetic rust". No big deal, it's VT. Fast forward less than two months later and I'm hearing some awful noise while turning and driving at low speed. Noyes got me in on short notice and let me know what was wrong same day. Turned out to be a much bigger deal and the truck was sold with more than just "some cosmetic rust". Provided me with pictures of the issue and explain what was going on. Spoke with a couple of the guys and they were all very friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be coming back.

If I could give less than one star I would. I used to take my car here because it is walkable to downtown, but no more. I had a headlight that needed replacing, they did it and charged me $40...only to have it go out again in less than a week. I took it back, they again charged me $40 and "fixed" it. Within another couple weeks it was out again, I opened up the hood to investigate and see if I could figure anything out. There were screws and bolts just sitting on top of the light fixture, they charged me for the labor and hadn't even bothered reattach the light covering. I took my car to another shop and they fixed it for a lower price and now months later the light still works and is properly attached!

Contrary to some of the other reviews I have read, Noyes has always provided me with incredible customer service and value for the price. It's not often that I have automotive issues but when I do I always suggest Noyes Auto. At least I know my problem will be taken care of without the trouble of finagling over additional repairs that I would otherwise consider unnecessary. A+!

A friend suggested that I try Noyes because I was having my car serviced by the dealership, and their price for things like oil changes and state inspections were really high. I had my car inspected at the last minute(my inspection had expired), for a price about 30% lower than my normal inspection service station. It was quick(the car passed!!) and they made three excellent observations and suggestion for items I may need to have addressed in the future with quotes, so I have ample time to research these future services. They were also very friendly and helpful above squeezing me in.

I really would not recommend this repair center. They charged $5 more for the state inspection than other locales (it cost $50). When my vehicle failed and I had to repair the issue, they then charged another $10 to re-inspect it - that’s way too expensive. The guys at Noyes also aren’t very honest. They like to add on extra repair work beyond what you asked and charge you for it. For example, when I asked for a tire to be patched, they charged me for new valve stems as well, when the stems weren’t related or necessary for the tire patch.

While driving from Maine to St.Micheal college my 2009 Avalanche broke down with a rear end issues. A week later and some fantastic customer service and another ride back to Vermont my Avalanche was ready as promised. Felt like I went from customer to part of the family as I walked past the garage and the mechanic who worked on my truck greeted me with a huge hello and a detailed explanation as to what went wrong with my truck. Long story short, they are crooks & most of their 5 star reviews are from ppl who don't live in the area or say they are "polite & friendly". I prefer "honest with integrity." When I related my experiences w them to my neighbor, she said, "Let me get this straight. You brought your car there to be fixed and they broke things so that you'd have to bring it back in and spend more money getting those things fixed...That's why [her-son-in-law] stopped working there. He didn't want to have to keep doing that." When I brought my car in for inspection they failed it and said I needed a new front strut at $600. So, I brought it to another shop for inspection. That shop said I needed a new boot at $300, but didn't make a peep about the strut Noyes had failed me for. (My Dad's mechanic looked at my car less than 2000 miles/3 months earlier and said that both items fine for now, but would need to be dealt with eventually.) So, I brought the car back to Noyes and decided to have all $900 worth of work done. (In for a penny, in for a pound.) Then I picked up my car and went on with my life. About 3 weeks later I took my car onto the highway and tried to use the cruise control for the first time since I brought it in. To my dismay, I discovered that the cruise control, which had been working fine when I brought it to Noyes for front end repairs, didn't work AND my car was pulling strongly to the right, despite my having paid for alignment when they replaced the strut. I called Noyes immediately, and told them I would bring it in when I got back from my road trip. THEN, I got to my Dad's and hit my AWD-lock button to approach his driveway, and guess what! That didn't work either, even though it too was working when I brought it in to Noyes. Long story short - It took 4 times of me mentioning the alignment to Cheney Noyes (shop manager) before he said "bring it in". Then we came to a verbal agreement regarding the repair of my cruise control (which I still contend they broke) - one hour of labor at $80 and $90 for the part. When I got my invoice, they'd charged me for 1.5 hours of labor. I tried several times to get Cheney to credit the $40+tax that I was overcharged back to my card. He kept brushing me off. On Friday I went there in person. His Dad, who is still the (owner/big manager?) told me "That's not going to happen." I said, "Just so you know, I'm telling ppl about my experience w your company." To which he responded by yelling, "Get off my property right now, or I'm calling the cops!" So, I spat on the ground and said, "That's what I think of your service." Also, I've warned a few people about them, and I've had several ppl say they already knew that. I asked one person how he knew and he said, "I used to be in the business." They are so bad that ppl in the know, know...

I just got my car back from NOYES and let me be the first to tell you that our experience with NOYES and their staff was AWESOME! I am extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of their team on the customer service front lines. Chaney was great! He went above and beyond my expectations when it came to communication, explaining what causes irregular tire wear, what my options were, and what they were planning to do in order to correct/evaluate this. Typically, going to a mechanic can sometimes be compared to a trip to the dentist. Painful and unpleasant! But your team is definitely a step above the competition. THANK YOU NOYES!!

New to Burlington area and shame on me for not doing my proper research and instead simply brining my Jeep blind in here for a simple inspection. I was told I would need 4 new tires despite them being relatively new. Made me pay the $50 inspection fee just to get my Key back. I went to another much more reputable mechanic and not a thing wrong with the car. Read the reviews, they seem to be pretty liberal on recommending what you need to do to your car. $50 lesson, check the reviews. I also originally posted this and was then threaten via a VM to take it down. Go somewhere else for your auto needs.

I wanted to kill two birds with one stone while in the area after my classes, so I called Noyes to see if they can make it happen. I called at 2:30 and asked if it were possible if they did a tire swap for me, as well as an alignment. They close at 5:30. The rep I talked to said he would call me back because he wanted to check if they had certain tires in stock that he was telling me about. Within 15 minutes, I get a call back saying they didn't have it BUT they did have one set that he described to me and he will drive to the other location to pick them up for me. I said great and we met at the shop at 3:30 which wasn't a big deal because i was travelling from montpelier. I left at around 4:00 after paying, going through the usual things and from when i arrived to when i left through the door, my car was already half way through my tire change! I told them i'd be back to pick it up later, so they left my keys in my car, locked (i had a spare), my invoice, and my results from the alignment. In all honesty, i was asking a lot in the short time they had until close and they really made it happen. Also, from looking through the window in the waiting room, the mechanics were working hard, and together, to get what they said they would get done by the end of the day. The people i talked to at the desk were helpful, informative and alert. I would definitely do business here again, very professional people! 02/27/2014

As a 1st time customer, I was very pleased with the whole experience. From requesting an email quote-for new tires and front struts,... to a prompt and informative response; quick appt time with clear and expected results and clarifications. Once the work was completed, the mechanic, Gary, and Bruce at the front desk let me know that I should return, after so many miles, to have Lug nuts checked for tightness and safety and remind me to return every 6 months for free tire rotations. So professional and friendly. I would recommend!

Called yesterday morning to see about all season tires and an oil change. Much to my delight they fit me in on the same day. Perfect! When I picked my truck up, however, there was grime/grit on the inside door handle, windowsill area, shifter, and steer wheel. I thought it standard practice to protect with a cover or at lease to wipe down a vehicle prior to returning it to the customer. When I got home I had to clean the areas left dirty by a tire changeover and oil change. Also, my tires were not bagged, just put in the back of my truck - which is fine, until I needed to remove them to store them at home.

I recently had a standard front brake job done- pads and rotors were replaced on my 2012 Toyota Tundra. After picking the truck up and reviewing the bill I said there must be some mistake. The bill was about $300 more than I expected. $462 just for the parts - pads and rotors. I paid the bill and immediately went to Bond Auto, Fisher, Advance Auto and the Toyota Dealer. I asked for the best brakes and rotors at each store with printed quotes. As expected, the Toyota Dealer was the most expensive but still almost $200 cheaper in parts. After confronting Noyes and showing them the quotes and pushing back, I did receive a credit back but still not what I expected. I never imagined that a local shop would have the same labor rates as a real dealer and most importantly charge so much more than the dealer for parts. Fisher Auto was almost $300 cheaper in parts. I will say that I have been a loyal customer for years because of the convenience. I can’t in good faith be a customer any longer. We are removing Noyes as a preferred customer from my work, which happens to be one of the largest employers in the state. When I posted my issue on our internal facebook page over 80 coworkers all shared similar stories. Please do not go to Noyes without shopping around first. Convenience obviously comes with a steep price.

Brought my car there today. They quoted me 846.00 for front brakes and said I needed calipers. And I needed back brakes and a tie rod replaced. Brought it to another garage. Just to see.... I never said anything to this place. They mentioned none of the above. Even brought me in and showed me the brakes and measured out the wear. The pads were completely fine and there was nothing wrong with the calipers. And the tie rod had some normal give but the joint was completely intact. Why would you do that. Are you that desperate for money. I’m so disappointed.

We've been taking our vehicles to Noyes for many years, and we've always been satisfied. They are very friendly and helpful. I've always been treated fairly and honestly. I highly recommend them! As a person who runs a tight schedule, I appreciate their prompt shuttle service. Unlike other garages that run scheduled shuttles you have to wait around for, they just take you where you want to go when you're ready! I've rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes for a ride. They're also very close to the bike path, so its an easy ride to wherever you want to go. I highly recommend them!

Last year I went through a nightmare experience dealing with Noyes; explained below. Warning: it's long. 1st, I make an appt to have snow tires put on a set of steelies that I bought on Amazon. I bring the tires & wheels to Noyes on the day of my appointment. They mount & “balance” them, I pay & go on my way. I got on a highway so I could see if there is any shake in the wheel. The moment I hit 45, the steering wheel is shaking a bit & the passenger seat is shaking like a massage chair. The next day, I bring the truck back & explain what’s going on. They take the wheels off & tell me they are going to road-force balance them. They also moved the back wheels to the front as part of this step. So they do, I pay & go on my way again. This time, the steering wheel shakes like mad when I get up over 50. Go back again & explain. Leave the truck there & get a call a few hours later saying 1 of the wheels has a defect & it's impossible to balance. They show me a video of the wheel on the balancing machine & it's wobbling like crazy. I’m annoyed they didn’t notice this the 1st or 2nd time. I bring my stock wheels with summer tires back for them to put on while I deal with returning/exchanging the wheel. I decide that I’ll return the wheels & buy new steelies from Noyes. I schedule another appointment (#4) & explain that I want to buy steelies from them & just start this process over. They can’t get the typical black steelies but tell me they can get the steel wheels that come from an SR trim line (aka Toyota factory wheels). I agree, pay & schedule another appointment for after the wheels are delivered in a couple days. I bring the truck back to get the new steelies & my tires put on (5th time at Noyes). They mount the tires & attempt to put them on the truck. I get a call saying that the hub hole is too small (eg the wheel won’t fit over the hubs). These wheels were supposed to be Toyota manufactured, so this makes no sense to me. I’m obviously frustrated. They say they can send the wheels to a machine shop to have the hole bored out a bit so it’ll fit perfect. Before agreeing, I do some research & find out there is a specialized machine for doing this. I figure that’s how it’ll be handled so I agree. The wheels are sent out & when they come back, it’s obvious that no specialized tool was used. They just took a grinder to the hub hole & absolutely butchered the wheels. The hub holes are now all out of whack, not a circle anymore & way too big. They made hub-centric wheels into lug-centric. Needless to say, this caused another round of issues. I go back for the 6th time. They mount & "balance", put them on the truck & tell me it's all set. I pay, AGAIN, then go on my way. I get on the highway & sure enough, the steering wheel is shaking again. I call them to explain & they tell me to come in the next day. I show up for the 7th time & explain again that the steering wheel is shaking. They try to convince me that it’s because i'm going from smoother summer tires to more aggressive winter tires. No; I’m not buying that. I say I want them balanced again. So they do, & charge me again. I leave, take the truck on the highway again & what do you know? Steering wheel still shakes. At this point I’m pissed & completely done with Noyes. The wheels will never balanced correctly since they aren’t hub-centric anymore. I deal with the little shake for the winter & come spring, have my stock wheels put back on by a different shop. Truck is back to driving smooth. So this year I buy a set of OEM steelies from the dealership to ensure they are right. The shop took the winter tires from the butchered steelies & put them on the OEM steelies. Mount, balance & send me on my way. I get on the highway. 50 – no shake, 60 – no shake, 70 – no shake, 80 – no shake. Smooth as butter. Needless to say, I’ll never go back to Noyes. What an absolutely horrendous experience. I was unable to figure out what was wrong with the tires of my car because they kept deflating quite frequently and despite having them checked for punctures, I had no idea what was wrong. I’m a car geek and know the common problems with tires and how to identify them but this one had surprised me too. I have to admit that I don’t trust any mechanics and am more of do it yourself. However I had tried everything and was unable to figure out the problem. That’s when my boss told me about Noyes. I went there hesitantly but was completely won over. As it turned out that the insides of my tires had huge cuts in them that were caused by a nail whizzing around in the tire cavity. It was strange because I had never heard of something like this before but it turns out that somehow it did. I just loved the simplicity that these guys demonstrated during my time there. It was an amazing experience.

Brought my wife's Saab 9-3 in last year for an alignment, she gets worked up when it pulls one way or the other. I dropped it off the night before right at closing, told them it was ok if it spent the night outside as they had the key. When I stopped to pick it up, they had charged me waaay to much for the alignment, and had the nerve to charge me for an extra hour of labor "because we had to chip ice off the rear wheels". Not sure what my rear has to do an alignment, or why they couldn't blast it for 15 minutes with a heater. Anyway, she was convinced that they didn't do anything, so we brought the car to Sears the next week. They did an alignment that included a computer report, and told us that sure enough, it was way off. Noyes sucks. The only positive reviews on here are their employees.

Being an out of state customer, I took a car to be checked for various problems prior to a trip back to Pa. Noyes was very accommodating to me, diagnosed the issues and repaired them along with numerous phone calls, pictures of problems which I have never had done from a garage before and explanations of everything. STAY AWAY. I just wanted to get my rear brake pads replaced and they tried telling me I needed everything replaced including my parking break system. So, after receiving a quote for $2,200.00 I brought my car to Duncan's Automotive and they replaced them for $115.00 without any hassle. They told me my rotors were fine and my pads had more life left then Noyes told me. I really hate liars, especially ones trying to steal money from me. Yeah, great customer service because they want to butter you up and make you feel like they are your buddy, so they can RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!! Thanks for the reality check Noyes.

My visit was on Thrusday 03/16/17....When I got there I the gentleman that helped me was so nice. I simply told him there was something wrong and the guys in the shop brought it in right away. They had a comfy sitting area to wait while the guys looked at my vehicle. I could actually see them working on it. They have big windows to watch what's going on. I especially liked that. At one point a guy from the shop asked me if I wanted to take a look, and I absolutely did. He brought me out and showed me what was wrong. I'm not a mechanic by any means but it feels good to know what's wrong with my vehicle, and that maybe they can fix it. So I went back the the waiting area. Katie came out and gave me the estimate and I was a little freaked out because I had some of it but not all of the money for the repair. I went to sit back down to figure out what I could do. Katie told me that they didn't have the part but that one of their guys had go to the auto part store to get a piece they thought would work. Well I took a nap and when I woke up Katie told me I was all set that they fixed my car!!! I was so excited they were able to fix it! The best part was that what I actually paid far lar less than their original estimate to actually fix it. I didn't, but oh boy, did I want to jump up and down. Words still can't express the appreciation I have for what they did. And I feel it happened so fast. I brought it in just after noon and I had to have been out of there by 4pm. I consider that fast work. And it's nice to have the heat working again. Thank you to everyone involved with fixing my car that day. You're the BEST!!!

I am appalled at what Noyes charged me for the auto parts. I had my 2004 Camry starter and air/fuel ratio sensor replaced at Noyes. Not knowing the actual cost of the parts, I paid the bill and went home. When I searched for the cost of the parts on the internet, this is what I found. Noyes charged me $245 for the starter ( not including labor ) while the most expensive starter I can find online is $100. Noyes charged me $338 ( not including labor ) for air/fuel ratio sensor while the most expensive one I can find online is $150. I am very unhappy about being over charged by Noyes.

I face problems with my air conditioning system every summer because I have it serviced but somehow it doesn’t perform as well as I expect it to. The entire season is just spent in a lot of sweat and curse words. I went with my brother to Noyes this time. Although I didn’t have my car the first time around but I brought it to them for an air-conditioning repair and joy of joys has this been the greatest summer in the history of summers. They provide a number of services that cater to almost all major issues that car owners face and they do it exceptionally well. They gave my car’s AC a thorough service and inspection, fixed all the tiny bits and pieces, repaired any leaks that they found and all that at a very reasonable price. I was just overwhelmed when I switched that cooling system on this year. Loving Noyes!

Went here to get an estimate of the cost to have my exhaust manifold repaired and/or replaced. Dropped it off and all seemed well, until I received the call with the diagnosis. Both manifolds "needed" to be replaced, and the quote was for 9 hours to do that, which seemed high for hours, and the price would be $1,350ish. I decided this deserved a second opinion, so I went to pick up my truck, only to find out it would be $38 for the quote on this service (which i assumed would be free, as quotes like this normally are, my bad for not asking ahead of time and assuming). While driving out of the parking lot, my truck was squeaking, which it hadn't done before, so I stop before pulling out of the parking lot and check to see if my e-brake is stuck or something, however when I put the e-brake on, the pedal went to the floor, no e-brake at all. Note that I have used this e-brake every time I have parked the truck for the past two years since I bought the truck and have never had a problem (actually has worked better than any e-brake on any vehicle I have ever had). Not exactly blaming Noyes for this, however it does seem like very odd timing for the e-brake to "stop" working, kind of one of those things that makes you wonder. I will note that they did come out and re-attach the cable, which apparently had come undone, but again, just makes you wonder. So, I brought the truck to another place (Burlington Muffler & Brake) and they seemed very honest, and did not charge for the quote. They looked at it, said that only one of the manifolds needs replacing, and quoted me $350, LESS than a THOUSAND dollars than Noyes wanted (note that this ended up costing me $380 once the work was done, and my truck was quiet again and good to go). Additionally, they suggested I get them to replace my tie rod ends (which I had looked at from another mechanic who said they had almost no play and did not need to be changed at this time to be safe and have the truck operate properly, note that this mechanic was my father who would never tell me anything that wasn't safe for myself, my wife, or my two children to ride in the truck, i highly respect his opinion on vehicle issues as he was a mechanic for 35 years) and get the differential fluids changed, both of which are easy jobs which most likely do not need to be done at this time but would have allowed them to make some easy money. In the end, I question whether or not Noyes is completely honest and just want to get your vehicle going, or if they are more of a "jiffy lube" mentality where they want to sell you on as many things as possible, some of which aren't needed for your vehicle to continue running. I would not recommend going to Noyes for service type of work, they might be fine for tires if you can get a better deal on them through Noyes, I have not used this service at Noyes so can't say 100%, but I would recommend going elsewhere for your vehicle maintenance! Just my 2 cents, I will not be going back! (ADDITIONAL NOTE: go onto yelp's review page to get more reviews, note that you have to click on the "un-recommended reviews" at the bottom of the page to get the true reviews as I am guessing someone pay's yelp not to put negative reviews on the main page that feeds into their overall star/rating).

Service at Noyes seems somewhat pricey but I keep going back because of convenience, good service, and my sense that they are honest, which is particularly important to me given my ignorance of all things mechanic. There have been several mistakes on the invoices/bills that I have received but none that made me suspicious of anything underhanded.

I work right down the street so they are convenient to me, but I was hesitant based on the reviews. I just needed my winter tires put on but was also do for inspection and oil change. At first I was a bit put off upon entry, but that settled and my desk experience was good. I asked for the price to install them and was given about what I expected. I did not ask for the inspection or oil change because I wanted to see how they handled it. I got a call a couple hours later and said hey we noticed your stickers were out of date, I asked for quote on oil change and it was fair so had them do that. My airbag light was on and she mentioned that, I knew it had to be fixed before inspection so I declined the high cost to diagnose. Overall, fair price quick work and nothing unexpected.

If I could give less than one star I would. I use to bring my car to Noyes years ago and quickly suspected that I was consistently being over charged and whenever I would pick up my car shortly afterward something would "break" within days to the point that I began to feel that something was going on. I stopped going there due to what felt like fairly dubious ethics and amazingly my car stopped having so many "problems." Well, several years passed and because Noyes is within walking distance to my home and amazingly had good reviews I decided to give them another go for something super simple, a winter to summer tire change over. I phoned and inquired about the cost and was quoted $69. A bit higher than a few other places but because I could walk home and back the extra few dollars were worth it. What could go wrong with a tire change over right?? I dropped my car off and was told to pick it up by 3:00. At 2:30 I received a call saying that because my tires were new and had been purchased on line the change over fee was $109. Had I purchased my tires there or had the tires been purchased somewhere else (even on line) but had been used the cost would have been $69. I said that was NOT the price quoted but was absolutely stonewalled with that price and of course there was no manager on duty that day. I said to put my old tires back on - they had not been changed out at that point anyway- and I picked up my car. After all these years I decided to give Noyes a 2nd chance and this is what happened. I will NEVER again bring my car there and will encourage everyone that I know to avoid this business. Their name spells NoYes I will tell everyone "just say NO to Noyes!"

DO NOT GO HERE. They overcharge by about twice the going price for any service you could get at any other shop. This place charged $85 to do an oil change. This is a joke right? NOPE. $55 for 5qts of synthetic oil? Seriously? I can get this for $25 at home depot, which means they get it for like $12, 400% upcharge on oil? What a ripoff. Not to mention $35 for labor to do an oil change? Most places charge $35 for a full oil change, get out of here. The employees are nice, they like to distract you from the reason their prices are so high though, so don't let them sell you on ANYTHING. Unless you know the work you need done, and are willing to pay way too much ,avoid.

Here is another poor review from a brake job. I so wish I had read these reviews before I took my car in. I had a noise in my brakes, so I had it checked out. I received a text message to look at pictures and to call them. I looked, and no pictures, but told my brakes needed pads, rotors, etc.. Being as I needed my car back I had the work done. I paid, and asked about the front brakes, since they replaced the back. I was given a lengthy story about brakes in general, that rotors aren't as thick anymore, since manufacturers are shrinking them down for better fuel economy. I'm told they never replace just pads anymore, and that they haven't used their lathe in years.. Oh, and my front brakes will probably need to be done before years end. Unfortunately, I didn't get to even see my rotors to try and justify replacing, and I have no idea what aftermarket rotors they were replaced with (not specified on the bill, so who knows?) Oh, did I mention - I still have noise in my front brakes? I'll look around as others have posted here.

Made an appointment to get tires replaced. I figured I'd wait but when I got there first thing on Saturday morning, she said I would drop it for the day. Not a question. When I said I needed it earlier, she offered up noon. I returned at noon and the car hadn't been touched. When I asked for my keys back, I got no apology or explanation. Just asked if I still wanted my tires done. She didn't seem to care one way or the other. I will never return here based on this poor customer service. If they don't care whether they have my business, I don't care to give it to them.

I purchased winter tires and had them installed at Noyes and they also did an undercoating. They call to alert you of any other problems with your car and provide options for resolving those problems. They also serviced my battery and did an alignment and everything is great so far! I used the shuttle to get back to pick my car up and they ran a little late, but when I called to explain my situation with work responsibilities they were INCREDIBLY accommodating and made sure I was able to get my car as quickly as possible. I made it on time!

I have taken my car to Noyes several times, mainly for winter tire changeovers, inspections and the like. Most recently I took it there (next day service was available) for them to look at my over-worn and loud tires. I feel that the quote and diagnosis (new rear tires, weak shocks, alignment needed- thank goodness since one tire was on it's last lef) I was given was fair and a good value. The service is always very friendly, organized, and prompt- the staff at Noyes seems to try to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. Above all else, I think that is why I'm a return customer! The location is very convenient to where I work and they have a shuttle service that makes dropping off your car for the day very easy. They always try to work with your schedule, even staying open after hours at times. Again, really genuine nice people to work with!

I have an RV rental business and since I’ve recently come into this field I don’t have much experience in maintaining RVs and their relevant costs. It is a risk and I couldn’t afford trying someone new for the job. I came across Noyes during a random search on the internet and one of my friends had left a positive review on their site so I decided to give them a go. Long story short, they have had the maintenance responsibilities of my entire fleet ever since and they do such a good job and I tell all my consumers to go to them for any vehicle related problems that they might have. They have state of the art equipment and unlike many mechanics out there, treat your cars with care and assure that they are returned in the exact same shape as they were delivered, no lifting damages, no paint scrapes or anything of the sort.
