I had a flat in the area. They took a while fir service to be completed. It was pricey but I was told in a new methold with lifetime warranty. I live in NYC how guess I'll find out sooner orvlater. Their waiting room has wi-fi and AC!

It took 3 hours to get snow tires put on. Got my state inspection there 3 weeks, and not only did they light fireworks INSIDE while working on my car, but afterwards the rear window did not work (no prior issues.) They refused to fix it, claiming the motor was broken. I had been happy with their service before, but after this, NO WAY.

We were staying at Smuggler's Notch Resort when our "check tire pressure" alert came on. So we asked at the desk where we should take the car and the manager said "Notch Road Auto Repair" so I called and was quickly given an appointment. We were taken on time and the issue was resolved. The technicians were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Notch Road Auto Repair!

After a nice weekend at Smuggler's Notch Resort, I was driving my knackered old Saab sedan out of town when *POP*....my radiator hosepipe burst apart from the subzero temperatures. After waiting on hold with AAA for entirely too long (was blocking traffic and temp was falling), I searched and found Notch Road Auto Repair, who sent a flatbed within twenty minutes. After confirming that it was indeed my hosepipe, Dan, the rather professional owner, informed me that the soonest replacement part would be available upon their regular delivery the next day. I was able to book an additional night in my hotel in Jeffersonville and one of his mechanics was even kind enough to give me a ride back into town for the night. By the next day, the hosepipe was repaired and between the tow, th part, and the installation, for a very reasonable cost. Notch Road Auto Repair is a top-level repair garage, from their expert services to their well-stocked Keurig machine. You could not ask for a better place to need emergency service.

I do know a lot about vehicles. I have worked on the my whole life. When I was on vacation with my family in Smuggs and my brakes started to grind very bad. I did know that they where close to being replace befor I left. I went to notch road auto on rt 108. And the man I believe his name was mike. They took it right in diagnosed the back brakes and repaired them for a very reasonable price. I thought of doing it myself but I didn't have my tools. I would rate this garage with a very high review. Thanks again notch auto.

You won't find a nicer shop around, the mechanics are TOP NOTCH, friendly, willing to explain things and give you a deal. I would drive across states to come here, they have towed a totaled truck for me, found illegal compression brake fittings for my boyfriend, and saved us many a headache, I even bring my dogs. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!

We have been using this shop for years. Always friendly and more importantly they actually fix the car. Recently they helped fix an insurance repair that the body shop missed months ago and the dealership could not diagnose. They worked hard to find the problem and did not dismiss me when I persisted that there really was a noise. They coordinated with the insurance people from a claim that was filed many months before. Which I was very thankful for as I realize this was an additional step that they did not really have to do.
