I brought my car in for an oil change. Since the oil drain plug was stripped, it supposedly took 2 hours of labor to "take out a stripped oil plug" and to "look for a filter that would fit" I got stuck with a $200 bill to change my oil. When asked, the owner said he was doing it by the book and he wouldn't reduce my bill. Stay away from this place....they do their best to find extras and stick you with the bill. They can't be trusted and shouldn't be....go anywhere else. Not to mention, they smoke cigarettes in the office which is definitely health code violation.

Got our Mini Cooper worked on and they had to use a key for the locking lug nuts. They used a impact wrench which is not supposed to be used. The impact wrench stripped the key on the first three tires since your not supposed to use it so now we have to buy a new key. They they charged us for the labor to drill out the forth tire, and scratched the expensive rim! Ridiculous! BEWARE! You
