You get a feeling when you walk into their business that these people are going to take care of you and fix your car the right way the first time... and that it's not going to cost you more than the estimate they give you. Having the use of a loaner car while my car was being repaired made it all the better. That's why I've been going back there for service and repairs for years.

Todd and the crew at Greene's found the parts and did the whole job for what I was expecting the parts to cost. Thanks for keeping the old Ranger on the road guys, hard to find a good mechanic when you are far from home — but Greene's more than qualifies. I was blown away by the price (in a good way!) I would have no reservations taking your car here if you HAPPEN to break down on the way to Mount Snow (like I did!).

An excellent mechanic with vast knowledge and wonderful customer service. I had my serpentine belt break on my way home to MIchigan from Vermont on a Sunday evening. They were able to evaluate my car first thing Monday morning and did everything they could to get a replacement belt to the shop ASAP and I made it back to Michigan without an ounce of trouble by Monday night. My only wish is that they were in Michigan so I could use them for all of my car troubles.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My car broke down a few miles down the road, and the nice gentlemen who helped me out recommended going to Greene's. I showed up with no appt, and they did their best to accommodate my repairs. They didn't have my parts in stock, but called around to other local shops to have them delivered. Due to no fault of theirs, it took a few hours to get the parts and fix my car. They offered free WiFi, coffee, water, and even offered to buy me lunch! Todd was amazing and answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the day. On top of that, the prices were very fair. A big thank you to the staff of Greene's!

If everyone were like these guys, the world would be a better place. We blew out two tires in a massive pothole. They were just fantastic about getting EXACTLY the same tires for our car. Todd even called a couple of times to make sure we were satisfied. This is the ONLY place my family will go in Wilmington from now on!!!
