I usually don’t do this but I drove from Connecticut to buy a car 4 hour ride and was told that the car went through a full inspection when I got there open the hood car had no fluids the coolant was below the minimum line received paper work from inspection that the service department at goss dodge went over and said most of the list past besides the glass the brakes was bad but the goss dodge service department said they where good just poor customer service and also poor service department can’t believe they would let the car pass when in that condition and was lied to about the car and worst car shopping experience ever car was dirty not even detailed as promised

Don't trust Goss Dodge!! They will sell you a used vehicle and give you a check list saying they checked it out but when you get it home and find problems, even safety problems, they WILL NOT fix these problems or reimburse you for the cost to have them fixed!! Do not trust them!!

I just bought a 2013 grand caravan from goss dodge in shelburne VT signed the sales agreement at6 pm on Halloween night and was home in time to take the kids trick or treating. Will Ferguson was the salesman absolutely awesome and not what you would expect from a salesman.at least not what I expected anyway. The whole sales team and service department were nothing short of miraculous. I can't say how refreshing it was to deal with the people here . I helped my mother in law buy a car at a dealership up the road and I can tell you I would rather pull my own teeth before going to the "competition" if you can call them that.it took less than 2 hours to get the car detailed,papers signed, and get me and my family back on the road. Amazing team work thank you guys

I had been thinking of trading my car in for a newer model but had a very specific replacement type in mind. I got on Google one night and lo and behold, the exact used vehicle I had been waiting for was in their lot. Better yet it was extremely low mileage and from Florida. Who would have thought a Dodge dealership would have the Subaru I wanted. Although at first I felt they were asking too much, my salesperson Wayne Brown got the price down enough that I was willing to reconsider. The dealer system needs some updates like statistics for parts needed. I pickup in counter frustration, because dealer obviosly does not offer part counter statistics. Sorry, I do not mean to be nosy. I have chatted with a few newcomers and boss in cab a few times a while back. Most younger workers just wanted to make the grade of most common expectations. That should not effect counter relations for (i bring my own parts) service person. He and I appreciate streamlined service options. Plus mayne just a LOOK AT aftermarket part options. Hint: i order rockauto premium parts to save on expensive quick order and overpriced parts at Dodge dealership. Sorry for the delay, I just wanted it done right, and in a casual manner....

I will ONLY buy a Dodge/Chrysler caravan from now on. The Dodge Minivan saved my 9 year olds life. I was hesitant to get into another Dodge Grand Caravan when I bought my last car. But I was working with a wonderful sales rep, Vince and his manager Peter, and they managed to put my family in a wonderful 2016 Caravan. 2 years later my nine-year-old and I were hit T-boned by a driver who ran a red light going 35 miles per hour. If we were in any other vehicle the impact would have crushed my son. But because of the engineering and design I have renewed confidence and awe at the fact that we were able to walk away from the accident. Because of how wonderful the Caravan stood up to the scary incident I have quite a number of friends who are switching to a Dodge Caravan.

Went there to get an oil change, and they actually forgot to perform this service when I went to pick up the car the next day. BUT while I was there waiting as they changed the oil, I was talking with Jeffrey Smith, body shop manager. I had a ding on my driverside door from someone opening their door into mine in a parking lot. This happened when I first bought my new truck. Because of the trouble I had to go through waiting an hour plus for my oil to get changed. Jeff offered to take car of the ding for me free of charge. They did a great job and am super happy with the outcome.

I am Dissatisfied with the service to department I do not live in the area it is very hard for me to get in there during open hours I bought the truck they’re brand new The bumper was defective on the truck and they changed it at one appointment speedometer was not reading correct speed call the service department made an appointment brought it in Apparently they don’t have the right tool to fix it Is what I was told on the phone Kind of irritated with wasting my time I said screw it I’ll just leave the speedometer not reading right I could only get there to pick up the truck at night because of my job and pick the truck up with my spare key Thinking they may call me or mail it to me Or I would just grab it on the next service but I have very little time for servicing a brand new truck That should not be in the service department to begin with about a year later I bring my truck in for 4 ,recall services I also asked about my key that they never gave back and they could not find it And would not replace it Which is fine with me I will not be doing business there anymore

My wife and I had been in the market for a new truck. We took a look at the 2017 RAM Rebel. Our salesmen Will was great at showing off its features and getting our paperwork done while we had looked at the Rebel! We loved the truck but they couldn't get us out of our current lease to put us within a reasonable payment. I didn't think we had been to far off to make a deal but it's still in the air at the moment. UPDATE: For some odd reason all of the communication had gone south after we had left the dealership. Will didn't return phone calls or emails. It may have been for the best anyways. We ended up with a 2017 Tundra from across the street. This was after 3 weeks of almost complete silents. We only sent in a few questions and we had been less than a $100 apart in terms of the payment. In any case we are happy with the 2017 Toyota Tundra TRD. It ended up being a better buy in the end. Either way Goss has a communication issue to work through. In person they had been great to deal with.

Bought my Ram from Goss in June of 2017, and was initially pleased with the purchase. Unfortunately, their ongoing service left a whole lot to be desired. In Novermber of 2017, I dropped my truck off to purchase snow tires and have them installed. When I returned to pick up the truck 8 hours later, it was still in the same parking spot and no snow tires were installed. I was told by the girl working there that "they were having difficulties with their tire machine", and that I could reschedule. The earliest appointment that they had was three weeks away, so I took it to the Sears tire center instead. In April 2018, I brought the truck to get the tires changed back to my summer set. I waited. An hour later, they told me my truck was finished. The oil change I hadn't requested was done, but sadly, the winter tires were still on it and the summer tires still in the back of the truck. Fortunately, their tire machine was "working" this time and they knocked that right out. Fast forward to November 2018...I dropped my truck off at 8:30 to have the snow tires installed and have three safety recalls taken care of. I was told the truck would be done by 2. At 3:30, as I was pulling into the lot, my phone rang. Surprise surprise, the tire machine was broken again. As I was already there, I decided to come right in and continue the conversation in person. Not only were the tires not done, but none of the safety recalls were taken care of either. I asked about that, and was told that they didn't want to do anything if they couldn't do the tires. I'm still a bit confused about this, as I'd think the dealership would want to assure I'm not driving a vehicle with emergency recalls around for another week, I had an appointment scheduled, and the car was right on their lot for the bulk of a day. I guess Goss doesn't really care if it's not a repair I'm paying for, though. Frankly, I don't think it's possible to be less impressed with the service department at Goss. Fortunately, there are other Dodge dealerships in the area, and one of them just found a new customer. I won't be giving Goss another dollar of my money at any point in the future, and I suggest that you don't either. They don't deserve it.

...so far so good. the sales experience was great! My sales person, Steven LeClair, was responsive, fair and forthright...witty too! He (and they) went above and beyond even post transaction doing things they didn't have to. Overall a very good vibe from the dealer...so far! When asking yourself who should I talk to about buying a vehicle the answer is NOEL LIDDY!! Our experience with Noel Liddy was one of the best experiences we have had at any dealership. Although I didn’t really have a horrible experience with any of the staff, they were quite nice actually, I can’t give more than 3 stars. I took my truck in for an air bag recall and a state inspection. One of my belts, which I thought to be my serpentine belt had been squealing for months so I figured I’d have them change it. When the woman called to tell me it was the serpentine belt, she quoted me a total bill of $220.00. $49 for inspection, $170.00 for parts and labor to change the belt. I opted to not get the belt fixed seeings how it is a $20 dollar part, which meant I was going to get charged $150.00 in labor to change the belt. This, especially for a professional is a 5-10 min change at max. I was able to youtube how to change it and got it done with an extra hand in 10 minutes. Truly just a ridiculously large amount of money for a job like that. Unless the job is covered under my warranty I likely won’t take the truck back there.

We had some time, so we decided to check out Goss Dodge Chrysler before we headed out to our dinner reservation a couple hours later. I found the Jeep I wanted, so figured it wouldn't hurt to ask someone some questions. We ended up working with Will who was EXCELLENT at giving us all of the details about the car, answering ANY questions we had while doing so in a timely manor (he didn't want us to be late for date night) and being genuine and very friendly. I have been looking for a nice pre-owned Chrysler 300 for a while. When I saw the one that interested me on their web-site I contacted them via telephone and email. I was able to complete the entire sale prior to even going to the dealership. The finance department was fantastic! Upon providing them with all the information Kyle needed I received the approvals for exactly what I was quoted over the phone via email. The day I scheduled to pick up the car and sign the paper work was even easier. I showed up at the dealership and the car was parked out front. Wow it was even nicer than I thought. They insisted I take it on an test drive. OK that was easy. It took all of 30 minutes to sign the paperwork drive away with my new Certified Pre-Owned Chrysler 300. My car was in for a diagnostic scan. I spent 40 minutes walking the lot. NO ONE came out to ask if I wanted to test drive something. I was interested. Although I love my car, it's 13 years old. I then walked into the commercial building because the Dodge Ram I like is in there. Several staff walked by me and didn't even say "hello"! In fact, they didn't even look my way. I guess the fact that I've purchased my last 4 or 5 vehicles here matters not. The service department throws their garbage in my car. They broke a piece in my car and didn't have the courage to tell me. They WERE WILLING to charge me to replace it, though! In the end, they did replace it for free. Good of them to leave the broken tool in my car, which proved they broke it! There are multiple car dealerships in this area. I don't understand their business model. They should treat customers a whole lot better! I'd give them 0 stars, if I could.

The best Dodge service dept. could do was offer me an appointment for 8 days from now or I'm welcome to drop the car off and pick it up every day in hopes one of the days someone has time. In case you haven't noticed its WINTER IN Vermont. Heat is a necessity the time of year- it’s been below ZERO. From one Human to another- No compassion?? Send me away for 8 days knowing there is NO HEAT, knowing its winter and we are in the middle of an extreme cold snap. NOT ONE person is available for 8 days????. I don't feel its reasonable to expect a customer to wait 8 days to have heat fixed in the middle of the WINTER or to have to play the drop off game until someone is available. Given these circumstances I am disheartened Dodge did not feel it was necessary to prioritize something essential like HEAT IN THE WINTER for their customers- A leasing customer. No alternative like, I don't know, maybe another car WITH heat until they had time???? Nope just keep driving in the extreme cold with no heat- fogged windows-real safe. I have a 45-60 minute commute to work ONE WAY. The response from the girl at the counter..."Sorry I don't know what to tell you. We have a garage full of cars that don't run at all”, insinuating my issue was not as important because the car still is drivable. Tell that to my kids when they freeze for the next 8 days. What a terrible experience we had. Drove 3 hours each way to this dealership. My daughter had planned ahead and contacted the dealership and set up a scheduled appointment for a test drive. When we arrived our salesman was busy with another customer but told us to take the vehicle for a ride. We did this and there were obvious problems. Loud noise coming from the driver side back rear like a wheel bearing, e brake didn’t work, chipped windshield, and when we popped the hood there was a dead mouse on the alternator and the air box was full of acorns. This just indicates the mechanics hadn’t been through the vehicle in quite some time. Our salesman was still busy with another customer so he turned us over to a colleague. At first I thought this was good service. However this second sales person was condescending to my daughter and obviously didn’t want to work with us. We offered 2k less than asking price due to the issues we had discovered. He laughed at us. Didn’t want to test drive with us to hear the noise. Maybe because it was 0 degrees out. He came back with an offer $300 less! Really? He said that was the lowest they could do and when buying an older car it will have issues. Hmmmm. A week later this same vehicle is now listed $200 less then price he offered us. Maybe someone finally drove it. 6 hours in the car for nothing. My guess is the second salesperson wouldn’t of received a commission so he was not invested in the sale. Poor customer service knowing we were driving 3 hours and not having the salesperson available that my daughter had been communicating with. Overall very disappointing experience.

I was looking at trading my 2015 WRX For a clean 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 big horn. Simple and easy process which we had come to terms on pricing that I was okay with. Four hours later.... “Sorry we can’t find a bank to take over a loan for you because of your credit score”... To be completely clear my credit score was 722 as checked when I walked out there doors. I was offering up $6,000++ for a down payment. Complete waste of time. To them you are a number, and to be honest I tried to get the most out of my trade and they were squeezing me dry of profit from my trade. They only care about making money. This is my experience. Just sharing what happened with me.

I took my van to GOSS DODGE for a transmission (scan) diagnosis. They charged me $460 for a so called "professional" (scan) diagnosis and to replace one wire. To "scan" a vehicle this process takes approximately 5 minutes to plug a wire into socket under the dash and look at your scan reader, ten minutes if you never did it before! They gave me the run around and just wanted my money. I asked Goss Dodge a number of times for paper work to get the proper "codes" results. In the end I never did received a honest report. I know this because I have an inexpensive consumer level "scanner" $39. It gave me 6 faults. This scan was done right before I walked into Goss Dodge. In the end Goss Dodge wanted to charge $1800 to $3600 for the transmission repair. As they were not sure what the problem was. This is not 1980 when you can deceive or not tell the whole truth about the issue. Now in 2019 the customer is more informed due to the internet. This is not 1980 where you can scam a customer. This attitude is backwords thinking and will not get repeat business. This day and age its hard to find someone honest that you can trust. I will NEVER go back to Goss Dodge. Please read the 30 negative reviews for Goss Dodge to date. So I went back to the guys at AAMCO Transmission on IDX Dr. They are professional, friendly and fair. They charged $460 to fix the transmission problem. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They truly want to help you and make it right. That how a business needs to run in 2019. I want to thank Nick the owner of AAMCO in So. Burlington and technician Kevin for working on my van. They went above and beyond to fix my transmission. Ed

I had Hondas and Toyotas since I started driving and so did my parents, but I just couldn't swallow the mark-up even on them used. We got a 2017 CPO (7yr, 100k warrenty!) Dodge Grand Caravan SXT for for the same cost as a base model Honda that was 3 years older. I'm 6'-6" tall and sat in all the vans (Sienna, Odyssey, Grand Caravan, Pacifica, Sorento) and the Dodge/Chrysler brands had the most room for me and still plenty of room in the back for my kids. Vince Dober was a great salesman. There was no pressure. There was very little agenda. he just showed us both the Odyssey and the GC and pointed out the pros and cons on both. He let us decide without much influence and just gave us the info we asked for so we could decide. They will try HARD to sell you an extended bumper to bumper warranty which didn't really come up until the end of our pricing discussions. We got it, but didn't know about it until later. They could bring it up sooner (in my opinion). Everything else was very upfront. He sent me history reports ahead of time so I could look them over and ask questions. If he didn't know, he said, "I don't know" instead of making up some ridiculous answer like I've gotten in the past. The people we dealt with seemed like normal guys.

I bought my truck, new from Goss in 2011 and have used the dealership for everything from oil changes to major work. The people there are very knowledgeable and respectful to customers. I've learned through experience that it is cheaper to have trained technicians repair my vehicle in short order at a premium labor rate, than it is to have the small shop down the road throw parts at a problem all day at a lower labor rate. I have never been disappointed in the service I've received from Goss.

The service department has been great, but we have only had to use their service department a couple of times as our Dodge vehicles have been great and very dependable!
