We have all the opinions of people like you who are purchasing the services and products of Costco Wholesale (Tires) near to the state of Vermont.
At this moment this firm gets a rating of 4.5 stars over 5 and that rating has been calculated on 2037 reviews.
You must have seen that the average of ratings is basically the highest, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we can think that the score is very credible. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they are pleased, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to put evaluations when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Tires corresponds to the category of Warehouse store.
Amazing. Their staff make the whole experience even better
Good place to shop, it was busy on a Sunday morning. Will be nice when they get their gas pumps open!
A snow storm was predicted for the next day, and my husband and I stooped on the way home to pick up a "few" items. A "few" is really a full shopping cart, we were all there at one time or another. Every register was open and staffed by pleasant, and efficient cashiers. We were done in less then an hour. Now that is paying attention to the needs of your customers.
Favorite store ever!!! Great deals on bulk items!!
Love everything about this place!
Sometimes very busy, but a great selection and great prices.
Place is a great place to shop. Always busy. Prices are great. Ppl work very hard there. They are always so nice. Always spend 100 bucks or more
Very expensive compared to the Costcos in Canada
Always find interesting items when I shop at Costco. It isn't just shopping, it's an adventure.
Can't beat how fast a movie through the checkout lines!
Great prices! I love their rotisserie chicken.
We love this place!! Super busy on Saturdays, but the kind service and great products are worth the wait in line.
You like huge quantities of everyday items? Of course you do. Costco is great for deals on every things we use in larger amounts. I love getting Vermont Coffee and King Arthur Flour there. Baking needs taken care of in bulk. Rotisserie chickens on the cheap too. What's not to like is how it is busy all the time. Get in before the crowds and it's not bad, but oh boy do the lines get long sometimes.
This place is always busy but the staff remain calm and helpful. Now if only they could turn their gas pumps on...
It's your nice, average hometown Costco to spend a Saturday afternoon at. The crowds do get pretty big, but the lines at the registers move surprisingly faster for a wholesale club.
It is worth the trip just for the food - court!. The best staff of any retail store I have ever bin in . No matter how busy the store is they are helpful an friendly .
Best selection and the $1.50
Got real good deals if ya know what to look for with coupons and sells.. unfortunately as a former worker there...the managers are working the place very poorly...very badly..around 40 people quit do to it and the others are planning a staged walk out...from my experience being there, it will be like this for another 3 years...o...seeing how the store manager will be reading this...stop be a a hole...power trips just because your brother got ya job will cost you the job...that everyone wants..over and out as I cant ypu bad words with this...peace...
I wish VT could build 2 more! The place is always packed
Big typical Costco store.
I love Costco! They not only have fresh fruits and veggies and good quality meat but they also have amazing grills among other things. I bought this charcoal grill for my husband for $200 and he loves it. I also bought the cooking fire pit for $130. We have not tried the fire pit but looking forward to many great nights in the backyard with the kiddos. Thank you Costco for affordable prices on great things. Update: Sadly, the grill was returned, after one use the bottom warped and paint on sides and back started to come off. I didn’t think to take any after pictures. On the plus side Costco customer service was amazing. No hassle and returns or questions. Finally tried the fire pit and we love it.
Although the parking lot was quite full, manuvering around the store was easy and our shopping went quickly. The staff at checkout were professional and extremely efficient.
Great place to snuggle with super soft jackets. It's also a good place to find meat and fruits and vegetables. But snuggling fuzzy jackets is where it's at.
I have only been to this one Costco, so I cannot compare it to any others! They are well stocked, clean & organized. Except to buy & spend more than you intend....it happens to most everyone, every time! They sell bulk items from food, household supplies/appliances to clothing, shoes, books, and dog & cat food. They stock a good selection of vitamins and OTC medicines. You cannot shop here without a membership, which starts at $50/year for a basic membership. Good place for large families & businesses especially!
Always finding a good deal on something new. I wish they offered more gluten free products. It's very busy no matter what time of day, or what day of the week.
Costco is a great store. Our biggest complaint is it is extremely busy on the weekend, but they always have plenty of cashiers ready at the check outs
Nice place Very good price The employees is very a polite and professional
Since they got new management, things are noticeabley more subdued. There doesn't seem to be as much energy and positivity in the building.
Always have what I'm looking for at great prices.
"Welcome to Costco, I love you." - Idiocracy. But no, Costco is fantastic. Best pharmacy you can find.
Nice place to go grocery specially when you buy whole sale or bulk. Friendly staff also. I would recommend it to friends and family
Went to club membership, Lisa was outstanding in helping me through the process of a renewal and new membership on line for my son. She is the greatest.
Good selection, friendly staff.
Always a fun visit.
Even on a cold rainy day with apparently nothing else to do but go to Costco's, the cashiers were cranking folks out. Efficiency in retail, perfectly executed.
Awesome wholesale prices
No place has the produce that is ready to serve. Ripe and delicious. Easy to return anything. Well trained staff who like their jobs.
Great selection of products. The baked goods there are amazing. The parking lot is way to busy though and the store is quite crouded so it can take sone time geting in and pay for your goods though.
What,s not to like. Always buy more than I planned too
This is your average Costco store. Just like the others, there is a wide variety of items I would recommend you go early and not on the weekend as this place is always packed. This Costco is also in a great location as you can easily access it via the interstate. There is also a grocery store across the street where you can pick up the little items you don't want to buy in bulk at Costco. Finally, there is a gas station nearby.
Costco has just about everything you could think of. Christmas is coming and I'm pretty much prepared after one trip there.
Costco consistently delivers high quality products at great prices. HOWEVER, the constant resetting reorganization of the store is a huge pain.
It can be overwhelming at first..take your time to find great deals. Bulk shopping or smaller packaging are both found here....as well as Many other deals and specials. Great place to Stock up.
I love the deals here but they could open a few more cash registers so we didnt have to wait as long to check out as it took to shop
Sunday mornings at 10am, the best time to go to Costco!
Great place to save money.
Not as many samples as they used to have but it was my Virgin visit to a Costco in Vermont. Nice store and I had a delicious chicken bake when we were done shopping. The food there is so cheap and so delicious
Took my glasses in to be fixed because the string broke (my fault). This is the 2nd time they fixed it for no charge and the wait was short. Great value, great service at reasonable price!
It was a good time to go and not so crazy at 1:30pm. I got what I needed and was out!
Always good service and great selection.
I love Costco! I would stay away on Saturday and Sunday.. there's just too many people, carts and children around. I would go on Friday evening towards closing time. This way you not only get away with minimal people shopping but since the staff has already put up stuff for weekend shoppers, you kinda get dibs on stuff. Lots of parking spot and the staff is always kind and helpful!
Always busy but great deals and prices!
Usually a great deal to be found here. But don't just buy without doing your research. Some deals are great while others can be easily beaten elsewhere.
I took advantage of their new premium hearing aids which are now from the Swiss company: Sonova AG. They were a good price and are Bluetooth capable so I can answer my cell phone via my hearing aids. As a Realtor this is preferable. Though I have had them less than a day they are working great. They have a 3 year warranty so time will tell if they continue to work well.
If you are looking cheap price Costco is not the place . But if you are looking for quality Costco is the place. Only thing quantity.
They keep moving things around so I can't find things that I buy regularly. A big pain..
Great prices, good selection of bulk item.
Nice people at the cash register.
Was not too crowded. I only shipped at the front of the store. Was in and out in 13 minutes.
Great customer service!
Super busy, not a lot of staff to ask questions.
Really like that Costco. They have really nice deals and the selection is good. I absolutely love their beer selection with local beers.
Very high-quality items. Good prices. Crowded unless you go near closing time.
Costco is amazing! Always clean and organized.
My favorite place for everything.
Why only very slim choices of kcups; what happened to kashi cookies; Do you change everything in Stock after a month or 2 months or a particular a year?
Always a great experience. Orvis outerwear on sale is a bonus
I love Costco. They may not stock as many items as their competitors but each item Costco carries is a high quality product. The staff is excellent too. Tin in electronics knows his stuff and is super helpful.
It can crazy busy and rude fellow customers. The employees are wonderful. Be careful, not everything is a good price for the quantity.
I enjoyed my visit to Costco. I picked up a few snack items for my families lunches. I will go back for my basic baking needs.
Sorry, my wife usually does the shopping.. But you dont take Master Card? Youll take food stamps and Coupons but not my credit/debit card ... Sorry but i dont usually carry $300-$400 cash for businesses that want to be inconvenient... Guess I'll be buying more odds and ends from Amazon Prime. I can get everything from cat food to dish soap; WITH FREE SHIPPING... Tell me why I need Costco, trying to save a buck by not carrying my card of choice?... Remember when merchants understood the cost of doing business?... Hope your share holders are happy...
Monday morning 11am. Relatively quiet. Great time to shop.
Love the store. I feel like the other customers are rude.
The only one in Vermont. Serving upstate NY and northern NH. Always a bargain to be had and good bulk buys in food and household products. Good bakery and a selection of wines and loads of electronics. You need to be a member which comes with an annual fee. We always find bargains and like allot of the instore made meals. Always friendly staff and even when jammed and in long lines they move quick but learn your local stores busy times and go off hours.
Expect great customer service. Food court with nicely priced items, for lunch, dinner and dessert. Like my favorite churro.
Products here will cycle through a period of availability as the seasons change here as well as most other costco's, their selection is great and well priced. Also their food court is to die for with great food and super low prices. Paying the $60 a year just for the food court is worth it alone. Highly suggest anyone to get a membership here it's well worth it.
Best big box store
If people actually checked the prices, Cosco is not cheaper. Cosco has the folks bambuzel on better prices that's for sure. Shelf's bare crazy limited selection
Service is great with great prices
I wish some of the workers were friendlier. Always so clean
I love it everyone is so friendly
Well stocked, but crowded. Great and helpful employees.
Very clean store with friendly and professional staff store wide. I've been especially impressed with the service in the optical department. I've always been pleased with the quality of the Kirkland brand. The ready to heat meals they prepare on site are fresh and tasty too. Not to mention the wonderful baked goods that make your mouth water all the way from the parking lot. The only thing I'd like to see improved Is the check out time. The cashiers are fast and competent. Sometimes there are just way too many customers for the number of open check stands.
Medicine at a good price go to Costco the best place to go I tried a lot of places very high Costco's 90% better than anyone that's 90% off the medicine which somebody might charge 1500 and 500 you're going to get it 90% off of that so people go there get your medicine there even if Medicaid pays for it we got to go to the cheapest place
Love it, cant wait till the gas gets turned.on.
Great service Heather in the eyeglass section was very quick to assist me. Got my new sunglasses and assisted with getting them fitted . Great experience, Will be going back to get my next pair and already suggested the service to a friend.
I went in to pick up my Costco card and was flatly refused even though it was purchased by my sister whom I stay at in AZ winters. Later a Costco in AZ had no issue and were nice. This one was just being difficult.
They have everything! And in bulk! Always crowded though...
My partner and I went shopping yesterday for the first time in months. The cashier (old, white lady) profiled us after she scanned everything, and told us we couldn’t pay for it because the membership card was in my partner’s name and the credit card was in my name. Never had a problem before, no idea why there would be a problem now. It seems like Costco doesn’t want our business, we will go elsewhere. This is a small Costco with a rather limited selection, for those of you coming for the first time. Many things are the same price as Hannaford or City Market, only in larger quantities.
I've been a Costco shopper before Vermont had one. I love them. They bring in so many good quality foods and goods to our region that you can't get at other stores. Their prices in some things you can't get anywhere else, even online. I moved up to the Executive Membership and take advantage of the 2 percent cash back that either pays my yearly membership or over half, depending on how much I spent the year before. Been a fan and have recommended membership to my family and friends.
Used to LOVE shopping at Costco. Recently I had 2 separate experiences of people who worked there being rude. I decided It's worth the extra money to buy most things at Trader Joe's. Or really any other store. Stores with employees who treat customers with due kindness are the norm in Vermont. I will still go once a month to Costco when I need to get chicken. Otherwise will shop elsewhere.
Everything you'll ever need in one place. They also have the best deals for pizza and hotdogs.
Lot of people there, but you can always get out fast
It's Costco. Hard to mess up.
Had a little scary incident my 14 yr son went to grab a thing of bath tissue down and a piece of broken pallet came down and hit him in the chest. I told a employee who was near by she just said go tell a supervisor up front, didn't ask if he was ok.
Costco tires are great! Just put nitro in my tires!!
If you have a large family this is a great place to buy in bulk.As a family of two that eats mostly whole foods, we rarely buy food at Costco. We did get a great deal on tires, a vacuum, a memory foam bed topper and eyeglasses. They have a great return policy too, so its risk free shopping
Great customer service from associates on the floor as well as checkout. All very helpful, friendly and with smiles even after closing hours, on a Saturday.
I find going during a week night is the best time to go.
I love Costco. Takes me about 2 hours to walk the whole place. The problem is that little money DEVIL that sit on your shoulder and says "Buy". There is no money ANGEL to say you don't need that. Had a list $75 spent $348 but I did get a chicken for 4.99. 5 stars as I can't blame them for my bad habit. Happy shopping everyone.
I've been to Costco in Hawaii and California but this was my first time to this store. It had all of the Costco things people learned to love about Costco - large quantities of good quality everything you could possibly want or need including groceries, but the Costco gas station isn't open at this location for some unknown reason.
Good selection, amazing hot dogs. Tire center extremely busy and hard to get an appointment. Long lines on the weekends. Would love them to be open earlier on the weekends like some of their competition.
Great place, just try to get out under a 100$ , I dare you
The staff are polite and helpful, and the store is generally clean and organized. There are some inconsistencies in the availability of certain products, and how the isles are are stocked/organized.
Awesome store, best customer service around :)
The service is always exceptional at check out.
The staff is wonderful... the business model is sound and surviving current amazing era. I dislike going over the weekends when there is a lot people hovering over the food sample areas. I don’t understand why people hover and wait and crowd for a sample of food. it does not help when there are too many shopping carts parked and trying to get through the isles.
Great as all ways
Awesome place and Awesome People !!
Can usually find good deals but the crowds drive me crazy.
Awesome place for bulk items. And a cheap food court you can't beat!
Got there early, 10 am, on Tuesday. There was plenty of parking. Relatively few shoppers. Got everything I was looking for plus impulse purchases. No waiting for check-out, they are real pros at moving people through. Always great quality.
Always a pleasure, great prices.
It's awesome. Big stuff for less. 12 cans of sardines in extra virgin olive oil for 13 bucks! Tasty treats. Kielbasa and bacon!
Costco is a great place to shop if you're looking for big ticket items like couches or TVs or a big fluffy bean bag. Or if you are looking for 1000 of some item. I bought much of my furniture here, including my washer and dryer. Great products and excellent return policy. The one negative interaction I have had at Costco is when an employee at the returns said I couldn't return my air conditioner that was clearly malfunctioning because of a factory error. At first, this very sweaty dude was like "no, you can't return it without a box". But then after talking to the manager allowed us to return it. He probably needed an air-conditioner too given that its been like 100 degrees in the Green Mountain State. Other than that, I don't really shop for food at the Costco because honestly, I don't need 1000 pickles or 100 green pears. Also, the samples are pretty alright, but only on weekends.
Love Costco in general, but I have always had positive interactions with every Costco employee at this location, from the tire shop, the butcher shop, eye care, photo printing, etc.
I always have a great experience at Costco in Colchester. I've been shopping there since I moved to Vermont 16 years ago. Why? Helpful (usually happy) employees, good/great deals on products I want and trust, clean, quick checkout lines, decent and affordable food to eat before or after I shop, Organic and ethnic food, and special products released seasonally. I suspect the quality of my shopping experience is directly related to the liveable wage Costco pays its employees. I appreciate that and support the company because they treat their employees with respect.
Great service and selection! Exceptional staff at this store.
Good prices,excellent quality!
Like ya know whatever you want
Great prices for bulk product and awesome quality!
I LOVE COSTCO! I live in Maine and we don't have costcos near us, I always have my parents bring me stuff from Costco and I love it all! I particularly love the sheets and pillows, great prices and they are great quality. The book selection is often weird, but sometimes they have really good books and often a ton of cookbooks! Some of the clothing is lackluster but the wool socks are AMAZING! They are all I wear in the winter and fall, they have awesome colors and patterns! super cute! As most people know the food is awesome and they have a lot of different options so no matter your diet you will find something. The flowers here are also really beautiful and always fresh! The facilities are kept clean and the store is well stocked. They always move the lines along quickly and the people working are always friendly and helpful!
Convenient location. I have a good experience over there.
As a long time member i was treated awful my membership had expired so instead of Letting me slide once at check out I was told pay membership or you can't buy your items I didn't like being forced to pay something like that I won't be renewing my membership or even recommending anyone else to Costco I will continuing my membership at BJ's instead
Costco really makes their membership affordable, especially with the credit card and 2% back. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable and even when the store is busy, they get you through the lines quickly.
Moved to Vermont from MA where I went to BJ's instead of Costco. Unfortunately Vermont is not home to a BJ's so for wholesale shopping Costco is one of my only options. On my first visit, I had to argue to get let in so that I could go to customer service to sign up and pay for a membership card. Had I not requested to speak with a manager to explain my situation, I would not have been let in...I wonder how they get new customers to sign up otherwise? My second time going, I purchased some chicken thighs that, when I took them out of their pre-sealed, freezer-ready packaging the next day they had already gone bad (1 week before their sell-buy date). Their prices are not typically better than groceries stores on most items, but occasionally you can find a steal (cereal for example). There is a good chance I will not be renewing my membership, especially if I can find even 1 more option.
Always good pic turnaround
Been going for years, Barb the cashier insisted on pulling every 25 lb of sugar from the cart (12 of them), and haphazardly throwing them around to and from the cart. Three bags ended up torn. Happy with the store, not happy with Barb.
I love the door greeder always welcome me with a smile
Good selection and prices
My absolute favorite place to shop. If I need something, I check to see if Costco has it first. Their return policy is the best I've ever encountered, their products are always high quality (including their in-house brand "Kirkland Signature" which is often Superior to the brand name counterpart), and most of the time the price is better than competition by miles. They also treat their employees well, from what I hear, and their starting wages are reasonably high
It's a Costco. Will be better when they open the has pumps. Right now Maplfields and Jolleys ownership is trying to block based on...get this..environmental reasons. BOYCOTT MAPLEFIELFD AND JOLLEYS UNTIL THEY GIVE UP THEIR LAWSUIT. They don't want g to give up their monopoly on gas prices!!!!! Fight back!!!
Normal Costco but small one tight can hardly get two carts side buy ziddaaaaaaaaaaààaàààaaààaaaààaààaaàà
Great store. Really busy.
Great prices and quality products. Atmosphere is simple and industrial, keeping prices low.
I used the optical department The Doctor was quick and thorough
Only one in the state, but the staff do a great job, and they move a massive amount of people and product with skill and quality service. Avoid peak times for best results and ease of in and out.
Outstanding customer service!! Today we dealt with the pharmacy. Jason, RPh, is consistently outstanding in all aspects of knowledge, kindness, respect and encouragement. Charlotte and Mary are always friendly and helpful; as are all pharmacy employees. A big volume pharmacy which feels like a small hometown drug store. Thanks to all!
Benjamin, one of the managers is extremely kind
Excellent as always!
Costco has a great selection for great prices you cant find anywhere else.
Lots of great deals going on I'll meets a really really good got to get your bulk on
Tire service is great. Store always has something you need
What else but a great place.
Overall, a Great Costco--parking lot is often times difficult to navigate so mentally prepare yourself for that. Space near the registers can be utilized/arranged better for customer flow (awkward shaped lines due to the granola type items so close to the registers, a carriage corral/area for post-shopping diners would be nice). The condiments/utensil area is often a mess (but whattya expect?). The açaí bowl is AWESOME(!) I never leave without one (but I take it to-go since it feels anxiety-inducing when you eat in this 'food court'). Super friendly and helpful staff
Good gas prices
I got everything I needed in a reasonable time and under my budget
Amazing non fat (probably not) yogurt!
Play place if you have a lot of money
They don't actually say, "welcome to Costco, I love you," but they come pretty close. They go above and beyond here! It's easy to return items from Costco online here.
I Love Love Love Costco ♡ They have bulk items for amazing low prices and such good food, everywhere!! And everything you need electricity wise and for kitchen and furniture for living rooms and outside, and clothes and shoes....
Typical Costco location, I visit this one every time I cross the border to see what they have. They have a great assortment of products, electronics, food items, automotive, home products. Prices are good and their food court has more options than the Canadian Costco locations. Worth stopping by and seeing what they have. Good wine selection as well! Look for the sale items ending in .97 !
Great store. Crowded, but moved quickly. All checkout lanes open, minimal waiting.
Great place to buy bulk.. finally got a membership and love it.
Love the products sold here. Hate the lack of open cash out lines. Over charging for memberships.
Small store, did not Kirkland signature Irish cream
Smaller sizes would be nice
Costco features high quality products in bulk. This store also features local products like maple syrup and craft beer. They have organic options, including fruit. I’d like to see even more organic produce. Hot dog and soda for $1.5. Can’t beat that. Sad to see they no longer offer chocolate yogurt at their food counter. Gas pumps have been installed, but not operating, because the local gas monopoly fears Costco’s low prices. Let’s all call our representatives and voice our support.
