We were very happy with our choice. If you're new to town and you want a solid place to send your vehicle to, there's only one place to go.

Brian and his team are awesome! They are very very honest with you. I'm always nervous when I go to mechanics because I've always been screwed over in the past. I don't think I'll go anywhere else for things my fiance can't fix except for Brian's. He doesn't try to rob you blind and they do a great job! I recommend him to my friends all the time.

Brian went above and beyond what any repair shop has ever done!! I had an ignition coil replaced on Friday. It went bad on Saturday. I was in New York on Monday and called Brian to discuss options. He sent me to an Advance auto parts to replace the bad coil. They gave me trouble about getting a replacement. So Brian called his advance auto and had them call the store so they would replace it with no charge. He then walked me through how to do the repair myself. It was really easy. Thanks Brian ! I'm really glad I came to your shop.

Brian's had a good food operation. As in, I routinely drove 10 to 15 miles out of the way for sandwiches. Great staff, great service. After having ditch the food and becoming a full service garage only the owner harassed and threatened me online. I can't speak to the quality of the work in the shop but as somebody who works in human services, the ownership had failed on a fundamental level to demonstrate a basic humanity. Judge for yourself the quality in the shop... but based upon my experience you couldn't pay me to go anywhere near this establishment ever again. I have changed my rating from it was okay to hated it, and if there was another choice I would have picked that...

It's hard to say enough good things about Brian's Auto. Brian himself is an actual, topnotch dude, and he's put together a staff of great folks. We all know the challenges of finding a good garage, and you can go through the check boxes of why Brian's is outstanding: - Quality of auto work and advice (A+) - Customer service and organization (A+) - Pricing (A+) - Scheduling availability (A+) - Location (kind of odd because it depends where you live, but right downtown and close to the waterfront while you wait!) - Feeling you get when you pay the bill (A+) I've worked with Brian's for years now, on snow tires, post-deer accident issues, oil changes, funny noises, light issues, inspections, etc. My only suggestion, and maybe this is a liability issue, would be if they could convert the general store they just acquired into a bar/cafe, so people could chill and have a brew while they wait, pop open a laptop and do some work, etc. Full marks. Thank you Brian's Auto.

Brian seems like a genuinely nice guy. I brought in a motorcycle for some electric work and he was able to diagnose the problems. Unfortunately, Brian's auto is more of a car garage and he had just gotten really busy so he didn't have time to work on a motorcycle. He was super honest about it and didn't ask for any payments for the work/time/materials he and his employees may have used based on principal. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic that won't over charge/diagnose I'd go here.

Brian is the first mechanic I ever met who I think cares as much about my car/family as I do: He strikes that perfect balance between "we want this car to run well as long as possible" and "I have other bills to pay besides this one". He's friendly, his pricing is fair, and I feel like he has a long-term plan for my car: More like a car doctor than a mechanic. As a woman, I've often had mechanics talk down to me, or try and screw me on what they think I don't understand. I can't imagine anything like that ever happening at Brian's, and I actually look forward to taking my car in. All his employees are great. I'll never go to anyone else.

Best experience I've had at an auto shop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Mike helped me fix my lights in almost no time at all. During the process he told me that my dad, who had previously tried unsuccessfully to fix my lights, was just trying to do something for someone he loved. Extremely happy I found Brian's.
