I had just had a different shop in NH, where I live, do $1800 of work and parts in the process of diagnosing a wicked low vibration that had me pretty worried. It still had the vibration when I got to VT. I had to fly to cali, so I left my truck with Jones & Sons on recommendation of a local friend. They found that a u-joint c-clip was missing after the recent replacement. They were honest enough to say that after reinstalling the c-clip, it was "better" on a test drive. It was 95% better, and they told me what the next steps might be. And for only an hour and a half of labor. Very happy.
