2 weeks ago when I first made the appointment for my car, I specifically stated in the appointment to please call me. There was a leak, at the time a slow leak in my coolant where the tube fed into the tank. At the time, the tube was cracked, there was nothing wrong with the tank. It has also listed wiper blades. Apparently Aldermans does not read their appointments, because they never called me, and never ordered the parts, not even the wiper blades. Then basically called me a liar when I got in, when I was told in October that there was a leak in the car. They said that it was the oil gasket not the coolant. Fine. So then the service guy asks to look at the tank, and I show him where the cracked tube is. He snapped it up which caused the nozzle it hooked into to snap. Then he told me it needed a new tank too. It wasn't broken at that point before. They topped up the coolant and set me on my way. So on my way home work (I have an hour 15 minute drive), with the connection now far worse, my car began to smoke. I know what coolant smoke looks like, and both the lady I called last night, and the service rep this morning tried to tell me it was likely oil when I explained that I popped the hood and WATCHED it. So long story short, I brought my car, it was made worse, and then instead of maybe suggesting I leave the car there because not be safe (I mean you did an inspection, how is that inspect able), and giving me a loaner I was sent on my way with an unsafe vehicle. To top off, I'm sure the service associate thought he was being polite and calming, but what he came off as was condescending, like I was an idiot who didn't know what they were talking about. So today? I am without my car, with no way to get to work, and I didn't even get an apology from the service team this morning, or an offer to do more than get it fixed sooner for me to pick up at some point maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow morning. Oh and would you like to have more service work done while you're here? I bet they don't even switch on the wiper blades today either! This was a one star review, but I added two stars back. Jessica a director with Aldermans Chevrolet was nice enough after I spoke with her last night to follow up herself with me this morning, and to make sure that my car gets taken care of.

My husband is enjoying his 2 nd Prius from Alderman's. I bought a Bolt EV in Dec of 2017. It is a terrific car and I love driving it. Not all Chevy Dealers are selling the Bolt, so I was really happy that Alderman's decided to do so. Alderman Dealerships want to keep you as a client, and in our experience, every member of their team keeps that goal in mind. We have been grateful for courteous and prompt attention to the few issues that have arisen over the 5 years since we bought the first car. My car has required a couple of software updates and during the extreme cold last winter had a problem shifting which was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. I have bought cars from 6 or 7 other dealers and I would not be able to say my experience with them was anything like Alderman's. They are exemplary and maintain a high standard.

James got my car in to be looked at on day one. I had it dropped off by AAA on Sunday night and he was able to have a tech look at it on Monday. They were very accommodating in trying to save me money by having the starter rebuilt at a local shop instead of putting in a brand new one. He kept me informed of the progress and costs and was open to my suggestion of having the part rebuilt as opposed to brand new. That is what I call great service. Keep up the good work. The experience wasn't great. I had an appointment at 11am and didn't leave the dealership until 430 and with no vehicle remind you. I set up another appointment for the next day at 10 and still didn't get out of there until 1145 and my son was 20 mintues late for school. On top of that when i made the first appointment i told them i couldnt put any money down and i had to put $2,000 down and my payment went up by $60. All in all not the greatest experience but i do love my vehicle.

All the great reviews are True with Aldermans Except ... they are not geared to work with anyone that's paying cash for work being done. They enjoy working with insurance companies. They charge top dollar for most simple fixes.

2 hours for a 7 AM oil change , tire rotations and minor warranty issue seems crazy. Would have been a lot better if you updated us as to why it was taking so long. Also ceiling fabric was left with greasy finger prints from warranty fix.... didn’t like having to clean that after I got home... all seems minor maybe but certainly leaves room for improvement....that’s why we do these surveys.... quality control.... thank you...

I bought one vehicle there. My wife brought the equinox back for a"free" oil change. She was told the brake pads and rotors were shot, and they could do the work for some outrageous price. I denied and brought the equinox to my mechanic who said the pads were only half worn and the rotors were fine. I will never go back there again. Makes me wonder how many people they take advantage of. I gave them one star because they do actually sell vehicles.

The only reason they get 1 stare is because of the customer service. That was good when i bought my car. I bought a 2016 Chevy Spark new off the lot and last weekend less then 24 hours from having my baby the clutch fell out in the middle of the road as i was 9.5m pregnant. Come to find out it is not covered under warranty at all. Even my brakes outlasted my clutch. I called Chevrolet and all they told me was the car was in need of maintenance. Now I have done all the maintenance suggested by Chevy, and when I told them that they had nothing to say. So this all cost $1,300.00 to fix and thank god I had friends to help get me to the hospital and home again. I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CHEVROLET.

I needed my TPMS reset in order to get my inspection sticker from another company that had replaced one tire sensor (to complete the inspection process). Alderman’s had it done in less than 5 min. and I was able to return the other company and finally get my current sticker. Called on a Monday to book an appointment, they offered next day service with two time options. I typically receive an email confirming my appointment but this time I didn't, so I called the morning of to confirm (before I drove over an hour) and sure enough the appointment was never scheduled. Spoke to the manager and he was able to fit me in at the time I was supposed to be schedule. Great customer service move right? Well it would have been if their service department's customer service didn't sour the entire experience with the worst ever service. While my vehicle was being worked on I received a text with a link containing their "live visual inspection" during which I was informed that my vehicle is "unsafe to drive and they will be providing me with information and costs for parts needed" (exact words spoken by the mechanic). About fifteen minutes later the service guy (not the mechanic) comes to tell me "my vehicle is all set" with no mention of anything said by the mechanic in the video. So I asked him about it and he pulls out a parts sheets with the most ridiculous costs for what needed to be done. (I called the parts store the next day and the cost was $89 for what the dealership was going to charge me $1209 for). I proceed by saying I was very concerned that the mechanic said my vehicle is "unsafe to drive" and I couldn't believe my vehicle was off the lift and out the door with no conversation of possibly fixing it while they were already working on it. The customer service guy's response to this made me sick and so disgusted that I will NOT even bring my vehicle back for the remain 4 "FREE" oil changes I purchase as an "add on package" to the original purchase of my vehicle. His response was "Well we are out of here in twenty minutes" (again, his exact words) saying that they were closing and didn't care if it was deemed "unsafe" there was nothing they were willing to do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY, LET ALONE A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND! I AM LEFT WISHING I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE FROM A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. TAKE MY ADVICE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

He was committed to helping me find exactly what I was asking for without pressuring me into something I didn’t want or need. Second, Erik, the finance manager made a daunting process enjoyable. He was fun, excited, caring and open about the whole process. Third, Dave, although the newest, Dave knew how to relate to the customer, he helped making signing the paper work much less of a drag. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. Lastly, Amber, who without reaching out to me about coming in to test drive the car I wanted I never would have done it. She checked stock, prices, colors, and options while maintaining a professional attitude. The whole team did an outstanding job selling me the car I wanted for an amazing price. Service at garage was quick and convenient. Waiting room was very comfortable with TV, wifi, coffee, vending machines. Room was extremely clean and well lit, making my hour wait go quickly. After service, I was given a complimentary car wash coupon, which was the icing on the cake! Guy who took care of my car was very nice and personable! Would definitely reccomend Aldermans!

My experience at Alderman's was very positive. The associates were cooperative and helpful. Every question I asked was answered and the two sales persons were encouraging to be around. Josselyn and Walt helped me through the process of buying a car which was in my budget and catered to my needs. They also provided an assessment of some of the options that were optimal when buying a car. Although, I did not buy a car, I am looking forward to returning at a later date, when I find something more suitable.
