I have been bringing my vehicles to Al-An's for almost 15 years. I love that in my early twenties, Alan would insist on showing me the parts he replaced so I could see what was wrong and why the part was replaced, as though I would know. His honesty and good work has been a complete comfort for a decade and a half. I drive over half an hour to bring my cars to Al-Ans.

This place is great. The folks that run it are wonderful people who know exactly what they're doing and offer nothing less than top notch service. My car went in making strange noises and showing signs of wear and came out feeling like new for a good price. Although it's a bit out of the way, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Al & An’s Auto is the only auto shop I want working on our cars. I have been a customer for several years. When I first went to Al & Ans, they helped me realize that the mechanic I was working with was not being honest about what was actually covered under warranty. They helped me save money and keep my car on the road. Most recently, they helped me deal with reoccurring caliper/brake issues with my Honda. When I thought there might be a costly repair, they communicated with the dealer and were able to reimburse the parts and cover labor - so I didn’t have to. They have helped me find good tires and in the past, they helped scout out a used car for me. Ultimately, I can’t express my gratitude to them enough. I hope you also experience the kind of trust, ease of access, customer service, and kindness they’ve shown me. You can be certain you and your family are in good hands with Al & Ans.

Alan is honest and tells you what you car needs at a reasonable price. I love how he pulls me into the garage and shows me all the parts he took off the car and explains in detail the work he performed.

Be sure to get a second opinion when they call you with needed repairs. Diagnosed our car with bad brakes. A little over 27,000 miles said it needed pads and Rotor. "Metal to Metal on the rotor" Took it elsewhere no rotor, no pads. Saved a couple hundred bucks.. Very disappointed in a local business taking advantage of the inspection process to put money in their pocket. Safety is one thing honesty is another. D.

I took a Toyota Tundra to Al-An's for a pre-purchase inspection -- with the owner of the vehicle. The owner of Al-An's quickly found a whole bunch of minor things that were wrong with the vehicle, which made me happy and the owner of the vehicle fairly upset. I still bought the vehicle, but at least I knew what I was getting. Al tells it like it is and seems to be very honest. The price he charged was very fair. He is plain spoken, so don't expect him to soft-pedal his findings/opinions.

Superb service, Alan is super friendly. He always tries to help keep costs down. He will show you the parts that malfunctioned, which i like to see. He knows how to build customer loyalty. I drive 30 minutes for Al-An's service (and i would drive more)! They now servi ce the cars of my whole family.

Has always took great care of my car. Back when I had a Dodge Caravan, he fixed a rusted out broken coolant line. With my Subaru Legacy, he diagnosed a complex problem with melted two stage catalytic converters. These low emission models have very sensitive exhaust systems, and Al was able to find the issue that TWO other mechanics couldn't. Only reason I didnt take it to him first is because I was so far out of town with it. Go to Al.

Al and Ann are the exception to the general rule, that auto mechanics and auto repairmen are not trustworthy. Al is a five-star auto-mechanic who for more than a decade has never done anything less than his very best for us. I've never met anyone more reliable and courteous that Al and Ann!
