I am a fleet owner and this is very shady tire center. They use loop holes to get out of the warranty for our tires . We spent 1400 $ for brand new steer tires on our brand new truck and 75,000 miles later tires had extreme wear . Shop told me it was due to low air . When he arrived at the shop tires were onder flated by 10 psi due to 19 degree weather. Tire shop refuse to warranty the tires because of that. My driver has 30 years experience and has never had this issue . He uses Master certified tire gauge to check the air pressure. Tire shop didnt use certified tire gauge to check the air pressure. Which could have been off by 10 psi . I called back again and gave them all the technical reasons and call them out on their mistakes. I also asked for Continental representative phone number which was offered to me last week. Now the main manager Chris is not calling me back even though he has that info. We are taking this shop to small claims. We are honest trucking company with purpose from Portland. We have all brand new units , we are good people that make difference in the world. All of our drivers have 25 years plus experience and are proud to work for us. This tire shop took advantage of us . I highly recommend not to do business here. Update : Your reply is absolutely wrong . I have had Continental tire rep( the one you recommended) come out inspect the tires and he took alot of pictures. He said wear was because of the bad alignment your shop did. He said you are absolutely wrong and that my driver ( who has over 25yrs of experience) did everything absolutely correct . Tires lost normal airpresure due to winter conditions . He decided to give us 75% off the replacement tires . We have called you 3 days in a row now you always seem to be busy and you have not returned our phone call...We are honest trucking company with purpose , integrity is everything to us. Your shop took advantage of us . I am going to let every trucking company owner I know of your shady business . You are dishonest people . Shame on you .

Wow! What an amazing staff here. We called ahead looking for trailer tires. First of all, you probably won't find a better price in the area. While they were mounting the tires on the new rims we brought with us, we began to talk to the staff about issues we were having with our truck. We also had new steer shocks with us and needed to have them put on. They got us in immediately. Continuing on the truck issues, several of the staff looked at the tire wear issues and told us what are issues were. Over the past few years of chasing down this issue and every shop telling us it was our king pin bushings, we were completely frustrated. We have been told that it was our king pin bushings, so we replaced them. A year later, we were told the same thing so we replaced our entire axle, including king pins and bushings. A month after that, we were told it was our king pin bushings. Really? Here at Tire World, they checked our king pin bushings, which are fine. What was found is that we needed centering sleeves. No other shop ever mentioned centering sleeves. In addition, the staff at tire world showed and explained the entire issue and reason. It made complete sense. They are without doubt, very knowledgeable, patient and helpful and we will return.

This shop would not warranty defective Steer tires saying the tire pressure was low. The proper air pressure for these Steer tires is 100.5 PSI. NOT 120psi like they said. They are 16 ply rated at 7160 lb at a maximum 120 PSI. Each tire …
