These guys checked my car because I had the check engine light on. The machine couldn't find a problem. They reset the sensors. They had to have spent 30 minutes. AT NO CHARGE!! Love these guys!

This place is awesome and so friendly. They are straight forward and don't try to steal your money. I love the unlimited alignment for three years it is so worth it. I put a lot of miles on my car and need an alignment about every three to four months.

Rocky’s Tire Pros went above and beyond in helping us with a new clutch and starter, as well as fixing an oil leak. They even gave us a VIP discount (when we weren’t VIPs) and loaned us a rental car, free of charge, while they worked on our car. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Purposely misleading advertising, corrupt owner, fairly nice employees. My husband went in for a safety/emissions check because they had a coupon that says: "on the spot renewal plus complimentary inspection with purchase of emissions." He came home annoyed because it seemed they had done no complementary inspection and had still insisted on the $10 convenience fee for on the spot renewal. So, what was the coupon for? He had even talked with the owner who wrote the coupon and apparently had purposely written the coupon so that on the spot renewal would seem included. I called them to figure it out. They told me that they don't give any report on the inspection unless they find something they can fix or if the customer specifically requests it. I thought asking specifically about the inspection results was pretty much requesting it, but apparently not. So, they're getting me the inspection results, but it that was hardly the "Hassel-free, guaranteed" experience that is their motto. As for the "on the spot renewal plus" piece, which was honestly the real reason we chose them, the guy I talked to seemed embarrassed about the coupon, but could do nothing about it as it came from the owner. Too bad the owner sucks then. They were nicer on the phone, but in person my husband described them as condescending, abrupt, and unapologetic. The wording of this coupon is misleading at best and downright fraudulent at worst, and frankly, if they lie on their advertising, I would guess this is one of those dishonest car places that tries to get away with anything they can.

I went in to Rocky’s Tire Pros in Orem on a Tuesday to have an oxygen sensor replaced in my SUV. They let me know that coming in in the morning when they opened would be the best time. I was able to go a couple of mornings later, and I was in and out in an hour and a half. I’ve had no issues with my vehicle since.

The workers are super nice and make sure to help you the best they can. The few times I’ve gone there they’ve gotten my tire fixed quickly and the pricing is not too expensive. Highly recommend Rocky’s!

This place doesn't try and changer your filters that( need to be changed because there dirty) aka the leaf that has gotten in and isn't effecting anything they give you what you ask for and offer what you need and I've honestly been told you could do this by yourself, and save a few bucks they good guys and they get stuff done fast and efficient I would highly recommend them over any mechanic shop in Orem

I'm gonna be real with everyone right now..I've literally never in my life left a review anywhere for any kind of experience I've had with a company until now. I'm almost willing to slash my own tire just to have an excuse to go back for another hug from Sky. He's the biz, and so is Rocky's Tire Pros. The five stars google allows me to grant are just for the quality of service they provide..but five stars doesn't cut it for the most bona fide and authentic human interaction I've ever had as a mere customer. Considering sending y'all a giant circle/tire shaped bouquet of flowers. Or a giant chocolate donut?

This place (Orem) is the BEST! I went in for an oil change and was on a tight schedule. Just when it looked like it might not happen in time because there were no open spaces, Robert pulled his tools out of the garage and changed my oil right in the parking lot! Genius! Called to make an appointment for an alignment and the guy on the phone told me just to come up and they’d get it in. So I drive up there to have them work on it, the guy behind the desk says “ well we can’t work on it today so come back tomorrow”, while three other techs are sanding around jacking eachother off. I walk out to my vehicle and there is NO ONE on their alignment racks. You just let an easy $250 walk out the door bub. If the owner knew this, you’d be fired. What happened to REAL customer service....

Not very happy. I went to get a renewal on the spot ask if I needed an emission test they said yes I did needed it so they did it. Days later I got a reminder from the DMV to renew my plates it said I didn't need an emission test so I went to ask for a refund. They ( Rocky's tires) said I ask for the test. That they don't know if a car needs an emission test. If this shop do emissions test they should know if they need it or not. Wasted my time going back and forth to solve this problem. Not coming back
