I've been bringing my cars here for about the last eight years. The staff here is awesome and honest! They've never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and their pricing is very fair. I first started coming here after receiving a bad clutch job from another mechanic. These guys diagnosed the issue in about ten minutes and got the clutch replaced for a lot less than I paid the first mechanic who screwed it up.

The manager at this location that was working this afternoon on 8/3/17 is horrid. He is beyond disrespectful. He swore at my friend and got in his face, wouldn't tell my friend his name, all because he needed paperwork from his tires being balanced and rotated at their establishment. The paper was a blank form and didn't have anything he was asking for. My friend even took a picture of this man because he wouldn't give his name. If I had the option for negative stars for this location I would prefer doing that. I will never go there nor will any of my friends or family. We would love to get in contact with the owner because this man is foul and needs to not be in customer service.

There is no substitute for a level of trust with a shop. I used to have that at another shop in SLC where I live, and with team turnover they lost it. I am grateful to have found Casey, Brandon and the rest of the team at Point S. True professionals, fairly priced and honest.

I had an unfortunate experience here, where the incorrect lug nuts were installed, resulting in a wheel-off as they're called. Come to find out, the wheels that this shop installed weren't even compatible. Definitely a headache to deal with! But the owner did make a good faith effort to get the damage repaired, and the money I spent on the 'correct' lug nuts refunded, so kudos for that. I would still recommend paying a little more for Les Schwab and being able to have some peace of mind.

Visited with a flat tire. Was serviced immediately even though they appeared quite busy. They had the tire repaired and car brought around in about 15 mins. Prices are good, and the service has always been great.

These guys are great. Very honest and always making sure they get the problem fixed while making sure it's not too costly for the customer. I was told that I would need a new radiator (which would cost $500) for my car because of how much fluid was leaking. I took it into Point S for a second opinion and they were able to diagnose the real problem which was a busted radiator cap. This is the second time I've brought my car here and will continue to do so.

These guys are awesome! I bought new tires from another shop and they tried 7 times to get them balanced! They told me there must be something wrong with my car which I didn't believe. I took my dodge magnum to the woods cross tire factory and they got my new tires balanced perfectly the first time! And they charged me much less then other shops quoted me! I've bought tires from these guys before and have never had a single issue!! Thanks Casey and you're shop!! You rock!

This is my first review of any business and I have to say that Point S in Woods Cross is the perfect choice for me to start this. There are 3 reasons that I would recommend them 1. They communicate all the details of the diagnosis of my car and let me decide what I want to have done at that time. There is no pressure to do extra work if it is not necessary. 2. They have respected my time when I have needed my car. Whether it was by getting my car back to me in a timely manner or driving me back to my home. This is money in the bank when I have kids to run around or other people counting on me. 3. Casey, Chris and and all of the crew are knowledgeable and thorough and do the job for the best price. They have taken care of ALL of my cars, from a Chevy to a Volvo and a Subaru! In my opinion they are the best place to take your car.

Friendly management. However alignment machine is off a quarter degree on the toe adjustment. Made for an interesting ride for a few days. I was thinking I had a bent tie rod or bad suspension component. Really not a big deal and dont want a refund. Live and let live. I know your alignment guy has been doing this for 20 years or so. So most likely just a machine calibration issue which can happen anywhere. If it helps the dealer couldn't even get the toe right as well. Found another shop on the westside of slc that gives the best alignments in the state. Name being withheld out of respect for Point S. This happened six months ago or so. And I mistook this shop for the Bountiful location.

you guys are a great company and put your customers first. your good to employees and everything a community can trust in the auto repair business. just a friendly tip the company youve used for head rebuilds doesn't actually do the rebuild. they sublet to Metric Motors and then Mark it up a ton and say they did it. metric is 1/4 what youve been paying them to sublet. keep up the great work! save customers from other dishonest businesses. thank you!

Point S has always taken care of me. I went in today because my van was shaky when going 70 MPH. They looked it over and told me it was a bump on my tire no big deal. No big deal, but the best part was they looked it over without even charging me. Most places would have had me pay a diagnoses fee. I couldn't have been happier for them to just take care of me and not worry about making money off me. I've gone to them for over 5 years and every time I deal with them it gets better and better. So I keep going back.

I feel like most tire stores charge and insane amount of money for tires or maybe that's because they take advantage of the fact I don't know anything. However I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of at Point S the price is always fair. When I go into the store to have them balances and rotated they are usually really fast . I did recently have a situation where I had a few things done to my car and the salesman accidentally charged me for the balance and rotation which was included when I bought my tires. When I called to inform them the situation was handled immediately the money was returned and the girl whom helped me mailed my receipt.

The Tire Company knows our family on a first-name basis after years of going there. Their tire service is satisfactory and have no complaints. The tires have 30-day warranties and they did honor it when we returned them (although it was a bit of a hassle). They work hard to keep the customer happy and do their best. Casey is our favorite employee there! As far as regular auto repair work goes, however, I would rather trust my vehicles to other shops. They changed from Big-O Tires to the Tire Factory around 2014 or 2015.
