In and out and as painless as possible Getting new tires always feels good, and if its a quick experience then it's even better. The staff was very professional and did a great job to make sure I was on my way so I could still make an appointment I had. It went well, and I will definitely be returning in about 65,000 miles :)

No one wants to be stuck with a flat tire on a road trip. My Tire Guys were fast, professional and kind to us when we got a flat going through the construction area of I-15 at Lehi. We were treated with every kindness and courtesy. When I wandered into the service bay to look at the tire, instead of getting the nervous feeling that "you shouldn't be here" they were very friendly and talked with me. This is not the kind of tire shop I worked in as a youngster - these guys were organized, friendly and professional. Thank you My Tire Guys for turning a bad event into a good experience.

Twice they have charged way too much. I just had a quote to change my pitman and idler arms on my truck along with an alignment. They wanted $700 to do the job. Took it to Les Schwab and they did the same job for $350. You will pay way too much at this shop.

They tell me if something needs fixing and explain why, in a way I can understand. I have a 20 year old car, so it needs help quite often. Super disappointed with how they handled things today. I use to go to my tire guys a few years back & remembered how incredible their customer service was - but that's not the case anymore. I went in for an oil change, nobody had communicated with me that there was a car in front of mine or how long I would be waiting so after 45 minutes I went to the desk to ask.. they hadn't even pulled my car in. I was bugged, so I kindly said something about how I would have appreciated better communication next time. I was under the impression I would only be there 30-45 minutes max (he even said that's how long they take), but nobody informed me of the car in front of mine. Which, he also mentioned were complications with getting that car done, but of course nobody had communicated to me those setbacks, or that it would just be a little longer before they got my car in. Nothing. He even gave me attitude as I was walking out, saying next time I can ask too. If this is how they treat their customers I want nothing to do with it. His last comment is what set me over the edge, I was SUPER respectful & nice about everything. That's no way you treat a customer who was just asking for better communication next time.

They did a good job at a good price. Took a little longer than I thought it would but no big deal. I wish the staff would greet you as you come in the door. I had to wonder up to the computers not sure who I was going to be helped by and then when they helped me they didn't take their eyes off the computer. To drop off and pick up it was like this with different staff. I felt like I was interrupting them. The parking lot is kind of terrible.

These guys are awesome. I took my car in because it felt like it was pulling a little more than it should. After doing the initial testing to see how bad the alignment was they found that it was only slightly off on one side. They actually just corrected it for free and told me not to worry about the charge. Fast forward 4 months, I got new tires and was told I would need an alignment. Went back in and they retested it and asked if there was a problem with the first time I came in. I said no, except that I got new tires. Again, they said that they were fine and didn't need anything done. That is twice that I went in and left not paying a cent. Now 6 months later, the tires are still wearing perfectly normal and even. I trust these guys and highly recommend them. That's twice they could've made a quick penny off of me and they did the right thing. I will take all my vehicles there now.

The experience at first was good, Then turned bad. They told us they could complete the service we asked then shortly after said they couldn't. Even though they had already dismounted are tires from our wheels. Then when I made sure to tell them my tires were directional they were rude about it. And still managed to mount one of my tires backwards. I will definetly never be going back. And I would suggest the same for you. Super unprofessional for a tire shop.

Competitive prices. Cheaper than nearby tire place. Better service too. I was in and out in 30 minutes having my snow tires taken off. I told them up front that I knew two of my tires were older and only had about 10,000 miles left on them. I told them that I will wanted them on my car. They respected my wishes and didn't ask any questions. They didn't try to sell me anything. I am definitely coming to them for future service. They helped 2 or 3 other people at the same time as me. They're very fast, efficient, and provide quality work from what I can tell. Their waiting area is comfortable with complimentary popcorn and soda machine (water too).

We got tire quotes from almost every place in the Lehi-American Fork-PG area, and My Tire Guys had the best prices for high milage warranty tires. We've had our tires for a couple years and they've been great, and my tire guys are always friendly and helpful when we get them rotated (free when you buy them there). We also felt like they were very honest. When we were getting quotes Big O Tires told us our alignment was horrible, and tried to upsell. My Tire Guys did a free inspection and told us the alignment was fine, and we haven't had any issues. Highly recommend them!!

Have been VERY pleased with My Tire Guys. Utilized their services for a number of issues (alignment, parking brake and motor bracket). Each time the price was reasonable, completion time was as discussed and they were professional. They found that the parking brake did not require new pads but only adjustment and charged accordingly. During the last visit, while reviewing the details of the charges, it was determined that one minor service had not been completed or charged. They quickly completed the minor service without charge as we had to wait a few extra minutes.

Luckily nobody died. Unfortunately they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on all the wheels when we came in last. Nobody died when the wheel flew off while we were driving but our van is destroyed. I had a mechanic and another tire shop evaluate what happened and they said there's no question that the tire shop is the reason for the wheel flying off. Now I'm calling junk yards to see how much I can get for my van. Matt was very apologetic when I called but he wouldn't do anything about it. If you're going to use them just double check their work. We were very lucky that nobody died in our case.

As sad as it is, it can be hard to find honest people to work on your vehicles! The AC in our mini van stopped working all of the sudden. We had taken our van into another auto shop that quoted us over $1600!!! My husband and I knew enough to know we were being ripped off, so the next day we took our van into My Tire Guys. Ashley, who works the front desk is AMAZING!!! They gave us a fair price, and as a result they also earned a customer for life!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

Recently I took my 05 Grand Prix in to My Tire Guys for a leaking radiator and power steering pump. It was one of those deals where you know the power steering pump has been going for months but now all of a sudden you have this puddle of antifreeze in your garage and when you look inside it looks like it's the radiator. Oh and your registration is due. The manager at MTG calls and tells me they found a hole in my ac condenser that looks like some projectile made its way through my condenser and into my radiator so both will need replaced and the power steering pump. Ouch, total is $1143 including the registration based on the estimate. Now the first thought in my mind is time for a new car, but reality sets in and I opt for the fix. MTG says it will take two days so I leave it with them overnight. Next day I pick it up after work and turns out they also changed my serpentine belt and fixed the oil float at no cost whole they were in there. I drive the car for a couple days and then the next morning on my way to work antifreeze starts shooting out the side of my car so instead of rolling into work I roll back into My Tire Guys. They give me a lift to work and call me in the afternoon. Turns out a plastic elbow after all the repairs was the next weak link in the system and blew itself apart on the way to work. So I check online the part is about $150 plus who knows how much labor, but low and behold these great guys don't charge me a dime. They stood by their work and went above and beyond helping me out. So if your looking for an honest mechanic you can trust I highly recommend My Tire Guys in Lehi.

I had my rear tires changed here after scheduling an appointment. Service was fast and easy. Employees were polite and there were enough seats for people waiting. They had a good price on the Toyo tires I wanted and had them shipped the same day as it was not part of their current stock. All in all I recommend this place for tire services.

These guys are the best! They do tire repairs fast and cheap (as in, FREE). Had to get a new set of tires and did some shopping around. I figured Costco would have good deals, but these guys had better tires at a way better price. Their store is clean, they've got free soda and popcorn, and they're always super helpful and friendly.

The service was swift. I got my battery replaced, it had stopped working many times, they slapped a machine on it, told me it was a bad battery. I disliked my service here very much and I would NEVER go to them again. I had a battery with a 30 month warranty it went bad at 24 months so I went to have it changed, they not only were rude they were revving my car so much I lost a half tank of gas. They also gave me a lesser value of battery than the one I had payed for. I will never be back nor will anyone I know.

These guys are great. They took care of my car quick. I dropped it off out of business hours and then stopped by when they opened. I told them what happened to my car. They called me a couple hours later with a diagnosis and a quick estimate. A few hours later they called and said it was fixed. It was much less than what I was thinking of what I was planning on paying. Great service! As always!

I had a very good experience here. My car had a slow leak for a couple days and I brought it in as a “walk in” customer. The man at the service desk immediately took my car into the garage to diagnose the issue. About 15 minutes later he brought me my keys saying I had a nail in my tire and it was repaired and ready to go. I then asked what I owed him and he says “no charge”. I was pleasantly surprised. I also needed my oil changed and I mentioned it to him. He said of course and immediately took my car back into his shop to change my oil. He had my oil changed and my car ready to go maybe 15 minutes later. In all I spent about 45 minutes here. The lobby is clean, well kept, nice bathrooms, and complimentary soft drinks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I realized I had a nail in my tire so I stopped here as it is close to my house. Arrived about 20 minutes before they closed. They got my car in right away and they finished before closing time. They did a great job and were very fast and friendly. Would definitely go back to them and would highly recommend them.
