These guys are the best of the best. Been going here for I think 3-5 years. Their oil changes aren't an arm and a leg to pay for. The guys are down to earth and honest about everything. Unlike other mechanics and car shops, I've never felt as though they're trying to screw me over and squeeze every penny out of me. I go here for everything. From oil changes to new tires, even brakes and wiper blades. Whatever your car needs, these guys are the real deal.

Good: Some nice and funny guys, did clean work, got the job done quickly. Car looks awesome. Took time to show us a lot of rim options. Bad: A bit shady on the pricing. Said $2 a lug nut, then charged $3, said $215 a wheel, then charged $220, said $160 a tire then charged $170. It doesn't sound like a big deal but the total ended up being $136 more than they originally said. I understand the business has to make money but you really shouldn't say a price for a part and then charge more. You should just say the real price upfront. I overheard other customers dealing with the same issue while I was there. I'd just recommend having them write the prices down for you when they quote them to avoid this. Edit: In response to the owner's pretty aggressive response, I don't care if you know who I am. It was a fair review and others consumers deserve to have a heads up. Don't sneak your prices up at checkout, be upfront. Customer shouldn't have to police you on price.

They always take great care of me here. We bought tires from them and they gave us a great price on better tires than we could find on our own at Costco or Walmart. They were very open in communicating with us about all our options. And the service is incredible. Any time I had any problems they were fast and kind. We get a lot of nails because of all the building happening in our area and they take care of us quickly and don’t charge us for simple repairs. We bought a new car that doesn’t have their tires, and they still take great care of us. I go to them for tire rotations and they check on everything and keep me well informed. Just today I had them do a rotation and found a nail and didn’t charge me to repair it. They are very straightforward with me on what needs to be done and don’t try to upsell me ever. I will continue to take my business to them because of their incredible service. And they don’t get annoyed at my rambunctious toddler running around and trying to destroy the place! I’m a customer for life.

Glens tires is hands down the best tire shop in Utah valley!!! Anytime their is a problem with my car they fix it in a hurry. The team of technicians they have are absolutely amazing. These guys know what they’re doing when it comes to making their customers happy. Not only are the prices affordable but the team is fun to be around. If you get work done on your car anywhere else then stop immediately and go to glens tires!! This is the only tire shop in Utah that is going to treat you right.
