I have been to Glen's Tires on numerous occasions for both work related needs and my personal needs. Not once was I ever disappointed with their customer service and/or each of their mechanical skills and knowledge. Every project I've went to them has been acknowledged and resolved in a more than satisfactory timely manner. Hugo has always been the first person to greet me and made sure all my needs were met. They have an excellent team working there and I will continue to keep going there for anything I may need in the future and refer all my friends and aquaintances, as I never feel like "just another customer," but a welcomed friend as soon as I walk in. I went in thinking i was going to get some tires today, after being recommended from a co worker that they have financial options, so i started putting my information in the computer, And there was all these other names(from previous customers i assume) that popped up with addresses, emails, full names, saved on the bars and that got me skeptical about finishing it..then i mention it to a employee and he said thats the "customers problem they saved it" like what the heck! that info should not be saved on glens tires computer! Then i said im good. And he wasnt trying to help and he said "cool" in a disrespectful way i did not like that so Thats what pushed me out of there... Fernando i recommend you some better customer service there...

**UPDATE*** To the owners reply! That wasn’t my point! My point was that I was told that I was buying new tires but you sold me used tires! We went in to buy new tires in May with a budget of $1000. Hugo told us that he could get us a deal for $450 for four brand new tires! So I thought that was great, until I came back because there was a screw in my tire. I was ready to replace it with a brand new tire and maybe change all four because I wanted to upgrade my rims. The guy said he could give me a discount because my tires were brand new! Or that’s what he thought! Come to find out, Hugo told us we were getting new tires but gave us used ones! We paid $450 for used tires. And then they said there was nothing they could do! So we went to Victors! Where we got a better price and better service! Never again will I go to glens to buy tirws

I had an issue over the weekend, having a childish "person" slash all the tires on my vehicle. It took until Monday to get money together to replace them, and I called over to Glen's and spoke to Johnny. He was very helpful, and said he would go check in back for my tire size and call me back. He called me back and let me know they had them, what I would be paying, complete-taxes included! And they got right on it and had me out in a half hour!! Out of 5 stars, I would give them a solid 10 stars!!!!

The Staff is straight forward and quick. Waiting room is cozy and they always got a movie going. Prices are pretty fair and they have good deals on the basics people need. (Alignments, tires, oil changes etc.)

So I felt that the staff here were fine I felt they handled me with respect and provided timely service. My vehicle was shaking at high speeds and I took it to them to get diagnosis and possibly an alignment. They told me that my tires were bad and that they had split and that was the cause of the issue. They stated they tried to balance the tires but the only way to solve the problem was to purchase new tires. I decided against buying new tires and a few months later took the car to another tire shop close by. They indicated to me that the tires were severely out of balance and that that is the cause of the shaking. I will update this review if they are wrong but thus far the car seems to be fine and the tires are fine. So I'm not sure where the disconnect happened but at this point I feel like I was misinfored in an attempt to have me by four new tires when I did not need them.

Customer service and satisfaction is high quality. I got my brakes and rotors done about 3 months ago. they went bad again, I took my car back to get repairs -they honor all life time warranty with no questions. Alongside explaining any issues that may have contributed to needing the repair. I highly recommend

I know there are other good tire shops around Salt Lake, but Glen's is by far the best tire shop in the valley in my opinion. I've been coming to them for years and they've always provided excellent customer service, excellent prices, and a great product. Tonight my truck ended up with a nail in the tire coming off of the freeway onto 3500 south. I walked into Glen's at 6:24pm (they close at 6:30pm) and while they still had several other customers they were helping, they still patched my tire and had me on my way within 10 minutes so that I could get home and get to work in the morning. Another time a couple of years ago, I was looking for a tire for my sister's car and they didnt have what she needed. The rep went out of his way to help me call around to other tire shops to help us find the right tire and at a price she could afford. I've always received an excellent deal when I have purchased with them, and was treated excellent even when I didn't. This place is a small local owned business who follows the old school business principle of taking care of people whether they are customers today or not. If you're in need of an excellent deal on an alignment, brakes, tires, wheels or anything else that hey offer do yourself a favor and give Glen's a call.

Get new tires on my truck here every 2 years. Had my nephew go in for an alignment on his truck today 5/18/18. They told him $70 which is advertised. They called him 5 minutes after we dropped the truck off and said it would be $110. When I called them to find out what was going on. The first person hung up on me. The second time calling, they said it was because it was way out of alignment and would take longer to complete. They said it would take an hour and a half when we left the truck. 45 minutes later when we drove by, the truck was in the front not being worked on. My nephew called and asked if his truck was done. They said yeah come and pick her up. They charged my nephew $90 for a $70 job after I went off about the change in price from $70 to $110. It also did not take the time they quoted or extra. Fernando the manager needs to reach out and make this right. If it's not, I will no longer take my business to them and will not refer them to any more people. Fernando, your guys were straight crooks today looking to have a customer pay for their lunch.

I always gave GREAT reviews for Glen's Tires. Always 5 stars. I've been going here for 15 + years. When they were just a small shack. I've come here for tires, oil changes, etc. I purchased 4 tires just this last summer BRAND NEW with a 36,000 mile warranty and free rotations. They handled my tires and I noticed about a month ago the tires in the back are bald as can be. I spoke with Glen's & they stated the company was bought out so they had to buy my warranty from the old owner then would prorate new tires for me. They were giving me quotes before knowing how much I even used of it... considering I don't drive even 15k a year.. I know I have more then half but they only wanted to discount me 5-10 bucks... Next I was going to buy NEW tires AGAIN from them.. the guy was suppose to follow up with me on ETA's & Tires... I called alllllll week trying to find out what's going on (HE SEEN MY TIRES & HOW BAD THEY WERE.) YET NO FOLLOW UP.... Sad to say... They have lost a life time customer.... I've now bought new tires with someone else for A MUCH better deal... and they handle their warranty how most do unlike this place. VERY disappointed to experience this even after telling a man there that they are about to lose a life time customer ... NOTHING... SMH.

I called first and just wanted to ask questions about getting a set of used tires put on my car I might buy from a friend. Jake listened and answered all my questions. This is the best tire shop I've been to. I had a broken valve on my tire, and tried to go to 5 different shops to get it fixed. Every single shop I went to, I was turned away because it was 1 or 2 hours away from closing. Glen's tires was the only shop that was willing to fix it. It literally took 5 minutes tops to fix. The guys fixed it free of charge. I also needed 2 brake pads and rotors. They ordered them right then and there and got it all replaced for me. They even stayed past closing time just to cater to my needs. They are the best and have really great prices. The other shops need a customer service lesson from Glen's Tires. They are super nice and willing to help. You can tell they're not in it for the money, but for the people. I'm so grateful for them.

Got new rims today, they didn't have enough bands for my Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensors, so they cut them and zip tied them together Which fell apart in an hour rattling around the tire which I later had to replace due to a screw being in it as well. I'm not going back to this place ever again. CLOWNS.

They did a good job in fixing a hole in my tire that fixed a slow but worsening leak. I appreciate that they chose the lowest-cost fix. They did over-fill my tire to 40 pounds, when the spec is 32, that's why I withheld one star Will definitely go back to them though for more tire work.

The customer service is incredible, I didn’t have to figure out who was in charge, Fernando approached me immediately and got my car in right away for new shoes. I had asked for time off of work to get my tires replaced thinking it would take at least 2 or 3 hours like everywhere else but I ended up with tires, rotation and alignment in less than an hour. Dont let the reviews fool you, this place isn't as great as people are claiming it to be. The service was terrible I told them one thing and not only did they not do it but they skipped me and helped out other people. For what there charging you could go somewhere else and get more for your buck. I regret ever coming here. They took almost 3 hours with my car.
