This place was great. All the boys working there were super kind and I was updated on the status of my car. This was also the cheapest place for a tire rotation + alignment that I found out of the ten different places I called. My only complaint is that it took forever (at least an hr and a half) but I'm guessing that was because it's a Friday and they were a bit busy.

Clayton Tire Pro's are the first place I go for tires. They on an occasion stated they couldn't beat a competitors price for a great tire, didn't try to sell me on a cheaper priced tire. I recommend them to everyone I hear that needs their type of services. Plus they give a free 2 liter of root beer for certain services. It's not much, but it's a small token of their appreciation. They are locally owned and just an all around great company and group of people.

I called Clayton's Tire Pros to get an idea of what options for new tires were available for my vehicle and received personalized service where several options and price points were provided to make sure I got the exact tire I wanted and needed. Since the option I wanted wasn't immediately available, the employee helping me said he would notify me as soon as they were available which was great bc it made it so I didn't have to keep checking back or make extra trips. When I got to the shop I was immediately greeted and treated like a long time customer. As I was finalizing the purchase, I was given a thank you 2 liter of root beer which was a nice touch.

I ann continually impressed by the quality of service and personal concern demonstrated by the guys at tire pros. Not only do they do their job very well, but they take a personal interest in you and your vehicle to make sure the job is done right and get you the best possible deal on whatever you need, be it parts, rotation, alignment, you got it. I've had some pretty hefty alignment problems with my car which ended up being more severe than we originally thought, they had ordered some parts for me but the dealer sent the wrong part so tire pros took the time to do the painstaking task of bending the damaged parts on my car back in shape and re-installing them at no extra charge, and to top it off are finding the part I need from other dealers. Seriously, come here. You will love it!!

Always helpful and never push sales on you. I always feel like I'm gettin hooked up. I've been in multiple times when I, or someone else, goes in expecting to buy new tires and they will rotate the tires and tell you to drive them for another year before replacing them. The services are cheap- ESPECIALLY if you bought the tires there. They also give you root beer with the purchase of tires. I like to call it oot beer cause of an inside joke with my buddy Derek.

I was on my way down to St George and noticed one of my tires was looking pretty flat and I didn't know if I would be safe driving that far on it. I called about 15 minutes before they closed and they offered to stay until I got there to check it out for me. When I got there it was passed closing time but they kindly checked out my tires and noticed the one had a problem with it that made it unsafe to drive and that it needed to be replaced asap. I went in to get my car checked because it was making a weird grinding sound. These guys got me in right away and found a rock stuck near my caliper and that was what was causing my issue. Clayton's is the only shop around I trust. I went to the Acura dealer and they gave me a quote for new brakes. I then called Clatyon's and without telling them my existing quote their price came in at 60% of the dealers. And when I went in they let me know I could probably last a few more months on my existing brakes. They are top shelf.

I called in the morning to see how long it would take to get my truck aligned and tires rotated.. I got there about 9:45.. they said it would only be a couple hours. So I get a call around 1:30 that it's done. I get there and the tires had been rotated but NO alignment.. so my truck really wasn't ready... it took them 4 hours to rotate my damn tires?! The guy at the desk said they had 4 people still in front of me for a alignment which I could not wait for sense I had no ride they already had left and they already had my truck half the day... so he tells me to be back at 8:00 am in the morning to get it done.. and they will do it first thing... well duh cause that's when you open and you don't take appointments. I had been recommended by 3 people to this place... and was so disappointed.. maybe cause I'm a girl they feel they don't need to treat me the same.. this is why I hate doing these things by myself because they just walk all over you if your a female trying to handle your own stuff.. it's sad...

I went to Jiffy lube a few days back, got my car serviced oil change tire rotation the normal stuff. Then I realized I had a sticker from Tire Pros that I had purchased those tires that year prior. So I hopped over here to Clayton's and they informed me that I had two Nails in my tire and they replaced it for free because of warranty. These guys have taken care of me Throughout the years, I'm going to get my brakes done here pretty soon and I really don't trust a lot of dealers after this experience. Clayton Tire Pros has taken care of me :-)

These are definitely my tire guys. I have been getting my tires here for years and have always had great service. Especially on rotations and balances. I think other places tell you they have a long wait time to discourage you from rotating your tires. Clayton's usually have me in and out in about 30 minutes. Today I stopped in to get new tires. They did not have in stock so they ordered them and called me about 2 hours later letting me know they had arrived. When I showed back up to have them installed they literally pulled my car in about 1 minute after I arrived which was awesome considering they were pretty busy. What great service.

How's It Taste?

Came in thinking I needed a balancing, turned out it was just an egg shaped tire. They were very honest about it, tire price was good. For some reason they gave me a 2 liter of root-beer; so that was nice.

Called Clayton's on Wednesday afternoon and asked if they could do a certain repair and when they could do it. They said yes to the repair and said they work on first come first serve so if I got there early the next morning they could do it the next day. I dropped it off at 8:00 am, right when they opened so that they could for sure get it done as I was planning to leave town the next morning and really needed this certain repair done. I called them at 1:00 and they "hadn't gotten to it yet". They called me at 3:30 and said they were going to get started on it and if I could give them all the way until 6:00 they would have it done. I said no problem. Then they call me at 4:30 and say they "can't get to it today". This was a very frustrating experience at Clayton's today, especially since I needed my car for our family trip and I was told they could get the job done if I was there early. Obviously they chose to do other cars in front of mine and they don't really do repairs on a first come first serve basis. I like supporting businesses that are locally owned, but this time it didn't pay off for me. Very frustrating!

I took my SUV in here today after getting a quote from Les Schwab up the road the prior day. Les Schwab told me $560 out the door for front brakes and rotor job. Well, these guys just finished the job in a few hours and for $240 LESS!!!!!! THAT IS FOR THE SAME JOB!!! Also, Les Schwab tells me I need rear shocks ASAP for a cost out the door of $1,100!!!!!! Shane says I’m still fine for a bit and that dealer “recommends” swapping them out at the mileage that my car has on it. Thanks guys for not ripping me off and for being honest with me. I drive pass 3 other tire pros shops and about 20 other tire shops to go to Claytons. The only place I'll ever go. The work gets done right for the right price. I had my breaks replaced and when I got the car back the car was making a weird sound on the front driver side. They willingly took the car in twice to look at it and make sure it was right. Turned out to be a pretty easy fix. You can't go wrong bringing your car here!
