1. Great service 2. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. 3. Very friendly kitty that keeps you company while you wait... I quit buying cheap tires a long time ago. I need tires that are going to last and a business that I can trust. These guys are right down the road from my house and I can swing by whenever I have a problem. I have had numerous patches, and I have bought two separate set of tires from them. Has been a great experience every time!

The guys here are GREAT. In the past couple of years I have been in about 3 times with debris in a tire that I picked up on our wonderful roadways. They repaired them quickly and u was back on my way. I also know of a local resident who had a flat in town but her factory jack was not operational. One of the guys met her with a shop floor jack and was able to get the tire swapped for her spare so she could get it to their shop. That is above and beyond.

Wagoner tire really went the extra mile for my wife on Monday. She was experiencing a low tire pressure warning while I was stuck at work. She drove in as she was texting me. I was in a meeting and couldnt tell her all the things to say to make sure she wasnt taken advantage of. They popped the tire off, showed her the issue (nail), and repaired it quickly. They easily could have scared her into buying an expensive new 20" tire but they didnt. I am so impressed that I wanted to write this review. Thank you, Wagoner Tire. This has been the best experience locally in Dripping Springs.

I had a tire blow on my 5th wheel, luckily I was only a couple miles away. I called and they had the right tire. They had me back on the road in no time. They also checked all of the other tires as well. Excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend Wagoner Tire. I don't live in Dripping Springs, and needed to get a tire repaired before the 2-3 hour drive home. I'd been limping along with a a pump in order to get my Mom to doctors' appointments for a couple of days. Nate was wonderful. He apologized that I would have to wait a little while, the had my tire repaired within half an hour. I was delighted. It is so refreshing to have such friendly and competent service these days!

Very receptive when talking to them on the phone. They got my car in and looked at it in a timely manner. Was having issues with loosing air pressure in a rear tire. They found the problem (which two other auto service centers did not) and fixed it quickly. Very polite, friendly staff. I'm not from the area, but if I was, I would use them again.

Not many people own a Sherman Tank. I happen to have one, disguised as a Great Dane zero turn mower. Indestructible! Unfortunately I was temporarily out of commission, and at a bad time, due to two flat tires. Took them to two lawn tractor repair shops who were of no help. Then went to Wagoner and they checked out the tires, cleaned them up, filled 'em with air, checked for leaks and sent me on my way. Cost - absolutely nada! You can bet my first stop next time I need tires for my big ol' Ram 2500 will be, you guessed it, Wagoner Tire. Thanks, guys. Great to see that the concept of customer service still lives. John Hoag

We limped into this place with a bad trailer tire, at the start of a long drive to Big Bend. They fixed us up quickly with a new tire, corrected the installation of the spare we had put on (the bolts were backwards), and showed us a neat trick for replacing our lost hubcap cover--a cut-off coke can plus duct tape. They were busy yet took care of us completely and for a very reasonable price.
