USA Wheel & Tire out of Mesquite, TX and Xtreme Mudder Wheels have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you are a retail customer or a small business owner I urge you to not do business with them.
I was interested in becoming a dealer for Xtreme Mudder Wheels. USA Wheel is listed as a Xtreme Mudder distributor on the XM website. The Mesquite location is the closest to me, so I give them a call. A young lady answered the phone, I then expressed that I was interested in setting up a wholesale account. She gave me an email address to send my information to. I promptly sent the email and found out the email she gave me was the incorrect one. No big deal, I call her back and tell her the issue. She says that I can email her and she will forward it to the wholesale account manager. After sending the email I call to see if she received it, she says "yes" and that she will forward it for me. I call the next day to see if my account had be setup yet, she answers the phone and says that it hasn't but will have the person in charge to call me when it is ready. Up to this point I had been happy with their service. Assuming the lady who answered the phone actually did what she told me, she helped me as much as she could.
Several days go by and I hear nothing from USA Wheel. At this point I figure that USA Wheel & Tire is not interested in selling any product. I then email Xtreme Mudder via their website asking if they have another distributor that services my location. A man named Luis Garcia responded stating that he worked out of USA Wheel in Mesquite, he gave me his phone number and asked for me to call him the following business day. At this point I was a little hopeful that something may get done, but I was wrong. Admittedly I was busy the following business day and did not have a chance to call Luis. But over the course of 3 days I called 10 times trying to get in touch with Luis. 8 of those calls went straight to voice mail, 2 of the call rang but eventually went to voice mail, and none of my phone calls or my voice mail were returned.
If a company is this hard to get in touch with when you are trying to buy something from them, just imagine how hard it will be when you have a problem out of one of their products.
