BE WARY OF THEIR USED TIRES!!!!! So I needed some tires and really can't afford new tires atm, so I call these guys. Guy on phone says that they have 2 available. I said cool, sit on them. Show up and some dude tells me they only have one. Thinking It was a miscommunication between themselves and ask for 2. They put in on, I drive it home and park it. Week later i drive out for an errand and all of a sudden I hear a loud repetitive banging on my car as if something is on my tire. Turns out the treads ripped off and I see metal wires every which direction coming out of it. I was on the highway mind you. Wow.

I need to get this point across the board that you get what you pay for. This place is cheap but expect cheap work. They will over torque your wheels and you'll end up having to pay more down the road because of stripped wheel studs. My wheel FLEW off while driving. I called them to complain and they said bring the car up there so they can look at it. HOW can I if my car is like this? I am never ever dealing with this place ever again and I advise the whole entire DFW if not the whole U.S.A. to not go to this place for service. Go some where else with mechanics that will respect your vehicle.

Place has been opened a long, long time. They accept cash and cars and probably one of the least expensive places to get a good used tire on that side of town. They are always busy and open before most tire shops. They open at 7am so get there early!

I usually go here to get flats fixed, rotations, tire balance because they are one of the few tire shops that get their balance machine calibrated. Many times after having my tires balance somewhere else, I would come here and get it corrected. These guys are realky fast and I have been going here for at least 20 years.

9/1/2018 I bought brand new back tires for my car from this place with a 40,000 mile warranty, today 6/21/2019 I come with about 15,000 miles on them wanting to get them replaced or at least check them because the tire pressure was on ,an I was being told excuses such as the tires are getting more expensive for them n that it wasn’t his problem just so I wouldn’t receive my warranty they also tried to say I didn’t get them at that location ,so disorganized and not true to there warranty I wasn’t complaining when I bought the tire brand new!!smh

Omg can any business be any slower? Got here at 9:12 pm. 3 vehicles in front of me. It’s now 10:10 and I’m still waiting in 1 tire! It appears they only have 1 tire tech. He has to see what size tire you need, go try to find it, then put it in your car. Will never stop here again. Learned my lesson

Talked to guy there a couple of weeks ago for rims I need-IF they want to do business with you, they are great, but if they don't want to go to the trouble, it's a whole nother story. Wish they guy I talked to first was there, because the guys I talked to today on the phone couldn't be bothered.

The wait was a little long before someone was able to help me. They have lots of tires but unfortunately and surprising to me they didn't have my size tire which is a 245/40/19. I still ended getting a tire due to the I fact I had just gotten a flat. Other than those thing I would definitely go back, but not as a first choice.

Honestly i wasn't going to write a review because it was gonna be a one star but being the situation.. i came here all the way from mesquite because a friend said their prices were friendly and it was fast service. But my wait here was almost an hour and i got skipped because of the way their shop is set up.. But worst of all i paid too much, plus the tire i have from them has a bump on it so now i need another .. any place is better than this place believe me

This place was packed and I still got extremely fast service. It's the only place I can find used tires in my size for $25 and on top of that the best used tires I have ever gotten have been from this place. And they're open late till like midnight I think so they're open late lowest price I can find and the best quality and friendly staff and super fast service I mean hands down my go to used tire shop

Customer Service skills are ZERO at this place. They replaced my tire but don't expect to feel "welcomed" like more reputable places. These people don't greet you, or say anything to you unless you say something first.. After the guy got done with my vehicle I went inside to pay the guy at the register and the guy that replaced my tire stood behind me during my entire transaction as if I was going to turn away and run off without paying! I will not be back especially since there are atleast five other tire ships along this stretch of Harry Hines. If you believe that your hard earned money is worth more than a tire or two and you have some dignity, go elsewhere...This place should be last resort only.

I desperately needed [a smaller size of...] tires that were a bit challenging to find used. They put them on quickly for a great price [great tread!], but...when I drove off, my steering wheel was @ 2 o'clock & wheels were reverberating! I returned to 'share' and asked if they had balanced the tires. They had not & succinctly took directive action to balance the front two w/o charge. I called back to ask [investigate] if they balanced used tires & they answered yes, for $5 each. Had they informed/offered me that @ the onset I would have gladly participated. So, they actually balanced the front 2 for free, but I wish they would have given me the option to balance all 4. Am going elsewhere to have the back 2 balanced.

WORST. PLACE. EVER.! Took over 2.5 hours to put on some new tires and rims. They were missing pieces & tried to put mix-match pieces on our rims. And told us "they are just bolts and screws who's going to notice,it's just looks" like yeah dude rims are for looks since there is nothing wrong with my original ones and that was the whole purpose of getting new ones and spending over 1,000$. 5 hours later and we are still here, taking just as long to put originals back on after I refused to want tires with half ass rim work on them and bolts that are both to long and to short for my tires and they didn't even have enough for each tire! MUST WATCH THEM FROM START TO FINISH.

Im never buying tires from this place!! We stopped by Friday night to get a tire the next day we woke up in the morning and the tire was flat!! I called the owner and he said to stop by and they will take care of it as long as I have the receipt. Good thing I paid with a card because that's the only way you get a receipt if you pay cash you are screwed. So I stopped by I told them what happened they looked at the tire and said there was nothing wrong with it. We we re about to leave and they stopped me saying I need to pay for them to check the tire I told them No because I spoke with the owner and said it was fine as long as I had the receipt. They still wouldn't believe it till they said fine. I left that place and went to discount tire to check the air. They told us they had over loaded with air and to be careful because the tire usa tires gave us was 13 years old!!! That it was very dangerous driving with that tire because it was going to explode at any moment! I decided to go to another place to see if it was true and they said the same thing!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY TIRES FROM THAT PLACE I KNOW ITS CHEAP BUT BECAUSE OF THAT OUR WHEEL WAS BENT AS WELL THEY SCREWED MY CAR SO MUCH!!!

They charge a fair price to fix your tires. I bought tires online and they install them on the car. It is 10 dollars per tire (balanced and installed) If you go at night, they dont have enough staff to handle the volume of customers waiting to be serviced. Overall, good place but they need help from operations stand point

Out the door price was better than its competitors. 3 shops within 2 blocks. When you're looking for ratings... Be sure to look research the person, are they a local guide... If there are reasonable comments... Look at their history. I have friends in marketing that are very good at getting their friends to make comments on services that they have not truly received. I am new to the area AND HAS NO KICKBACKS OR FRIENDSHIPS WITH THE COMPANIES THAT I RATE.
