Don't go here. Terrible customer service and bent my husband's rim. When I called to tell them what happened he "couldn't understand" and hung up.

Had them rotate the tires. Didnt tighten the bolts on my hub caps good and lost a bolt. Went up there to get another bolt to have it corrected and was told I'd have to wait for them to order one. I'd understand if they didn't have any, but the shop is full of the same wheels.

I went to try to find two new tires and the guy who helped me told me they didn't have them but could order them. I offered to pay for them or give him my information but he insisted it was not necessary and to just come back in two days. I then showed up two days later and I was told the tires were never ordered due to I didn't put down a deposit. I specifically asked the guy who helped me the first time I went and even had my wallet in my hand ready to pay!

These guys have no idea what they're doing. Went there to get new wheels put on and have it balanced...after I got home I realized they filled every tire up 10-15 PSI over the correct amount. Then I drove it on the highway and it shook like crazy because they dont know how to balance. When I took it back, they wanted to charge me again to have it balanced...why would I pay you to do something twice when you've shown you dont know how to do it. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Small tire shop with a drivethru. They also patch your tire and not plug it. Priced reasonably. The drivethru has an big enough area that trailers and more can pull thru without having to back out. This company has a couple other locations in Dallas. I haven't been to them but if they are ran like this one

Came to this location for a tire rotation on a week day and it took way too long. There isn't any reason why it should take an hour and a half for this task. I was told the guy doing my rotation was new and the manager wanted him to be really careful since I have nice wheels. I appreciated the care but honestly this is a 15 minute task for some who is experienced. For someone new, maybe 30 minutes? I don't know. I didn't want to give them too low of a score because the manager was super apologetic and seemed to be concerned about my discontent. However, I don't think I will becoming back to this location.

I tried using a local tire place for a change but after waiting for 20 minutes without anyone to talk about what I needed I ended up leaving to go somewhere else.
