About 4.5 months ago I went to the Hutto Texas location to have 3 Vogue tires replaced under the "Road Hazard Warranty" and or the "Manufactures Warranty" (which I purchased at the original POS). The spoke to Armando (who at that time was the store manager)...Armando greet me and asked me "how could he help me", so I proceeded to share with him that this was the second time in less than a year that my tires had split all the way around the outside of the tire, making the ride shakey and driving conditions unsafe. Armando checked the tire pressure and learned that all of the tires were inflated to the proper psi, but told me that he could not swap out my tire without speaking to Felix (which is the District Manager). He told me that more than likely, Felix would have to call the Vogue Tire Representative, so that the rep could look at the tire before ordering new replacement tires (which could take a while) and so he would call me when he knew more. Armando took pictures of the tires while on my car, we the shook hands a parted ways. Well three (3) weeks had past and I had not gotten any calls from Armando nor Felix , so I decided to drop in (since I live literally 2-3 miles from the shop). On the visit I spoke to Armando who advised that Felix is still working on it but has been out of town...he stated that as soon as Felix returned, he would call me. So since the ride was so horrible and the conditions were unsafe, I asked Armando if he would replace the three tires with just 3 used regular tires until he had heard back from Felix...but unfortunately he didn't have my size in stock (245/40/20).So another couple of weeks go by and I still have not heard anything from these people, so I remembered having some regular black wall tires in the garage, so I take them up there and ask if they will install them until this mess has been worked out. They agreed to install it, while waiting on the installation to be complete, I ask to speak to Armando (just to see where we were in the process)...I WAS TOLD THAT ARMANDO QUIT AND IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY!!! I go inside and I introduced myself to the new manager and he introduced himself to me as Bo (So here I am now having to start all over with someone new). Bo assured me that he would get in contact with Felix so that he could learn where Armando was in the process,. looked me up in the system, verified my contact information and even offered to keep one of the tires that took off of my car to show the Vogue Rep (in case he/she wants to see it). Bo made a commitment to "call me in a couple of days" after he had learned more. Being that this is my second time having a horrible experience with this company, it became very clear to me that maybe I should step down from the "Top of the line Luxury tire", to just a ordinary El Cheap-o! so I asked Bo if whenever he spoke to Felix, ,to ask him if it would be possible to swap me out of the set of tires that cost $465 per tire to a different tire (hence I do not even care about the money, they can keep it, I just want to ride smoothly on safe tires). This all started way back in July, we are now in the month of November going into December and I am yet to here anything from Armando, Felix or Bo. .If you are reading this and have been contemplating purchasing new tires from Tires To You, I would proceed with extreme caution...as they hate to honor their product. I realize that some time has gone by since this mess started, I had told myself that I would just forget about it and go elsewhere....but I paid well over $400 per tire...I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO IF YOU JUST VALUED ME AS A CUSTOMER!

This place is great. I found the company a couple of years ago and have since purchased 3 sets of tires and a series of wheels from them. The selection is fantastic for nearly any price point and the service is well above what you'd typically find at other tire places. They have some pretty great financing too if you'd like to soften the blow to your wallet. I highly recommend not only this company but the Hutto location is fantastic.

The salesmanship is not particularly honest. I was not told until AFTER the fact, that I must pay 50.00 for a first payment towards their credit company. It is a separate entity...and the FEE for that instant credit was 50.00. So instead of paying toward the huge bottom line price..that first 50.00 dollars went to that company only as a fee. Then...after paying the fee and making a first payment...In order to avoid the high interest rate on the overall price for the product....I must make much more than minimum payments on what I thought were the overpriced products which were thrust upon me...a disabled elder...very quickly by a fast talking young salesman. Never will I fall prey to that again. Because I needed good tires and an alignment according to their computer program...I bought their tires. Truly, this is not the way to treat elders. It is difficult enough to be in poor health and on fixed income...but to be taken in so quickly by smooth talking salesmen....it became clear to me that I had been taken for a ride. Shame on you fellows who treat elders this way. What if I had been your mother?

These guys are great! Always take good care of me. I live in a new neighborhood that is still being built up. In other words, my tires always develop slow leaks from picking up random crud off the roads in my neighborhood. Because I’ve bought tires here, the patch always free and much appreciated!! Service is great as well. Will always come to these guys.

As someone who is very meticulous with his cars finding a shop with the right equipment and the right people can be hard. These guys have all the latest and greatest Hunter equipment--Road force elite balancer, Revolution tire changer and Hawkeye alignment rack. To top it all off they were willing to let me interact with them to dial in my alignment to the exact specs I wanted for the track. Glad I found this place and I will be returning.

Stopped in to get my tire fixed yesterday. They said it would be free and they would also do a free rotation. That sounded great, so I agreed to pay for balancing as well since I just really needed my tire fixed. When I left, the bad tire still had the exact same air pressure as when I got there. Then it continued to leak air through the afternoon. The bad tire was also still in the exact same spot, so they clearly didn't rotate the tires. I knew I didn't need balancing, but I was happy to pay to get my tire fixed. I ended up paying $60 for nothing. So disappointing. I was hoping to be able to do business with these guys. The got $60 out of me, but lost all of my and my husband's future business. Update: My husband checked out the tire -- they put a temporary plug in it, so they don't actually fix your flat. They just plug it. However, it's leaking faster than before and it's for sure in the exact same position so they didn't rotate my tires. I would be happier if they had sold me a new tire because at least then I would no longer have a leak.

I have had a great deal of experience with Auto Shops and contractors lately, unfortunatley. I did alot of research before calling anyone. The moment someone picked up at the Lamar location I was amazed at how warm and accepting the guy who answered was. It was near the end of the day and he said come right in. I realized it was downtown and asked about a closer location. He immediatley told me about the north location without missing a beat or changing his tone or story. It was like Kris, from the new shop, was in the same room! When I called to verify what the first shop said, he was just as welcoming, informational, and proffessional as the first shop. I walked in and the guy seemed so happy about the company, he asked how did you hear about us? The service took awhile but it's because quality is not quick. I'm super happy with this place for balancing and alignment!

Amazing customer service. Best price around. Took my daughter to get 4 new tires. They didnt have the ones from the website that we wanted , so they gave me the next best tire for that price. They also fit me in the schedule to get my tires balanced and rotated. I ended up not spending a dime on the rotation as my tires did not need to be balanced. Very honest company, they could have charged me and I would of never known! Did the same with my daughters alignment, came back saying she didnt need it. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them! Hutto store.

I give two stars only because they did knock down the used tire that I bought by 15 dollars, however, the next morning I walked out to notice the tire completely flat, therefore having to proceed with a credit purchase of a set of tires. I took the tire back the following day and was given no sorrys, no refund, nothimg. The bald head guy that smells of dirty socks offered to have a look. And that is all he did. Looked. Said it was fine and said there would be no refund given based on the fact used tires aren't covered under warranty(which I completely understand) but at the same time you're one of the biggest tire company's around and I've always heard great things of this place so I thought you might look passed policy on a 42 dollar transaction. I was even denied half back. I won't be doing business with any tires for you anywhere and I will spread the word on how cheap and imoral the hutto location was with me. I should leave the tire stuck in you're dirty Windows. But I'll take it to get fixed by people that actually know what they're doing. Good day.

Went there purchased Wheels and Tires for my Jeep and had them installed while I waited. But the story was not a happy one. The technicians had installed three of the four tires when they discovered that the fourth one was not the same as the others. The Salesman Eric was very apologetic when he told me what had happened. Eric told me that the factory had ship a set of four but one was not the same as the others. I became a little upset because I had been waiting for while, but I knew it wasn't their fault. I then asked Eric if he had another set that I could have. He told me yes, but that it would take about two hours to have them installed. He offered to give me a ride to my house or take me to a convenience store to get something to eat. I told Eric let's make it happened. I waited and at the end I was very pleased especially with Eric. Eric drop everything that he was doing rolled up his sleeves went to the bay and went to work. He and others jump on it got dirty and made it happened. Thank you guys for making it right. I highly recommend this business. Welcome to Hutto guys and keep up the awesome work.

I really appreciate this place. I had a manager (JC) come out to explain to me why my tires had worn so unevenly and explain the geometry of putting a tire that is too big on a wheel that is too small. I’ve been told this before, but I felt I was being upsold. The hour that JC spent with me explaining and searching for what I wanted had me sold. I never set out to buy new tires AND wheels, but I did. Had my front end aligned after a lift install, too. I appreciate someone taking the time to explain the WHYs of a situation. I’ve told several friends about these guys already. Thank you and keep up the great work!

To make a long story short I went in there to have my tires balanced they explain to me they couldn't be balanced but they could sell me some 26s I had to think about it took the truck home let it sit for about 2 weeks and then went to go clean it up and realize that they had the two back tires backwards the rotation was backwards so if you have directional tires be wary and also be wary of the upsell I believe in no it was done intentionally on top of it I gave the guy cash because you had went to the trouble of trying to balance my tires under the table I gave him cash so just saying beware

NO WAY would I ever go back to this tire outlet. I saw an ad for tires for my car for $41.00 each. I figured 200.00 - 230.00 tops. You know... the valve stems, mount and balance. The normal charges you see that they dont tell you about. My bill for those four tires was $381.00. I asked the dude who called himself Mo how did we go from $41.00 a tire to $381.00? He told me that they do alignments on the vehicles. Ok "Mo" the guy that doesnt have a business card but seems to have all the answers. That alignment that you never told me about should fall on you and not me. I was never told about it, was never asked if I wanted one. So until this company pays me back the money that was pretty much stolen from me I will continue to call you thieves and tell people to never go and see you. I feel that because of the car I drove in had out of state plates on it that I was profiled and taken advantage of. And this place wont let you post a comment unless you give even 1 star. Nope, I will never be back.

Ordered a trailer wheel and tire, was told they would be ready to pickup a couple days later on Friday. By Tuesday I had still not got a call, so I called them to find out what was going on. I was told wheel had come in that day and to cone on by. Turns out they ordered the wrong wheel, giant waste of my time.

Even though they didn't have matching tires, and I had never done business there, they offered to put the spare tire on, but it would take a while. If you’re looking for that old school, back in the day, customer service, this is the place you NEED to visit when you decide to buy your next set of tires! I own a Jeep Wrangler and bought a set of 33” Toyo tires. I drove them for a week and even though they were great tires and drove absolutely perfect, I wasn’t happy with their size. I came back asking if I could get a set of 35” Toyo tires and they said, Yes! Even though I had them for a week, they took them back and gave me a credit towards another set. I’m sorry but if you went to another tire company and asked that same request, I’m pretty sure your outcome wouldn’t work in your favor. Joey and Edward are great guys and they will take care of you! Thanks again for the great customer service! You have a customer for life!

This store is bs, I called and told a sells person that I had a nail in my tire and if they could fix it, he said yes bring it in and we will fix it no cost , so before I took in the truck I took the nail out because it was leaking air and put a temporary plug in just so I could get to the store , I get there one of the sells person takes a look at it and said oh well since you already took the nail out we can't touch it anymore but let me go ask Carlos, I'm guessing manager well he comes back and said no he said we can't do it , so how els was I supposed to get there if the air was coming out with the nail in it ? So I said f this store I rather drive 30 min for good service to the store in Lamar where i originally bought the tires and they took care of the problem no questions asked , won't be going back to hutto unfortunately I already had bought tires with them to .

I have bought 3 sets of tires here. Prices are very competitive and if you have the free replacement fee even better. Actually had a little problem with them putting the wrong tires on my truck this last go round. But hey everyone makes mistakes, and I ended up with the tires I wanted with the price that was unreasonably fair. They made good on the mix up and then some. I received fantastic customer service when I went in. It was a very busy Saturday and they still got me in and out the door in under an hour for 4 tires. That includes the wait before they even got to my car. The guys at the service counter were all very upbeat and positive with great attitudes. I worked with Edward and he helped me out with an issue with one of my cars TPMS sensors that I didn't even know about. Great experience overall and I will be back shortly for another set on my other car.
