I felt intimidated I felt the rest and threatened buy them I won't rent anything else from them this will be the first and last time once I get my tires paid and I think they're more expensive all I wanted was for tires and I'm paying $700 for 4 tires and I only did it because I couldn't afford to get for tire but I price for tired they were $500 before so I feel like I'm getting cheated or took an advantage of pay 150 for deposit then turn around and had to pay 124 when I was told I was supposed to pay 120 so they added more money I'm just not happy with them at all they are not the best and I don't suggest anyone to do it when you can't pay they make you feel like nothing as a customer

This location has a new manager by the name Mia, I definitely suggest you come by if you had any prior issues, or someone that is really for you when it comes to new wheels.

These people here at Rent A Tire in Irving Texas absolutely the BEST place to get rims/tires. The customer service I got from Eddy, Calvin, Idi, and Christian by far has been the best experience I could have ever asked for. I have one of the baddest rides in DFW thanks to these guys and the aftercare has been amazing! If you need rims and tires, please come to Rent A Tire in Irving Texas!!! You'll be happy you did!

First time i have ever tried rent to own tires and wheels. Everything seemed great till the first time i was late on a payment about 7 months later.. I work two jobs so my hours are crazy i get sleep when ever i can or not working. Life happened and unexpected things happened and i fell short for money on the payment they called first time and i was asleep the second time i was at work about 30 min later i ger calls from my family asking why rent a tire harassing them? I was so suprised being ive never been late and already called and told them that i was going to be a few days late.. Obviously they do not take notes to anyones account or/and never communicate with ewch other. If you can save to just out riight buy then do it.. Its not worth the hassle being treated badly... You know how those rent to own appliance store such a bad reputation, rent a tire is nothing more and nothing less.. Your best friends till your first time late then they get insane.... Beware folks

Izzy and Ed were very friendly and helpful. I would buy my wheel from them again and again. Plus the movie they was one I really wanted to while waiting making my visit that much more enjoyable. If I was the first to greet me with a smile and it was on from there. Izzy kept the smile going and Ed finalized the deal.

BY FAR the worst place I have ever done business with. The only reason I went is because I needed tires ASAP. New manager Mia sucks! Payments are supposed to come out weekly but yet I have been charged 3 times in 2 weeks, the payments come out on wednesdays sometimes, fridays, or mondays. I guess they just like running up my card. Then you talk to the managers and they promise to call you back and thats a joke. And to make it up to you they promise a free week, umm never happened! WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT GET TIRES FROM HERE IT HAS BEEN HELL!!!!

Let's see it's my 3rd trip up here apparently their tire tech comes and goes as he pleases so you may get here and your Salesman bless his heart is trying to figure out how to put your tires on. I went back and fourth I know what tires will fit my vehicle without damage and which ones won't after going back and fourth for a few hours I finally said to hell with it put them on I'm tired and over it went to Pep boys to Beth them aligned and balanced was told the tires were way to big for the vehicle and are going to quickly mess up my suspension. They're not very educated on what's good for you and your vehicle and the product they're selling Ed was great for the most part. It's just the store and garage over all are lacking in many areas could use a facelift and some help! Would've gone somewhere else had I not had 3 days and many hours, gas and money already tied into it.

Albert sucks. He is an absolute horrible store manager. Very hostile. He tried to rip me off on two different occasions with the same set of tires I was financing! After telling Albert I needed to speak to district manager he kept refusing to give me his information because he knew he was in the wrong. He will sit there and argue with you until he realizes he’s not getting anywhere. Once he sees that he just says “Fine! You want this? I’ll do this!” No. That’s not how customer service works. Would never recommend this place. Horrible service with high prices do not equal. People will pay for service, not necessarily the product. Glad I’m done with them!!
