If I could give no stars I would! I went in yesterday to order tires for my car. I didn't know the size, but I was at a tire shop so I trusted they could figure it out for me. Well I was wrong. Not only did I get charged a special order fee because they didn't carry the "tires I needed" The lady at the front desk checked my tires and didn't even order the right size because my back tires are a completely different size, which a person who is supposed to be the "manager" should know. Not only when I was there yesterday she had attitude with me every time I tried to ask a question, but today when I called to inform her that she ordered the wrong tires because she ordered all four the same size, she proceeded to tell me it was my fault that I didn't know the sizes, which I informed her within the first 2 minutes of walking in I didn't know the sizes. When I was on the phone I stayed calm and asked for a manager which she then told me she was the manager. OK fine. She told me that she could refund the special order fee for the tires EVEN THOUGH she ordered the complete wrong tires for my car. At this point she was yelling at me at which I responded " there is no reason to argue" I will call cooperate to get the issue resolved. She rudely said good luck and hung up. VERY unprofessional. DO NOT recommend. Unless you like getting yelled at for not doing Rent-a-Tire's job LMFAO!

I knew what type of wheel I wanted for my 2013 Camaro when I went into the store. The staff was very helpful, but was unable to find anything similar to what I wanted in the store or in their catalogue. I purchased my own rims on line and had them shipped to the store. I purchased the tires from rent-a-tire. They made the process very easy. I came in the day my rims were delivered . They already knew the type and size tire I would need. They installed them and had me riding pretty in no time! Mr. Butcher and his staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Great customer service!

Great Product Selection, but customer service after the sale is key to repeat business. I have been trying to get my tires rotated for the last six months. Finally got in today with no line and it still took over an hour. That sucks free or not. Received a call today about my review. Explanation given and accepted. Resealed the deal. I mean really, that is all I needed was an explanation.

I've brought about 4 sets of rims from these amazing people. I refuse to go anywhere else they have the best quality and the staff is fill of wonderful people the mgr key is so sweet and just a beautiful person inside and out very helpful and me Bob at the front desk is a very wonderful person hey the only thing I can say is we need more customer service people like this in all astablishments period been a loyal customer 4 about 10 years

Well I will add this to the many negative blogs!! This is the worst customer service, management and products my family has delt with in 30 years!! Stay far away from this location!!! Dee (one of the managers) is the only one worth keeping! We had to take back two sets of rims as they cracked...and we had the warranty...they wouldn't cover it! So we took the extra coverage off...they added it back on without our approval! They are all super nice while they are getting you to sign a contract and hook you up with rims and tires!! but be one day late and they will blow up every phone number they have for you! And this is after being what they say (their best customer) for over two years!! My entire family will never do business with this company or location. We will pass this imformation on to anyone that asks............find a different option than here!! Good Luck

Spent over $3000 on rims and tires, I also bought The road hazard warranty for $100. The center caps came off going down the highway and when I asked them if I could get them replaced I was told it would cost another $200 bucks! This place is just a rip off. I could of got the same rims and tires for half the cost but I didn't want to wait. I will never do business with them again.

Went in on Nov.10 2014 ... I soon as I walked in Mrs. Kyiwana G. great me with a smile. I told her we was looking some wheels and tires for my Camaro...she asked me what year it was .. So she asked me if I liked any style they had in the store... but unfortunately they didn't fit my car. So she pulled out a couple of catologs .. We spoted three of them n I told her pick the one you think its THE BEST..!! So she did.. My car looks awesome!!!! I defiantly recommend this place to get your tires and wheels..There customers service is awesome ...starts from the front to the back.. The lady who did our paperwork and the guys who put my wheels and tires on..They did an excellent job.
