I have done business with Red Oak Tire & Wheel for years. Oil changes, tires, batteries, repair work, you name it, as have my kids and family. They have always been well versed in all aspects of any repairs, answered my questions respectfully and kept my repair cost to a minimum. I will continue to use this shop and would highly recommend

The service was very quick. I had three things I needed worked on: alignment front and back, oil change and inspection. They did all that work in about an hour and were super nice as well. I will be back.

I went here to get my tire fixed from a slow air leak. Chose to go here because they open early so it was a perfect option for me on a work day to swing by. The service was quick and efficient. I paid $15 for a tire repair (as of 6/19/19). This place seems like a no-frills yet efficient business. If you expect service that includes people who are “Chatty Cathys”, then you may not like it. But honestly, I came for the service and I entertained myself on my phone in the 10-15 minutes the man worked on my tire. When I did speak or ask questions, I was answered politely. So as others mentioned, just because they don’t converse in a warm and fuzzy way, doesn’t necessarily mean the quality of their work/services was bad. I’d come back based on my first experience!

Took our car to have it inspected. There was a problem with one of the brake lights. They fixed it. They aren't friendly or talkative with customers. Never saw either of them smile. Maybe it was just a bad day. This was our first, and probably last visit.

My normal tire shop in Red Oak was closed due to the weather. I decided to go to Red Oak Tire & Wheels. I had a flat tire and wasn’t sure if it was low from the cold or I had a nail in my tire. The service was fast but had no customer service. It cost me 15 dollars to get a patch on my tire. When I called an hour before he told me two or three dollars. He never looked up at me once when he was talking. Maybe, because I am Black I didn’t get the service that I thought I was going to get over the phone (which I sound white over the phone). I paid with no problem because I was trying to get to work. Before I left I asked did I have a nail and he said yes. But why do I have to ask? Couldn’t you have told me... I guess because I was Black I didn’t get the customer care I deserved. Thank you for fixing my tire but I will have to roll around with a flat because EVERYONE deserves good customer services no matter what.

I was going to take my car to Red Oak Tire and wheel, Don’t!! Very Rude!! No customer service, what so ever. As some of th other reviews said, talked down to me as well! I was there 10 minutes after 4, all bays but one were empty. I asked for a alignment, he said not today your not and told me multiple times it takes a hour to do. I guess you have to be on there list to get work done there. I work hard for my money, I’m so glad I took my car to Hawk. Very friendly and fast. Thanks Hawk automotive for turning a bad experience into a better one. Not worth even half a star!!

Great alignment service on 01 Silverado... thanks! Plus, there was a clean lookin, 02 z28 convertible there...appeared to be of one of the owners so that made me really stop in ....
