I had the RV serviced in Colorado and the guy doing the work took a few too many shortcuts causing me lots of problems. I called Pete's and dealt with some of the nicest guys you can meet in the industry. Johnny was fantastic in setting up the service call, and Brent and Gary who came out did a great job of fixing this Diesel Pusher so that it now starts in a second and no more problems. I just cannot say enough good things about this group and would refer them to anyone. They are good, courteous and keep to their word.

Quality unknown at this point. Price high. Had a small front tire of my tractor get a thorn in it. I don't have a trailer right now so we used the mobile service. I knew ahead of time it was $75 an hour and was warned this could take two hours ahead of time (I guess I thought once they saw the job they would realize it was not that time consuming of a job) I wish I was home so I could time it. I had to pay $150. Which means it takes two hours to patch a small tire. I'm no expert but I feel like I was taken advantage of and will not be a return customer. Edit: The owner is correct in the fact that they warned me how expensive this would be ahead of time; So I should take more responsibility and raised the star rating. The tire in question is flat again after two weeks, but it could be for alternate reasons.

Nice bunch a guys. Even though the work was performed "correctly" it was not what I asked them to do. I have a classic 69 Chevelle and needed the tires balanced. They asked if I wanted the weights all on the inside since that is customary for chrome wheels. I said yes. They were installed on both the inside and outside which gives a true balance. It is not a problem since I was suspect that balancing the tires would not fix the vibration in the car anyway. I'm sure they would be more than happy to redo the job but I do not need that. I will take the car back to them for possibly new tires and alignment. Five Stars. Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent , as stated by all the reviews. Ive had a company wont say the name but they sell tires and batteries, aligned my truck 3 times and still had trouble with tire wear and felt like truck was Squirrelly. Dropped off and recieved a call an hour or so later let me know issue and what needed done to resolve issue, i gave approval to put camber kit on and realign truck and now drives like new again. Good work and customer service, but repairs to vehicles is expensive, and I know the part prices are ridiculous. 170 for one coil. We installed a 6 pack for 300 and used YouTube AFTER paying to replace 1 that cost more than the coils and plugs combined. We are willing to pay extra + labor...but not that much.

Ran into a big problem on my way to Lake Fork. Car was broke down on the side of the road. Thank goodness I was only a blick away frome Pete's. The guys there quickly found the problem (wheel hub assembly was in shambles) and fixed it. Price was great and I was back on the road in no time. Great service! Nice and friendly staff.

Had a breakdown nearby. Pete's took us at 3 pm, replaced the water pump and serpentine belt, flushed the radiator, and had us back on the road by 6, all without an appointment or any notice. The cost was also very reasonable. Excellent mechanic. If I lived in the town (we were on a road trip), I'd definitely see again.

After a total of a little over $5,000.00 we have our motor home back and ready to go. We brought it in to have 5 new tires put on and the 2 year old brakes and rotors checked as they started making noise. What was found was the brakes, rotors, bearings and seals all around had to be replaced. We were able to save some money as Johnny told us what was needed and we were able to buy the parts from NAPA and Pete’s Tire installed them. Thanks for your help in keeping us safe.

I tried a few shops before finding Pete's. I wish I hadn't wasted my time with the others. Pete's does the repair quickly and well. Their prices are reasonable and definitely worth the peace of mind knowing that the job will get done the right way the first time. They provide valet service to and from the shop if needed, and they'll bend over backwards to make sure that I'm taken care of. They've never tried to upsell me on anything , and they've always been good about answering questions so that I understand why the repair is needed, what other things I'd need to keep an eye out for, and whether something needs immediate attention or if it can wait until another time.

Great experience. My car had broken down twice over the weekend. One shop said it was just my battery cable, paid for a tow truck and $27 for the cable. Broke down next day at 10:30pm. Had towed to my house, another $127. Next day towed to Pete’s for them to fix what turned out to be my crank sensor and new battery. Should’ve gone with Pete’s in the first place! Had it done same day so I didn’t have to miss anymore work. Will definitely use again. Thank y’all for having it done correctly and fast!

I've tried to become a customer and a fan of Pete's tire but my past couple experiences have been less than pleasant. I came for an inspection of my vehicle and waited over an hr to be told my tint is too dark and I had to pay anyway most places test that 1st to save time and don't charge if it's not going to pass and Ms T goes on to explain cops and tint which I already know about I'm not a thug and I have disabled veteran tags I've had this vehicle for over a year and the cops haven't bothered me once tint laws aside. I bring my other vehicle in for an inspection a couple months ago and I knew my 3rd brake light was out and aaked for a quote to fix it to pass inspection...initially I'm quoted around $325 and I was cool with that and I leave it to be fixed then I get a call from Ms T telling me we're going to charge you an additional $100 or "hundred and a half" as she put it because they didn't know about some nipplings or whatever so since my tags were a couple days overdue I had to eat that HUNDRED AND A HALF my tint on this vehicle has the same tint as vehicle #1...it passed... Last year I bring the wife's vehicle in to fix the a/c it worked for 2 days and now it doesn't sorry but I just can't afford your services any longer. Sincerely Sgt. K Morgan

I heard a squeaking sound from front wheel of car. Serviceman at Pete’s Tire and Automotive quickly diagnosed the sound. The Workman did a brake job and replaced the rotors for about $150 per axle. I think that is a great price. I am very pleased with the service and polite personnel. They were done with the job in less than a day; quick service - minimal wait time. In fact, when the job was done I was out of town on business, so they came to my house to pick up my wife, brought her back to shop so she would have vehicle to drive. Very considerate, kind & thoughtful staff at Pete’s. I would recommend them to anyone needing automotive repair in Waxahachie area! Pete’s is not just a tire shop.

These guys were amazing! I driving through Waxahachie for work, unfamiliar with the area and my Low Pressure light came on. I went the Firestone, it was a 2 hour wait. I went to Discount Tire, they tell me the tread is too low to repair and tried to sell me a new tire - my vehicle only has 8k miles on it so I walked out. I find Pete’s, 20 minutes before they close and they took care of me like I was family. They were honest, quick and reasonably priced. If I lived in the area they would be my car guys for sure!

Pete and his employees are friendly. The atmosphere in the business is comfortable, and if you are a lady I feel confident they will treat you with respect. I am not a lady but I continually look for businesses that will treat my wife the same way they would treat me. Pete's technicians are knowledgeable and the prices are budget friendly and fair. I had a belt come off my van. The belt charged the battery ran the power steering and the radiator fan. When I arrived at Pete''s my van''s radiator was boiling over. They pulled it into a bay within 10 minutes of my arrival and had me back ont he road in about 45 minutes. The price was good. I am very satisfied with their service. Pete was very quick on getting my tire fixed, didn’t try to over sell me on a new tire, patched and moved on. However, I came back the next week for my truck on my lunch break to get another flat fixed, and they took forever. They were out to lunch, I understand that, not including that time I waited, but from the time the guy took my truck & brought it back was over an hour. Then as I am looking at my truck I waited another 15 minutes, I finally get up & go look to see if my truck tire was even fixed. I walk back inside to see the guy at the counter goofing off, talking about nothing work related, I AM LATE, I need my truck. Finally I went and stood at the counter until the guy decided it was time to check me out! I will be back, but I hope I don’t have to deal with him again, or at least Pete can get that dudes priorities straightened out. Customer service is too important! Pete, slap that dude on the back of his neck!

Took my daughters 2006 Chevy Cobalt in to have the thermostat replaced due to overheating and was pleasantly surprised when it was determined the thermostat worked fine. The problem was being caused by something else. Rather than fix something that didn't need fixed they determined the problem, fix it, and charged a very reasonable fee. We will definitely be back.

Recently I was in a bind, I was supposed to leave early in the morning to New Orleans in our Freightliner RV/truck. I lost all air pressure and had to turn around.
