I hardly ever get on and give reviews unless I'm wowed at Great Customer Service! Jeff the owner of this location is a straight up dude! Very competitive in pricing in the area! Stayed open all Saturday night just to take care of my wife needs! Cant say enough about service like this! I run a business myself and it's really good to know that people like him still exist!

Awesome service! In today's dishonest auto repair industry Lone star is a breath of fresh air! Price for my levelling kit was very reasonable... Get this... I tested them... I knew about the front end work I needed... They pointed out exactly what the issues we're (nothing more) and met me with a reasonable estimate for the work when I picked up my truck... No pressure... That is awesome service! I might get them to do my front end work I need... I would recommend thier services.

I used to always go here for any type of flats. I would even recommend them. As for this morning, they have lost me as a customer. I drove in for a flat. They put me a patch and charged me $15 dollars. I should of had Gieco send someone to my house. My father is a mechanic they saw a woman and took advantage of me and said when I brought it to there attention that it is because of the parts are getting more expensive from China. Never again. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Plus I leave and when my computer reset itself they did not even fill with the correct air pressure and left me with 10 pounds less than the other 3.

As their name implies, they get a Lone Star for this review. They ordered all of my parts and got great deals on them then the chaos started. The owner told me he sold my tires because half of my lift kit wasn't in and he was just going to reorder them, this pushed install back a week. The tires didn't come in yet, this pushed it back another week. They got it done and the suspension was overly loose plus THEY PUT THE WRONG STRUTS ON. There was another customer in the shop at one point who they also used the wrong equipment on. I took it in and they fixed the suspension issue but I was told that nothing was wrong with it, despite seeing them and hearing them use an impact wrench going to town on it then it not having the issues again. The brakes started to sporadically drag after they installed the lift kit (this replaces the brake lines and causes the brakes to need to be bled). I took my truck in and they messed around with it then said everything was okay. Continued to drag and overheat so I took it back. They reset the ABS. Brakes continued to drag and overheat. I took it to another shop and found out that the brake lines had never been properly bled due to a bleeder valve being broken and the brake lines were faulty. By this time extensive damage had occurred to my truck due to the heat. I took the letter from the other shop with the 1200+ dollars I had spent over and Jeff (the owner) told me that they would talk to the manufacturer and if they didn't reimburse me that he would via their insurance. Guess what, I was never able to get in touch with him again. I stopped by 2 times, sent text messages, called, and emailed. I didn't even bill them for the rotors needing to be replaced or the 10K mile at the time pads being worn down and needing to be replaced. They have countered my dispute. Its not going to do them any good in the end with another shop calling them out. Needless to say I do not recommend these guys. I would say they do have being extremely nice as a plus; however, I was lied to on top of being given the run around and that is inexcusable.

He showed me a variety of wheels and was patient with me as I made my decision. He gave me a good price and I know this because I've shopped around. I went to Lone Star to have my tires rotated and balanced before going out of town. When I got on the freeway at a speed of 65 to 70 mph, I noticed my vehicle shaking. I called Lone Star to tell them what was happening but got no one, so I left a message. No one called me back the whole weekend. I had to have my tires re-balanced once I made it to my destination. I could only drive 60 mph which made my trip longer. When I got back in town I went to LS and gave them the receipt for having tires re-balanced... Manny wanted to help but had to reach out to owner first. To this day I have not heard from the owner to re-imburse me for the extra expense after I went there a second time. I don't think I'll be going back.
