AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Drove up for a state inspection and was immediately greeted by an associate. Although they were busy assisting other customers with their tires, we were in and out in under 15 minutes. I was able to observe the interactions of the associates and the other two customers that were ahead of us and it all seem to be very pleasant. Both customers ahead of us left with smiles and verbally thanked the associates for their help and service. Mr. Qalawi was very nice and quick with our inspection. Don't let the area deter you. We will be back if other services are needed due to the great customer service we received! Thanks for a great first time visit.

I just dropped in to pay for a service for my daughter. I decided to get an oil change. Carlos was very helpful in looking up the price for my car & would be able to have the job done that day. I didn't have a long wait & a black gentleman was friendly and professional. I enjoyed my first visit here & will return in future.

This place is Terrible, I took my car in on a friday 12/22/17 the owner told me 2-3 hours and I waited for 5 hours for him to tell me it wont be ready. I pick it up on the 24th they still weren't done and to make matters worst the car still had same problem going on. My girlfriend, my child and I where on the road that morning and the car broke down in the HOV headed out of town for the holidays. They rush and act as if they know what they are doing.

Love this place. Doeant look like much but unlike other places in town ive never had a issue. Very reasonably price and staff seems knoledgable. They will even fix othwr places mistages and they do more than tires

Been taking my 4 cars here for over 10 years just for a simple oil change mind you. But this one occurrence 2 weeks ago this so call new tech pulled my car in for an oil change damage my mass airflow sensor and proceeded to close the hood like nothing was wrong not resetting the oil counter and had the nerve to say it came in like that. At that point told him and management my cars never went anywhere but here and the dealership. The bad part is management never took responsibility for the employee screw up. Never going back again. They hire these inexperienced lube tech without properly training them on different cars. From what I see if you can change oil you have a job. Beware of this establishment no one there is ASE certified to even open the hood on a car.

So I took my car for an estimate they gave me an estimat if 1400 -1900 so my not bowing much said ok I would go ahead and try to get the money to do the repairs so the guy tells me that I would have to take at the least half of the money. Ok so I’m trying to come up with this money mind u I’m a single mom of 4 kids. Once I realize I ain’t going to have the money I called the shop and told the guy that I would have to pick up the car and take it back next money once I could give him the money. Then he tells me that I have to pay to get my car back 75$ plus storage fee! I asked him y he didn’t tell me this to start he responded to me telling me anywhere I take my car for estimate they would make me pay! Ya most Professional businesses are going to advise you of this before they take a look at your car or move forward with anything. I would not recommend this place to anybody and I have reported them to the BBB

They are very unprofessional don't know what they are doing. They half put your car back together. Calm they fix your problem. I drove off the lot with the same problem I went in with, went back and they wanted to charge me over and over again. I'm still dealing with the same damn problem. Don't take your car to this place EVER...
