A great local car care place. They have handled several issues with my car, and drove me home, back, and home again after I left my house key with my car keys.

I have been here a couple of times, the first time they lost my fleet maintenance card, no big deal. The second visit I asked to have my brakes serviced for a squeal, an oil change and to look at a popping sound from the front end, I was told everything was fixed, the pop was still there the next day, the brakes made more noise than before and I am now standing at another shop for an oil change and I’ve been told my drain plug is rounded off and unable to be removed. Never had a problem with the people but the work has not been good.

They were quick courteous reasonably priced and even had all you can drink fountain drinks, coffee and if you're there early in the morning even get donuts excellent place I've had my car fixed there 4 to 5 times great bunch of mechanics

This place doesn't know what they are doing one bit. I've heard horrible things about them but my SO decided to try this place anyways. The guys that work there told us our transimsion went out... Come to find out they didn't even look at our car. Nothing was wrong with the transmission it was the CV Axel. They were trying to charge us 3,000 dollars for a part that wasn't even messed up. We will NEVER recommend this place or come here again. We also confronted the manager and he didn't seem to care at all. Shity workers, shity owners and shity car care here.

When they weren't able to repair my severely damaged tire and didn't have one like it in stock, they went the extra mile for me. They found another shop that had a replacement tire in stock, they replaced the bad tire with my spare, and didn't charge me for any of it! Incredibly outstanding service.

MIKE & His crew are very friendly & actually care about customer satisfaction; I needed a water pump replaced on my truck ,I was $55 short of the quoted repair price ,MIKE not only fixed it giving me a discount he also replaced my license plate lights for free!!! I'm a customer for life!!! Oh ,and I even got free donuts & coffee & WIFI !!! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, THANKS MIKE !!!

I have been using this place since they have opened here in Pilot Point, Tx. I highly recommend them, I can not count the number of times they have giving me a free oil change, just because I am a Veteran. The customer service is second to none. The owners are truly nice and helpful family people. They have this one employee who’s name is Mike, he has had some health problems of the pass few years, but I always ask about him and how he is doing. So sop by get an oil change and ask about Mike. The manager was friendly but the work they did on my vehicle was unexceptable. My oil was leaking after an oil change even after I told them it was. I had to tighten the drip pan plug when I got home to stop it. I paid for a battery and they forgot to install it, probably an honest mistake. I also had a leaky radiator hose and when I got home it was leaking worst. Took it back for the leak and battery and they had to order another part. In the shop for multiple days for a second time in one week.

This place needs some work. It took them over and hour and a half once they got it in the shop just to mount 2 tires which made me late for a Dr. Appt. The AC knobs are turned up full blast and my AC doesn't even work. The handle on the back of the drivers seat was broke and just hanging and all my things had been gone through. And there was definitely a different attitude when talking to me vs. one of the good ole boys. My car may not be fancy or new but it is all I have. And until you walk in someone else's shoes you have no right to judge you have no idea what the person in front of you has been through. Not one person there is perfect. Until y'all's back porch is clean you can't get on anyone else's.

Went in for brake issues. I knew going in that it was going to need more than just new brake pads. I was told I needed new rotors and brake pads and that they could take care of it, but it would be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. It took 7 hours of sitting up there with a 2 year old and 5 year old to get my car done. They were very nice, but this was ridiculous.

Absolutely pleased with my experience at Integrity. Was having a difficult time trying to find 19.5 inch tires for my F-450. Some places could get them and not mount them. Some places would say they'd call me back and never did, and so on. Sam was great! He was able to find me several types of tires and tread patterns to choose from at a price that was unbeatable! He also did all the leg work to find me some chrome wheel covers to make the old truck look pretty dang good! I didn't catch the young man's name that mounted the tires but between him and Sam they were very friendly, patient and answered any question I had. Great people!! I'll definitely be coming back here!

This place is terrible! I don't even let them change my oil anymore. I went in because there was a scraping sound when I turned in the wheel. I needed 2 new tires as well. They kept my car for 3 days, replaced a bent rod they just found in their inspection that had nothing to do with the scraping sound and replaced the wrong 2 tires (one worn so badly you could see the silver band remained on my car). And you probably guessed, the sound was still there. The entire reason I brought my car in.. and paid over $400.00 for them to not take care of my car properly. DO NOT use these guys. They're just there for a paycheck and don't understand integrity or work etihic. Ironic with the name 'Integrity Car Care'. They don't deserve your money.

I’m a traveling sells rep and Log a ton of miles last thing I want is car trouble. Had a check engine light come on and my car seemed different today.... So I was traveling on 377 to Oklahoma and seen these guys and thought Ill stop to just see what it could be. Walked in to the show room and was met and greeted by Alex and I told him what was going on and asked if you could look at it today. He said yes sir we can take care of that. So I replied how much? He said FREE of charge will don’t charge for that.... so I thought ok this will be good he will come back with a boat load wrong...... So I go get a free soda weird free soda but liking it so far and about 15 minutes later I see my car pull to the door and Alex gets out and said your good to go vacuum line was loose cars in great shape. I was like so you fixed he said yes. So I asked how much he said no charge your good to go thanks for coming in have a great weekend. I was takin by surprise I told him that you and I walked out the door! Surprise car is running great no light on and I finished my day!! Thank you so much for going out of your way to take care of a total stranger and helping me with my car! I wish I lived in the area to let these guys service my cars!! PS I don’t review any were I go but I thought this needed to be shared! Thanks again!!!!!!

On Monday I brought my wife’s car in, for a no crank no start. I originally already knew that the problem was an electrical problem. The next day I got a call, and was told by the front desk associate, that they found a wire short ,past the fire wall under the steering wheel and I needed a new feel pump. Obviously they did not listen to me, of the parts I have replaced on the vehicle already. That the fuel pump was new and I just replaced it months further. I mentioned that the fuel pump was working as of 11 AM Monday morning. So I pulled the car out of the there shop I paid the $40 for what they claim to have fixed. So I took the car to another mechanic shop and they found the original problem, at the inner fuse box of the car where the main power wire was coming loose and shorting out and all electrical issues were working again , including fuel pump working again !!! In which integrity wanted to charge me $650 for the another new fuel pump . But I also found out that they try to sabotage the car they broke one of the motor mounts on the vehicle. And bypassed the fuse box and went straight to the starter. Explains why they said it needs a fuel pump . So I would not recommend this shop to anybody, it was a dirty trick that they did to us at such a vulnerable time for us when we really needed help . So we we will not recommend the shop to anybody!!! Unless you would like to be scammed !!

Good guys I’m a DIY kind of person and they checked my car gave me the full checkout. Told them I will try to fix it myself... most shops kinda blow you off or treat you bad they were great! Said if I need any help or have and questions don’t hesitate to call or stop in. Will definitely use them for any repairs I can’t do that’s TRUE INTEGRITY thanks again!

We were on our way from Lake Kiowa Texas to Dallas for several important doctor appointments. About 7 miles north of Pilot Point our low tire pressure signal came on. We knew we were close to Integrity Car Care Tire & Service Center. We pulled in the parking lot, went in and explained our dilemma to Tyler Baugus. Tyler immediately called a technician up front, who immediately took our car and checked it out. The technician determined it was a malfunction in the warning system. Within 10 to 15 minutes we were back in our car,on our way, and feeling very confident no problem with the tire. We offered to pay but Tyler would not hear of it. We are writing this to let people know how kind, caring and generous Tyler, the technician, and Integrity Car Care treated us. What a great day when you run into people like this!!!!!!!! Friendly staff, quick service, and it's a Firestone. This is my new shop for tires, inspections and oil changes. Update April 2018: After going here, my timing belt broke, and it was way before it was supposed to break. This could be coincidence, but from what I've heard from others that have visited here, there is a real problem with this place. I ended up having to buy a whole new engine, installed by a different shop. I also brought another vehicle here, and found out they didn't change my filter, but charged me for it anyways. I don't think I'll return to this shop. They seem great on the outside, but once you have some work done, you'll see for yourself.
