Went by to get a flat tire repaired. The disappointment was they didn’t take time to put the spare on the carrier but through it in the back of the truck for me to do. Generally they do a good job every time I stop by.

The staff was amazing and got us in quick. The reason I gave then 3 out 5 stars is because I told them I only needed pads done and my rotors were in great shape and they changed them without telling me and hit me with the bill after. I believe they should consult and inform the customer in these matters.

Want to give a shout out to Brian Hawley and his crew at Good Year in Granbury. Brought my vehicle in because check engine light was on. Brian and his crew were very helpful. Brian explained everything they were doing. Brian came by every hour or so to let me know where they were at and how much longer he thought it would take. He offered me water, coffee, a ride home if I wanted. Brian impressed me with his knowledge about cars and the problems that can arise with cars. At one point I walked outside because it was very cool in the office. He found me outside and filled me in on what was happening . I told him i came outside because it was so cold in the store. The next time he came to keep me up to date I was still outside and he filled me in on the car and said "I raised the temp in the office for you". Very customer friendly and very knowledgeable . I will be going back to GoodYear for any problems I might have with my vehicle. Thank You Brian and your crew. Keep up the good work.

I went in to purchase two rear tires for my Jeep. After agreeing on the quality level and price I was advised the tires were not in stock. They had told me first the tires were in stock. The rep suggested upgrading to a more expensive tire with a kevlar casing. The price I was quoted was "inclusive". After the tires were installed I was given a detailed invoice which included some questionable charges like $16 for two TPM rebuild kits. My tire pressure monitors were working just fine when I drove in. Also, $4 for wheel weights? I can understand the charges for computer balance and tire disposal fee, but wheel weights? And, that's after $2.86 was added for shop supplies. I think a reputable shop would disclose all the items included when the price was quoted. Also, as a former tire store manager it is critical to know your inventory at all times. Maybe I just got "upgraded" by an honest error.

I get wonderful service here and have for 8 years. I feel they are honest and trust them. The only downside I have ever had is I make appointments but still have ro wait over an hour to get the car in. What is the use of having an appointment? Otherwise, great! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Arrived in Granbury to visit friends and encountered break failure on my older surburban. We turned into the shop and they welcomed us personally. Even tho buzy they got to work on the break job that required considerable work. Unfortunately, due to the age and damage to the vehicle, they encountered problems that required parts not immediately available. We tried to overnight the parts but the supplier sent the wrong part. Through all of this the staff remained patient, friendly and communicated with me on everything. Eventually we had to have the car towed back to Dallas but everything was done that could be done. I occupied one of the repair bays for 3 days when they could have been using it to do other more profitable work. My thanks goes to all.

Super nice people here. I wouldn’t recommend this place though if you have front end problems with your vehicle. I had the death wobble on my truck took it to these people had my front end replaced still wasn’t fixed took it back to them twice one of the times they had my truck for an entire month, told me the last time they promised it was fixed and it wasn’t I still had the wobble Nearly 3 grand in. I took it to another shop in town, they looked at my truck for 5 minutes and able to tell me what was causing my death wobble problem and had it fixed in the same day.

Had to wait over an hour before being waited on after appointed time. Rotated tires but still couldn't find the leak. Two out of four tires still leak. The staff was considerate and the tech tried to solve the problem. Have to keep a log when, how much air, how often to see that would help find the leaks.time will tell.

Had a set of Goodyear Wrangler put on Ford F-150. Had some leaking and TPMS issues. Returned the next morning and the issues were taken care of at no charge. Used Granbury Tire and Service to have a ZTR mower tire mounted. Asking the charge for the service, I was toldd since I had a pickup, I would need tires. Just give them a try...which I did to my satisfaction!

Very quick, got me in for an inspection last minute, only took about 15 minutes, they also found a tag light out and offered to replace it. Only paid $11 for the whole shebang, and they even pulled my car around so I wouldn't have to walk through the rain! Very quick, very courteous service.

Called to get a quote on changing out just the rear break pads on my 2016 JWK. I was told $400 or more. Since when have dealerships been cheaper than the local shops that want our business? So I’ll pay Mike Brown $245 to do it. Ridiculous price gouging going on in the area and the smaller businesses wonder why people go to other places.

When I walked in, all I got was the stink eye from some guy who was on the phone. Another gentleman walked in and started helping me. He was nice and easy to deal with. I was there for an oil change and noticed only one other person waiting, since there were only a few cars in the bay, I figured it would be pretty quick. Wrong, it took about 40 minutes to get in and out. During my wait, I had to suffer through one of the office employees attempting to play classic and 90's rock on an acoustic guitar. They also neglected to put an oil change reminder sticker on the windshield. I won't be back.
