Wish I could give 10 stars to this family run business. Always a fair price and the customer service is by far the best in town! Try them one time and you will be a lifelong customer. They go above and beyond for sure.

If I could give it less I would I used to come here a couple years ago I stopped because the way the people talk to you at the desk unbelievably rude I stopped today only place that wasn’t packed just to get two tires balanced got my truck in fast I give it that but ol bald guy at the front likes to talk to people like their stupid so my mistake won’t be back other than that I guess it’s ok

Excellent service. I called ahead for a specific tire. They had to order them & then called me when they came in. I stopped by a couple of days later and had four tires replaced. It only took about 40 minutes. They went over my bill and reminded me that there was a mail-in rebate. I also get free tire rotation. They put sticker in my car to remind me. I will definitely use them again.

They told me what they thought was wrong & how much it could cost but when it came down to doing the work, they were honest and told me some of the work was only a loose bolt that they tightened and fixed! Went to Walmart to get my work vehicle tire repaired because it got a roofing nail in it. After waiting 10 minutes in line they told me it would take 2 and a half to 3 hours just to get to the vehicle. I said never mind. Ok found Gollsbee Tire Service online and decided to give them a shot. When I arrived they told me that they were backed up so it would be at least 30 minutes to get to it. After Walmart that sounded good to me. From that time until the time I left with the tire repaired it hadn’t even been 20 minutes! Great service, polite people, and quick repair. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

I called ahead of time after being referred here by an employee of Fullers Towing Company for an alignment on my motorhome. After being told on the phone that they could align my motorhome I tried to schedule the alignment but was told they dont do appointments. So on the day specified day that I was told they usually weren't busy I drove the 50 miles to their shop. The front guy went to check if the alignment person was busy and I was turned away. Really?!?!!?! Why was I not told this on the phone that you couldn't do an alignment on a motorhome?????? I was told that they couldn't do an alignment on my motorhome because of its size. But Fullers heavy duty tow trucks, the class A motorhome in the shop, and others were fine? I asked why I was not told that before driving it the 50 miles, they could not give me an answer. They are fortunate to get 2 stars because they sent me into the downtown area where A&B brakes and alignment did the job.......FOR $125 CHEAPER THAN I WAS QUOTED! Thanks for the reference, I will be taking my other 5 vehicles for an alignment with them.

We use Goolsbee faithfully for several reasons. 1. We are treated with respect by knowledgeable people. 2. Then people at Goolsbee do everything they can to insure everything is done to the best of their ability. 3. Goolsbee is the kind of business you want to give your business to. They understand the working person and the needs of the working person. 4. We live in FL but we only use Goolsbee for the tire work we need to have done.We will wait until we get to TX to drop off what we need to have done or buy more tires if need be. We have been using Goolsbee for our tire work for a number of years and we will continue to use them. The people at Goolsbee can not be beat for honesty,friendliness and helpfulness and treating their clients with respect.

Extremely disappointing! Was referred by a friend. Took my Expedition in on Saturday and left it all week. Rented a vehicle at $250. Left a list of items that needed attention and asked for an overall "check-up" since it was vibrating at 35-40 mph and it was time for oil change. I finally called the following Friday to be told they were still not finished but it would be ready on Saturday. Turns out heater hose was changed $300; it had leaked on to coils causing one spark plug and coil to miss. I was told that the others had been "cleaned" to which I replied that IF someone had called me I would have told them to replace them! Paid almost $1000.00 for repairs; drove it 5 miles home then 20 miles to office and back on Monday. Same routine on Tuesday but this time the vehicle was doing exactly same thing! At least one coil is acting up and it is still vibrating at 35-40 mph! Should have taken it right back but I work 12 hours a day 45 minutes each way and it is an imposition to have someone pick me up. Further, there was no follow-up call from them and I felt like I had been had.
