Took my car this morning. Figures it would be great, they close and a fairly new store. Had to get a new tire due to a hole from a wood sliver. Gentleman who helped me was rude to begin with. When I got in my car to leave and got to the light I saw how dirty they left my car. Grease on the steering wheel, arm rest and floor mat. I was already upset because of how i was treated and the fact that i had to buy a new tire (not his fault). My daughter called to complain for me. They were unhelpful. Will never use them again.

Nice waiting area and complimentary Wi-Fi. The shop service was very slow; they had more time than I did. The quote I received for suggested repairs was quite a bit higher than what I ended up having the repairs done for. Get their quote and shop around at other SAE certified shops. Good tires if you have the time.

I came in one day and they were busy so the guy suggested I make an appointment. I did for a week later. I showed up on time. Then he said that I would still have to wait for everyone who showed up that day even though I had a scheduled appointment. So basically an appointment doesn’t matter.

Was quoted 30 min at most to mount and balance 4 tires. Two hours later my truck is still half disassembled. They barely appear to be working on it. Avoid unless you don't need your vehicle for a while.

No pressure! Although Firestone is known for its great tires, I needed a simple oil change. They were fast, made great suggestions, checked & topped off fluid levels and inspected my car. Not a state inspection mind you, but a helpful Service inspection. Then handed me the paperwork and nicely stated, “in the future, these are things you may wish to consider for the optimal operating safety of your car.” Well, that was nice! No high pressure salesperson, just a concern for routine maintenance & safety. Now, who wouldn’t appreciate that? Nice group of fellas to this old lady! I’ll drive out of my way just to go back to this particular Crossroads Firestone!

I have been to this location twice to get an inspection. Came Tuesday they told me they had 4 more vehicles, they would not get to me today, came back on today they have 6 mores vehicles, I would need to come another day. This is by far the worse firestone ive been to. They dont greet you, they dont try to suggest another time. I couldnt give them a zero is the reason I gave them a 1.

The manager at this location (Clint) is incompetent and rude, lack of social skills ... I have taken both of my vehicles and just terrible service I had my oil change and had to remind the tech to reset the service light witch he failed to do so.. also had my car supposedly aligned and ended up worst than what it was when initially taken it to this firestone wish they had a zero star because even a one star is an over statement bad business and I recommend stay away from this facility if you wanna avoid loss time and incompetent personnel

All the staff is very nice and professional. But making a 9 am appointment and still not having your vehicle looked at by the end of the day is unacceptable. And having worked in the industry I know that appointments come first. If you're on a crunch for time, avoid this place. You'll waste a whole day.

There was a problem with one front tire, vibration issues on the freeway and unusual ware. I called Clint, he formerly managed the Plano store where my care was maintained (tires, alignment, and such). We set a time to bring in my car and I drove the extra 30 miles to Crossroads because Clint always understood my needs. Same today I'm extremely satisfied.

Wasn't expecting the service I received, was just going in for an emissions test on both my vehicles, I was told about the tires needing to be replaced soon, my radiator level and air filter needing to be replaced soon as well on my wife's car. Again I would like to thank the tech and master tech for the services performed and offered at the time of emissions test, I will be going back for other services in the future. They were all very nice knowledgable and courteous with me and my vehicles. I highly recommend anyone that needs services whateber they may be go to the FIRESTONE in CrossRoads, TX 76227.

Took my truck in for an alignment. They said it would take 2 HRS so we walked over to Fuzzy's to wait. One hour later a man called and told me I need brakes on the front and back, a air cleaner, and an inspection. I told him I just wanted the alignment. He Ok you truck is ready. When we walked back in to the shop my truck was still on the rack. He told me just a few more minutes. 1.5 hours later he explained to me that his machine would not work on my truck, so they rotated my tires. They did not even get the pressure in the tires correct. My low pressure light was on when I got the truck back. Waist of 3 HRS of my time and the truck was in worse shape when I got it back.

Made an appointment yesterday to get my pickup in today. Took it in at the appointed time of 11AM. Went back at 4PM and they had not even touched it. The manager said they had been so busy, grand opening and all! Obviously walk ins have priority over appointments, or was it my oil change didn't amount to the money they could make with other jobs? He said he could make mine a priority tomorrow, great it should have been a priority today! Walked out, won't go back! Avoid this place, your job won't get done unless your spending hundreds. Made an appointment with Brakes Plus, less than a mile east on University for Monday. We'll see and I'll keep you updated!

I ran into an issue where a tech chipped one of my wheels on a brand new $75k car that was having a tire changed on it. And if that wasn’t bad enough, he tried to lie about it, saying that it was caused before the wheel arrived. It was a good thing I took multiple pictures to disprove that lie. Then I had another car that I took up there for a wheel alignment, performed my the same tech, and after two separate trips, he couldn’t get the steer ahead correct ( if he even tried the second time I dropped the car off). And then has the gawl to tell me to bring it back and set the steering wheel where I wanted it, so he could lock it in. I told him that I will on a day I have time. That was a total of 5 hours on two separate occasions. As if I don’t have a life or something.....fast forward.... I take my car, finally due to time and not wanting to take it back to the sane technician, to a different Firestone location, and they get it right the very first time..... Gary and Tim are great store managers, but certain technicians probably need a little more training, or just not given certain important job responsibilities.

I just moved into the area and I have a relatively older vehicle, so it was important for me to find a good, trust worthy auto mechanic. This was not it. I don't think they were dishonest, but the staff is so rude and unhelpful. I've done two oil changes here, and after each I would ask questions about fluid levels, tire tred, and just the general health of the car. The staff didn't seem to know or care. This was a huge step down from the general curtsies I am used to, where shops would refill washer fluid, air-up tires, etc with a simple oil change as a courtesy to the customer. I even had the most rude conversation with a staff trying to understand what a "diagnosis" meant. After getting my car back about an oil change, I asked if he knew what the check engine light status was (it had been on for a week or two). I was told "I don't know. But it's $100 for a diagnosis." I told him I had already gotten the problem checked at an Auto Zone, but just wanted his take on the problem. "That's not a diagnosis..." He rudely told me as he handed me my receipt. He's probably right, and I was just getting my terms confused. But I'm not a mechanic and would appreciate him meeting me halfway. Their prices are low tho, so I guess I can't be too upset. But the staff doesn't care about you or your car.

Worst auto shop I’ve ever been to. Do not go here; unless you want to spend both arms and a leg while also growing old waiting for their horrible service. I went in to get my a/c fixed, and had to go twice because the first time they had me spend $400 on parts that didn’t fix the issue. Then go back spending another $400 and have them leave a screwdriver and deep cut marks around my a/c. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’ll never go to any firestone again after this experience.

Tried calling to get pricing on an oil change and to set up an appointment to get an oil change and state inspection. Called twice, first time they said they’d call back. Never called back. I called again and they asked if they could call me back. I said no, they put me on hold for a little bit then hung up on me. If they can’t even answer the phone or remember to call someone back I definitely wouldn’t trust them to change my oil. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Its a new shop in neighborhood so i decided to check them out; will give them 4 stars for a quick drop on oil change and well done check up. However 0 star for their outrageous quote on a price of an upper radiator hose for RAV4 quoted 108 dollars just find out i can get at regular autozone for less than 40 bucks. labor for 120, just to take on other shop for less than 50 bucks, my first time and last!!

If I could give no stars I would. Really it's my fault for giving them a second chance after my last awful visit (that took 3 hours to get 1 tire put on after being told it would take 30 minutes). Last week my check engine light came on so I went to AutoZone and had the free diagnostic run, and found out that the collant thermostat/guage was malfunctioning (I drive a 2016 Chrysler 200). I set up an appointment with Firestone for this morningat 8:30 to have them take a look and give me an estimate, as well as get an alignment because nobody else could get me in until after Christmas. When I dropped my car off I said the diagnostic test that I just had run was in the front seat of they needed it, and was told no problem. About an hour later I get a call that they checked it out and it's going to cost $700 to do a full replacement and then another $100 to do a coolant flush. I said not to bother with it and to just do the alignment. Was told ok and they were going to take care of that real quick and shouldn't be too long. Well when I haveha heard anything at 5:00 I decided to call to ask when my car would be ready. Guy working says it's been done all afternoon they've been waiting on me to come get it and that somebody called be earlier. The only call I got was at 9:30 saying that it was going to cost $800 to fix, nobody ever called telling me my car was ready. So I go to pick up my car, and the tech asks me if they explained what was going on and what needed to be done and I said yeah. He tells me my total is $300 and I just kind of look at him and ask how it's $300 when I was told when I scheduled that the alignment is $179? He tells me that it was $99 for the diagnostic test. I asked why they ran a test when I had already gotten ove done and it was sitting in the front seat. Was told that he didn't know but they ran the test so I needed to pay for it. At this point I'm pretty livid but am so fed up with this place that I just say forget it and pay so I can leave. I get home and check the paperwork, and there's also notes saying that my shocks and struts need replaced. Nobody said anything about that to me, and honestly I really doubt it because my car is barely two years old. Absolutely terrible customer service from everyone there. More concerned with upselling than actually doing what is asked of them.

"Patched" my tire for $20. There ended up being more than one hole (one in the side wall that was not patched) so when I drove away, no more than 15 minutes later, I had a low tire pressure light come on again. I called Firestone to let them know that it was fixed incorrectly. Now I have to dispute the charge because they let me drive away on a tire that was unsafe and unroadworthy. Good thing Costco's tire center always has my back. They checked my tires for free (because I was a member, even though i didn't buy these tires from them). They would have charged me $10 for the patch if the additional hole wasn't in my side wall. Ended up buying 4 new tires for less than $400 with installation and insurance because of the great customer service and great price. Shame on you, Firestone. This review was after I called the store twice when someone said a manager would call me back. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card because they certainly didn't give me what I paid for. What a bunch of liars and what a RIP off! Just tell me the truth!

Most times I would give them a 4 or 5, but not on Saturday, June 15. Dropped off my truck for regular oil change. As usual, they call and tell me that I need this that or other work done. This time they tell me I need new tires because all four are badly worn. I tell the caller that they aren’t that bad, so he says they are much worse in the inside and that I just haven’t seen them. I tell him not today, and he tells me that I at least need an alignment, so I concede and buy the lifetime alignment. When I get the car home, I look closely at all four tires. No uneven wear, and tread probably good for another 10,000 miles or more. Appears I paid for an alignment I didn’t need. I have been a loyal customer at this location, and give them all my service and repair business on both my vehicles. In return, I expect honesty and no games.

I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience here as it came with a laundry list of problems upon having a slow leak in a tire. #1 - I had the tire repaired and upon picking it up, within 5 miles of driving, the tire in question was dropping air rapidly. Did they even test the repair before giving it back to me? Turns out the wheel was bent.....You didn't figure this out the 1st time around? What did you repair then? Once I returned the vehicle, they stated they were unable to replace the tire with the current brand as they could not locate a vendor. Instead they recommended 2 options that were 3x the cost of the current tires. Clearly in an effort to have a more exensive tire on my vehicle for future replacement of the other 3. #2 - I bent another wheel in some local construction. My wife took the car in and was COMPLETELY taken advantage of. They charged her $250 to REPAIR a wheel that only cost $205 dollars if we would've ordered a new one? Way to do whats RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER! As if this wasn't bad enough, I had the "repaired" wheel inspected by the dealership only to find out it was STILL bent!!! To cap it off, my wife left a $700 bracelet in the trunk, not knowing I had it in there (she dropped the vehicle off before telling me in an effort to help out) and you guessed it, the bracelet VANISHED... It was in the box still in a bag, as it was a gift. Not loosely left and not found. It was taken. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NOR DO THEY TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. FILING A REPORT WITH THE BBB Unfortunately, as I am too busy to go back and forth on the tire I just had the tire replaced so I could get back to work. ***UDPATE*** Still witinf'nto he treatedbbnlike an actual customer, they have ignored me and responded tok the BBB complaint that they "feel all has been resolved" lol, WHAT A JOKE of a company. If seen better customer service from an over seas call center. What a waste of time and $$!

There is an employee here (Ray) who is incompetent. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this guy single handedly has made me question firestone’s employee standards. First instance I came in to change my tires at this location and i asked them to be careful with the stage 2 clutch I had on my car at the time and he had no idea what I was even talking about, second instance I went to the el dorado location and he was there and tried to charge me $80 to replace a lug after they had already taken out the damaged one when I didn’t even ask them to, third instance was over the phone when I called the Cross Roads location recently about two tires I wanted to purchase and he left me on hold for 20 min just to tell me he would call me back, after an hour I decided to call back only to receive the same response. If you go to either of these locations and Ray tries to help you do yourself a favor and ask for someone else

A++++ Customer Service. I was on my way to soccer practice with my two girls just after 6pm on a Friday night when I noticed my dash said one of my tires was around 10 PSI. This was my wife's mini-van and for some reason it doesn't have a spare nor a place for a spare so I couldn't simply change it or even ride on a "donut" for a few days. I knew I had a nail or something so I quickly pulled into a gas station and put some air in it to get me to Firestone. I have been a discount tire customer all my life but it was a few minutes after 6 pm and I knew they would be closed. Brett (the manager) was extremely friendly and advised that the wait was probably an hour or two as there were others in-front of me. He asked if I could leave it overnight and I told him that this was our family vehicle and my two little girls had soccer games in the morning (I knew we weren't going to make it to practice that day). Brett said that he would do his best to work us in and would give me a call when they were done, but it might take up to 2 hours. However, he said he would definitely take care of it if we could wait a little while. Well my daughters are 3 and 6 so they were all over the foyer. I took my daughters on a walk to the Jack-in-Box about 100 yards away to get them a snack and then planned to hit up Walmart to kill some time waiting. We had just finished eating after maybe 15-20 minutes when Brett called me back. He had explained the situation to his techs and they worked extra hard to take care of me quickly. I think one of the technicians was about to get off as it was probably just after 7 pm but instead stayed and helped take care of us. On top of all that wonderful service, Brett advised that if I had a Firestone credit card that the flat repair would not cost me a dime. I applied, was approved and that zero'd out the repair cost. I believe it also comes with some free tire rotation and other perks (I'm not 100% sure). There is not a yearly fee for the card either so that's a plus. I haven't actually purchased anything from Firestone yet, but I will be giving them my future tire purchases instead of discount tire purely for the level of service moving forward. Brett was carting, thoughtful, friendly, and I felt that he genuinely cared about my family getting to our soccer game that next morning. In a world where the internet has made the price of tires or care maintenance equal do to price matching and what not, it has come down to who will be there for you when you really need them. It's the people that treat you like they would their own family. I will be recommending all my friends and family to this shop and specifically to ask for Brett. Thanks again for saving the day.

I brought the truck in to have a repair done and they told me that it couldn’t be repaired because of the location of the nail. The nail was over 3” from the edge of the tire. They were trying to sell me new tires. I took it to integrity and they repaired it no problem. Said it wasn’t even close to the edge.

Wow! I am shocked what bad reviews this place is getting. I have been in here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and everyone I've dealt with has been kind, friendly, professional and they have gone above and beyond. They have even stayed very late to help me and several other customers. This place is very busy. If you don't have an appointment don't expect instant service. And even if you do have an appointment, please keep In mind they are helping everyone as fast as they can and sometimes things just take longer than expected. I will be back.

Wanted to give the new shop in the neighborhood a try, so i decided to check them out. This will be my absolute last time. When I first pulled up, a group of 5 guys were just standing around shooting the breeze. Instead of greeting me they gave me a dirty look like they were offended I brought my vehicle to the shop. After entering I waited 6 minutes for someone to come to the counter. By this time I was already figuring out that customer service is obviously not a priority at Firestone. When I let the gentleman know what I was in for, he said it would be 2 hours before they could even get it in a stall. I guess the one and only car in the stall needed all 5 guys working on it? I told the gentleman I’d just take my vehicle somewhere else and very rudely he responded “yeah well Sorry!” I hope this goes out of business and a NTB moves in, screw this place. Don’t go and spend your hard earned money here!

We live 23 miles away from this Firestone location. Clint, the manager of this location, worked at the location near my home in Plano for the past several years and took excellent care of our family’s vehicles. We tried to go to the Firestone location closest to our home, but did not have the excellent customer experience like we’ve always had with Clint’s stores. I called to find out the location where Clint managed, and even though it was a 40 minute drive in morning traffic, we made the decision to take our Infinity to his store in Crossroads. As always, we were very pleased with the work that was done, and we trusted that our car was serviced to our expectations. Even though we drove past three other Firestone locations, two Discount Tire locations, and countless oil change and brake repair locations on our drive to Clint’s store…we would do it again next time. Thank you to the staff at the Crossroads Firestone for a great experience!
