I’ve been going to this location for a while always have experienced the best when the owner does the job or is around. The last two times I’ve gone it’s been two younger adult males first time I was attended for a nail in my tire and I asked for a patch and he convinced me to get a plug since it’s way better than a patch! Well of course it’s much easier to do than a patch and I’m woman so I don’t know right! Well I went yesterday after getting off of work all the way from rice with a low tire and got there 15 min before they closed and asked the gentleman if I could please get a patch because my tire was low and had a nail in it. Well guess what he said I’m sorry I’ve put up all the stuff the best I can do for you is a PLUG! And I nicely said no Thank you I want a patch.! So apparently they see a women and convince them to get a PLUG instead of a PATCH because it way much easier for them to do and less time consuming! I’m sure if it were a MAN they wouldn’t even consider convincing them to get a PLUG cus they already know what’s BEST! Well I never write bad reviews unless it’s necessary I believe they should proudly attend anyone no matter what your going in for if they are not closed yet and they close at 6 so he had 15 min to patch my tire so there was no excuse for him not to want to do it besides the fact that he was LAZY and didn’t want to.! So after these last two experiences I will no longer come to this tire place I will take my business else where.!

I had blowout and had my 2 grandchildren with me. I could not find anyone to assist me. I called Esteban's shop 15 minutes before they closed. The gentleman and his wife (who was very far along in a pregnancy) came to us on side of the road and put on the spare. Then had me to follow them to the shop that was already closed. They fixed my tires after coming and rescuing me, after business hours. All that was done at no extra charge. I have never experienced customer service so great. This is MY first choice to always get assistance. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are Horrible! He charged me $200 to change one Catalytic converter on my ride, Just to have it mess up so i went somewhere else and was Told He didn't even put the right one on my car! He put another smaller one that had a plug (the one i needed doesn't) So that plug ended up falling out while driving on the freeway with my 6 kids! Had to pay someone else just to weld another plug on it! says it would keep happening until i change it to the correct size needed for my ride. So basically wasted $250 on something that don't work. And i love in a budget due to having 7 kids. SMH Just soo wrong doing that to people!

Excellent shop! Very fast and friendly. I ran over a piece of steel on the highway and needed a completely new tire. My tire size is an oddball, but Esteban went out of his way to order another for me. The price was well below what I was quoted anywhere else for the same exact size and brand. He even fixed a minor exhaust leak that he noticed when doing the install. This is my go-to shop from here on out!

HORRIBLE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION! I BOUGHT 2 USED TIRES WAS OVER CHARGED ($45), 2 WEEKS LATER WENT BACK 1 TIRED HAS A KNOT IN IT.. GUY THEIR TOLD ME HE PROBABLY SOLD IT TO ME LIKE THAT AND IT HAS NO WARRANTY AND HE WALKED OFF! I TALK TO THE OWNER AND HE SAID THE SAME THING! IM A SINGLE PARENT WITH A RETAIL JOB AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A NOBODY OFF THE STREET. I BEEN DOING BUSINESS THERE FOR A WHILE AND STILL THEY SHOWED NO RESPECT OR REMORSE! NOW I'M AT SARDIS PAYING $35 FOR THE A GOOD USED TIRE!!!! DON'T GO TO ESTEBANS!!!!!!!!
