My low tire light came on so I immediately stopped there to have someone look at my tire. Within 6 mins they had pulled my car back to look at it. After they checked the air they said they could fill it when I told them that was the second time I had to fill it they said they needed to check it. A few minutes later they pulled a screw out of my tire and fixed it. I was there a total of 30 mins max. Very impressed.

My family has done business with Chapman Tire for decades. They're quick, friendly, helpful, and their prices are more than fair. Free rotations with tire purchase are definitely a plus and greatly appreciated. But don'tljust think tires when you're thinking of Chapman Tire. I have yet to ask them to check something out and have them refuse or refuse to take care of any problem. They do not take appointments, which could be a problem. However, I've come to find that dropping my vehicle off and having someone pick me up is usually a waste of time. Under normal circumstances, they're done long before I get back. It's just better to wait in their comfortable waiting area.

Have had trouble with vibrations in truck ever since i installed agressive all terrain tires. Shop recognized and corrected problem at least a dozen shops had overlooked when having tires rotated, balanced etc.

I have been going here for years and I always feel like I have received a good deal. The staff and owners are quite friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is comfortable and offers free coffee, if you need to wait on your repair. They are most always busy. Plus, make an appointment for alignments.
