My friend told me about this place and how every time he goes it's a great experience. I went once and they weren't rude but not anywhere near accommodating as all these other reviews. I walked in with my friend and politely asked if they had any used tires for my car and was told a flat "no" and that I would have to purchase a new one. No-one checked anything or bothered to be polite about it. When we walked out, me and friend had the vibe they were racist.

I brought my 20 year old Oldsmobile into C&D Tire around 10am on a Saturday. They quickly assessed my car and reported back to me what the problem was. They quoted me an amazing price so I asked for an oil change also. The whole staff at C&D were so polite and very helpful. I could tell that my car and I were the top priority. They soon finished the repairs and when I went to pay it was cheaper than what they quoted me. The repair hadn't taken as long as they initially thought so they adjusted their labor charge. I was completely shocked. They made a lifetime customer out of me and my family today! The staff at C&D are the absolute best.

I had to get the brakes done on my F-150, and with 2 small kids in tow, this was still a great experience! ( Which really says a lot!!) I showed up around 10:15 am and I was pulling out of the parking lot at 10:47. This was SO much faster than any other servicing place I had been to for years. Not only that, but I was able to get new brakes and rotors for the front, and have my tires rotated and balanced for under $200. Calling around the Oak Ridge area most places started quoting a brake job (without completely replacing the rotors) around $120. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I'm actually not going to dread having to get work done on my cars as long as I can take them here! I'm so glad I found them! Keep up the good work guys!

5-9-2019 I’ve used this place for my family motor pool for years. All in all a good place. However the last two times I’ve had my tires rotated they have stripped studs. I believe by not adjusting torque settings. Or maybe just careless cross thread. Two studs left front last time. Two studs right front this time. Here I sit waiting for parts. At least they fix their mistakes for free. I caught the problem when I tried to correct the torque on the lug nuts right after the work was done. Update 8/15/2019. I guess reviews matter. I went back today for another tire rotation and balance. They were really busy. I checked in perfunctorial and sat down and then thought it relevant to mention my previous experience. I was asked the torque specifications for my lug nuts to which I replied, 89 ft lbs. As the mechanic got ready to tighten my lug nuts he came and got me to observe him use a torque wrench to properly tighten the lug nuts. Then he showed me that the torque wrench was exactly set to 89 ft lbs. Needless to say none of the studs were damaged on this visit. I will say though, if you want your tires rotated according to RWD, FWD, AWD, etc. , Mark your tires so you know that it was done correctly. The standard rotation there seems to be simple front to back. Explain up front that your tires need a certain rotation according to style of vehicle. Lest you be back early for new set.

Went three times to have my rear tire plugged because I had found a nail in it. My only complaint is, is that i still had to blow my tire up every three days until I finally used dollar General brand fix a flat in it

I go here for my Bedlined 2000 Accords tire and wheel needs.. I genuinely love this company more than any others that I have been to, however, I have had my wheel studs break on me twice since I began having work done at this location, I don't blame the shop as a whole, because it has to be an employee error by a specific individual, but given that I don't know who keeps over-tightening them and causing it, I haven't bothered calling to let them know that they're accidentally doing so.. Nevertheless, they have great prices, the staff are really good people who make you feel like you're at a friend's shop having a good time. And I would definitely be willing to argue that they are the BEST go-to shop in Oak Ridge. I just wish that I could get some help with removing the old broken lugs, and placing the new ones that I bought.

I've always loved this place but... I had a valve stem replaced there and it WILL NOT fill with air. I've tried several different air stations and it will not fill up at all. It blows more out then in. None of my other tires are doing that and none of the other tires have that same valve stem they used. I tried coming in so they could at least fill it with air. I sat and waited over an hour and still didnt get served so I left. Now I'm fed up with it and I'm taking it to get fixed somewhere else.

I went into C&D Tire a few weeks ago to purchase a new set of tires. The front desk was helpful and gave me 3 tire options, ranging from more economical brand to a midrange brand to a top notch brand. I chose my tires and returned at my scheduled time and they did the work. I also had my vehicle aligned at this time. It was a great experience and they were upfront about the cost of the tires and alignment. Yesterday, I notice a squeaking from my brakes and I knew it was time for new ones. I went in this morning and they put new brakes on the front of my vehicle. Quick and easy.

I took my car there for an alignment a couple of months ago...it was pulling to the right extremely bad......I asked them if they would do an allignment, the front counter said that that would be no problem and stated that it would be a few minutes....I said that was fine.....but as i was standing there.....I heard someone on the phone telling another customer that the alignment person was on vacation and if they would want to schedule it for a different time.....I then asked the guy if I needed to reschedule until he came back from vacation......he told me that doing an alignment was easy and all that it is is reading from a machine and not hard at all.......so I trusted them and let them do it......I left and it was still pulling to the right just as hard.......I immediately took it back.....the guys behind the counter were very courteous and friendly so my guff isnt with them at all.....except maybe not telling me the truth about the alignment tech.......I actually had to reschedule a second alignment in which I was not charged for.......when I finally took the car back in, the tech that came in to get my car appeared to be uninterested in customer service at all...and actually gave me the feeling of that he was bothered that he even had to do an alignment......however, I was assured that they would do a good job and get down to the route of the problem........this did not happen....at all........Im not sure what the techs consider to be good work.......but my car was even worse than what I started out with the first time...after this, I did find out that I needed struts put on my car.....never a mention of this when I was told that the techs were experienced and would most definitely find out what was wrong with it....needless to say, I was not happy and DID NOT take my car back for a third time.......I wasted $60.00 and I only work part time.....so money to me is hard to come by.......I did take my car there previously a couple of years ago and got extremely good service then.....in the shop and at the counter....thats why i took it back there......I have faith in the guys up front.....however, the techs need to go back to school and learn how to do an alignment and also how to be friendly to customers......I dont usually write reviews but in this case, I do feel that I did not get treated right as far as the techs in the back......the men behind the counter were very helpful except for the fact of the information that I got about the alignment tech being on vacation.....and how experienced the techs were at alignment

They're usually awesome but they were very pushy this time. Went in for our tires to be rotated and balanced and they found our brake pads low. We were leaving for vacation that night and told them we didn't have the time nor the money. The front office guy said well don't drive that. I told him well that's what we're taking. We made it just fine both ways. All I can suggest is learn customer service!

The service is awful. Called ahead to two different locations. Both told me they had the tires I needed. The first when I got told me they one tire. I need 4, and one is already leaking bad. So I try another location that will be on the way home. Called first, asked three times you have them for sure, it is a fleet vehicle. Yes we have two different brands, get there and they tell me they don't have a brand they can sell me! I will walk everywhere, before I would buy tires from them again!

I went here two times, one time for an oil change, which was a nightmare, and the other time for tires which was a much more pleasent experience. When I got my oil changed it took over 2 hours, the kicker, it wasn't even busy! When I got my car back there was oil all over the place in the engine on the tires and as I drove home my car started smoking, and so I lifted the hood and the cap wasn't even put back where you pour oil. I hated the experience yet I went back to get two tires. Maybe because I had nowhere else to go, yet they didn't dissapoint me with their tires they were quick and very helpful. No issues with the tire service just wouldn't recommend an oil change from them, Walmart does a better oil change than what C&D Tire Pros did for me.

Top Notch, I called to verify if they could patch a tire before I ran it out there, the lady that answered was super friendly told me to bring it on out, took it out there about an hour later, set it down outside, walked inside to ask about getting it fixed, and by then they had already taken it back and started patching it... patched it while I waited was there maybe a total of 10 minutes, price was more than reasonable on the patch and they had already put it in the back of my truck by the time I finished paying. Great service, great people. Highly recommend.

MUCH BETTER than Eddie hair (they charged me to take my tire apart but then said they couldn't patch it, and also tried to sell me 4 brand new expensive tires even though mine are in good shape) after I went to C&D, and they patched my tire cheaply and gave me great advice on when to actually get new tires!

Had a great experience here with getting tires mounted and balanced. I had bought the tires online and had them shipped to C&D to be mountedand I was a little worried that I might not be treated the same as if I had bought the tires there. Wrong- Everyone from the front office to the guys in the shop were extremely friendly. I wished I had called them before buying the tires because upon checking out I found out I could have bought the same tires for right out what I paid online and would not have had to wait. Suggestion: call these people before you buy for a quote. I would recommend to anyone to do business with these folks. I will be going there in the future for rotation and balance, alignments and any other needs for tires including my wife's car. 1 guy in the shop even said he would change the tire on my motorcycle if I took off the wheel and bring it to him. Very Very few tire shops will fool with a bike tire so again recommend these guys highly.

I went here for an alignment. The store was my 2nd pick. The 1st company couldn't do it due to a broken machine. I called C&D for an appointment. I showed up and the were quick to get my truck. It took almost 2 hours to align. But I had put upper and lower ball joints in. So I knew it would be awhile. But the waiting room is small. Room for a bout 5 guest. It is an old store. Nothing elaborate here. The staff was friendly and did a good job. I saw people come and go really quick and they either got 4 news tires or rotations. I did save money also. I would go here again.

I've been going to C&D for a while mainly to mount and balance tires for multiple cars. My last visit was to get a front alignment done on a Honda Odyssey since there is an intermittent vibration I can't isolate. I figured a front alignment can help since I recently replaced the passenger CV axle. They took a look, checked the tire balance and ended up being an out of round front passenger tire. They balanced the tire the best they could and swapped front and rear....and didn't charge me! I tried to pay but they refused and instead asked me to keep coming back for future biz. I believe they recognized I knew a bit about cars and I do some work on my own. I have a good feeling about doing business with them and will continue to go back for sure.

It’s usually hard to find a shop you can trust with no BS or upselling, but C & D is it! I bring my own parts and have gotten tires changed, oil changed, brakes done, and a tire patched. Their prices are great compared to other mechanics that try to rip you off or won’t let you bring your own parts. Highly recommend.

The same goes for when I moved to Oak Ridge,Tennessee. Talking about a cultural SHOCK. Still I made friends with 99% of every one I meet. Niema Apiat, I was not there when you had your dealings with C&D Tire But I know for a fact that the FINE people there are some of the most Professional and Kind people I know and to say that they are or even maybe Racist is WRONG!
