Was having trouble trying to find time out of my working schedule to get my car in for new tires and since I work about 7 miles from them, they were considerate enough to send someone to my work to pick my car up and then return it after the tires were on. It was what I call "going the second mile" and was so appreciated! They are great people and I also got an excellent price on new tires! I will definitely be taking my car there again!

Terrible. When I called them I couldn't hear anything on the phone. Insane amount of back ground noise. I had just received a leveling kit from a name brand company ( sinister diesel ) the highest rated and most popular leveling kit for an f250. I called C and D to get a price for installation and they told me they won't install it! I have not even opened the box the leveling kit came in and they said they will not install it! But a couple of months ago a friend of mine took his f150 with a cheap off brand leveling kit from eBay and they installed it for him. Terrible service. Really hacked me off today. Definitely lost all of my business and I will spread the word. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

By FAR the best tire shop I've ever been to. Prices were very reasonable ($300 cheaper than other places). I told them i needed 4 new tires, alignment, and one rim needed changed. They did all of this really quick and didn't even charge me for the alignment because my car was good. Most places would have charged me the extra 80 bucks and said they did an alignment. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else than C&D! Thanks guys!

I would not take any make of a vehicle at this place, matter a fact I quit doing business with the people they are in with like other tire place's. These people will lie to you just to get your money. I love Cooper tires, but I would drive alway down to GA. To get coopers tires before I would even darken the door to place.

I called 2 other locations in maryville to find out prices and how long it would be to get my tires balanced. Wal-Mart $9 dollars a tire 2 hour wait Discount tire $10 a tire 1 hour wait C&d $6 dollar a tire no wait. But was very busy. But had enough staff on hand. Very nice people. They offered my coffee or hot chocolate or a coke. Very quick. Thank you guys... hands down best prices in maryville. Will be back

After having new tires installed on my vehicle 3 weeks ago from a downtown tire shop, only to be told I needed a wheel alignment when it didn't feel right. I stopped in C & D tires for an alignment, after a few attempts. Rebalance, rotation, air pressure, etc. They explained in full details the base of my problem. Because of their knowledge and honesty I received 4 brand new tires from the manufacturer. My only regret was not going to C & D Tires in the first place. Thank you Mary and Cliff for all that you do, it was a pleasure.

Trailered my car there after replacing clutch and everything in the front end. My car is lowered and expecting them to pull it straight into the garage they decided to take it on a two mile test drive. Not only did they not get the sides even they completely ruined my brand new Kuhmo tires on the front. Would not recommend anyone to this shop unless you want your clutch with less than one mile given hell and your car scrapped as they give it hell out of the parking lot. Do not go here.

I bought a used car and took it for its first oil change. I asked the guy at the counter what type of oil and filter they use. I was told the oil is Pennzoil and the filters are Fram. They changed the filter and added 5 quarts of oil for $29.95 plus tax for a total of $32.87. When my next oil change was due at 3,000 miles I called Walmart and Jiffy Lube just to price shop. They asked me what type of car I have and when I told them they both told me my car takes synthetic oil. I then checked my owners manual and sure enough they were right FULL SYNTHETIC. Even the guy at Walmart knew that. Why didn't a full service repair shop like C&D Tire know that? I hope they didn't ruin my engine in that 3,000 miles with regular oil. I took my car to Walmart who was the cheaper of the two. Knowing C&D Tire used the wrong oil made me ask the guy at Walmart to see the oil filter that was on my car. I was shocked when he showed it to me. It was a plain white filter with a stock number on it. Not an orange and black Fram filter like I was told C&D Tire puts on. I'm not even sure if they put in Pennzoil like they said they do. I'm never going back to C&D Tire.

When I arrived one car in bay, other bays empty. One person in waiting room. I ask for tire rotation, oil change and replace oil pressure sencer that I furnished. They informed me the didn't install customer furnished parts. But, did make and exception. Surcharge of $45 to perform a 3 minute project, I agreed . I was there one hour fifteen minutes while customers came and went. I guess I was being punished. But, it is more likely they sent someone to part store and tossed my part. At any rate I am not pleased with how long this took.

This place is terrible. Had a great first time experience so I continued to take my car there until I had an issue and instead of resolving the issue they were incredibly rude to me. I didn't even want them to do anything about the issue I just wanted them to be aware of it in case it happened again to someone else and instead of being understanding they acted like I was going to want them to give me my money back. It was the worst experience I've ever had.
