We were referred to Tyler Tire by a neighbor last spring and brought our car in for replacement of the front-end sway bars along with an oil change and tire repair--the service was prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Over the summer, while traveling in Maine, we noticed similar symptoms and needed to replace the same parts with under five thousand miles wear. Upon our return to Aiken, the Tyler staff listened to our concerns, and without obligation, graciously refunded the cost of the initial service. No business is going to always do things right however, the best business will always want to do the right thing to support the customer experience. We will continue to patronize Tyler and enthusiastically recommend you do as well!!

Just had my tires replaced there. They installed the tires but left a knick in my polished wheel!!! They would not admit it b/c it was not right along the wheel well but that does not matter, it was careless work performed and thats why they knicked it. I just cleaned my wheels and knew exactly what shape they were in. All they did was point to their sign saying not responsible for wheels. THATS BECAUSE YOU ARE ALWAYS THE RESPONSIBLE ONES!! Good business would go over the wheels first with the customer and point out any PREVIOUS defects. And that place thinks they are perfect? Why were two big, dirty sweat marks on the top of my front, driver fender? Make sure you don't leave marks if you're going to relax against someone else's vehicle. CARELESSNESS!! I wouldn't go there again.
