I've been to the Tire Exchange a couple of times myself, though my family has been going there for years. On my most recent visit, I discovered at 6am that my car wouldn't start buy had to catch a bus to work, so nothing I could do. Got my car to the Tire Exchange after 3pm on a Friday, and by 4pm I was back on the road with a fresh battery. I was so relieved they fit me in with no advance notice on a Friday afternoon. Also, I've found they are always looking out for their customers, trying to keep costs down instead of trying to milk the customer for every penny. I highly recommend the Tire Exchange!

Absolutely first rate place. I have a car with modified wheels/tires/lug nuts and could not hardly find a facility that would replace my tires and change out my TPMS sensors. Spent almost 3 days taking the car to the usual suspects to no avail. Called Tire Exchange - not only did they fix it perfectly, the price was fantastic and the work was completed the same day. If you want quality work done at a VERY fair price, then look no further. The Tire Exchange is made up of highly skilled technicians who really go the extra mile to get the job done right. It wasn't until I got fed up with Costco that I decided to search out a tire company that I could feel comfortable with- The Tire Exchange is that place! It got to the point that Costco was taking multiple hours for a simple tire rotation. Or I would have to wait 30 minutes, at the Costco tire desk, just to speak with someone about my tires. At The Tire Exchange, you walk in and get immediate help by people who really know what they're doing. Even the owner sits at the front desk, so you know things are being handled properly. I needed a special tire for my BMW and they were able to get it. The wheels on my car are not easy switch tires on and there's a huge risk for rim damage. But they did it perfectly. They've also worked on my other vehicles, and every time the works been done right, on time, and at a more-than-fair price. I'm EXTREMELY thankful that I found this place as it is a true gem and they will continue to be my "go to" place for tires, rotations, and anything else they're able to do for me.

The do solid work and have never let me down when it comes to tires/alignment. It’s the only place I’ll take my vehicles to. I’ve tried other places in simpsonville like ntb and Goodyear and they both fail. Simpsonville tire had no idea when he could get me in so I can’t attest how good or bad they are since I couldn’t get a straight answer from the guy. This place is only open Monday through Friday which is a bummer, but it gives you a reason to leave work early.

I paid more for my tires from here because the reviews were so good. I expected first class service. I've always had free repairs on my tires at my last tire dealer because I bought from them. Repairs are $20 here even if you bought your tires from them. I should have went with one of the other 2 places which charge less for the tires and give free repairs, balances, and rotations. Lesson learned.

The the macanics made a mistake. I told them about it.the big boss bassicly called me a lier made waite outside . i told him its not how u brought my car in. He said he will fix it on his dime .and not to come back.then mechanics noticed it was their fault.but the big boss ran and hid. No apology. I was planning to put 1500 in my car. He Ran and hid.says allot about a person to run and hide Lol i recommend Going sonewhere else. After i left i went to two different shops and didnt have problems they claimed i had that would have been an additional $1000 ontop of the 260 they were already charging. I recommend to have your car checked at more than one mechanic shop.

They told me what the problem was. I purchased all Moog premium parts plus some they did not recommend as well. After the 5th trip there, $900 later I still had the same problem. I changed the shocks ($130), which I was told wasn't the problem, and I haven't had the problem since. As far as tire service, oil changes, alignment, etc. these guys are top notch. Mechanical issues with a death wobble no so much. My issue may be unique, but I spent Alot of money for no resolution and no refund of service unsolved.
