Tire country is my preference for new tires on all of my vehicles. They've always had nice tires in the size I need when I come in. Staff is always pleasant. Waiting area, for the limited time spent there, is more comfortable then other tire places I've been to. Will continue to get tires from here.

I went there for 4 tires and a front end alignment on a 1500 Chevy they told me $100 for the alignment, once we got there they said it'll be an additional 50 aside to knock the tabs out. Other shops told me 80 - 100 and there is no additional cost cuz it only take a second to knock the tabs out. THE ENTIRE FRONT END has been replaced with all brand new parts to the frame.the truck has been back TWICE because the alignment wasn't right, they said the alignment was out because truck is older and it moves around and the tire that got wore out because of alignment they moved it to the back. Bad work overpriced and don't stand behind their work..

Terrible service, no real waiting area. I had to take my car to a real tire shop and have all 4 new tires re-balanced due to the car feeling like it was going to vibrate apart. Don't let saving a few bucks make your decision, trust me! Oh btw their "technician" told me the vibration was because they keep the tires stacked up in a trailer outside and it would go away with some driving. I guess that's what you tell someone that doesn't know better and you're ready to get off work on a Friday. Never again!!

This place is the best hands down for tires and alignments. If they do not have what you want they will usually have it the next day. The prices are much better that big box stores too. I prefer to spend my money with providers who offer hometown services and because they care.

I used Tire Country today. Excellent Service! Kind and Courteous! As a woman, I find it hard to find auto type business where I feel comfortable doing business; however, I was treated fairly and respectfully throughout not only my price checking, but also with the service. Kenny jumped on getting my car right in and even allowed me to see that my car did need an alignment prior to just doing it and charging me for it. Charles also did all the rebate paperwork for me. GREAT SERVICE!

I went searching for tires for a friends car and these guys treated us like we were royalty they helped us find the right tires and then about ten minutes after finding the correct tires the had her on the rack to put her tires on and the guys even checked her alignment and her ball joints. They let her know she needed to have an alignment done soon or she would have to replace her tires sooner. Very well kept clean and maintained place of business.

Headed home to Charlotte from the beach and someone decided to throw a piece of debris from their car which led to a leak in one of my tires. Luckily Tire Country was just a few miles down the road. Very friendly staff and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes with a patched tire. Price was much less than I expected as well. Turned what could have been a major headache into a slight detour for our vacation.
