I came by and Kevin showed me some excellent wheels and tires, and even though they didn’t have the tire in stock they got them delivered ASAP. I came in on Friday and was scheduled for Monday to have the wheels put on, but he called me and got it done the next day (that Saturday). Less than 24 hours. Now that’s excellent service!!!

Lisa and Chris are the best!!! They have provided excellent customer service to me since I’ve had my rims. I hit a couple potholes in two days and they went the extra mile to make sure I was well taken care of! Lisa did my paperwork quick and Chris fixed my rim in a quick manner also!! Goldie was good as well he fixed my rim the first day and Chris the second. I was in and out both days! I highly recommend RNR to anyone looking for some nice rims! They have a great selection too! Ask for Lisa and she will get you right !!

I have had a very bad experience at RNR tires in Spartanburg SC you have a very bad disrespectful Store Manger and the Regional Manger wasn’t no better .When you pay for tires and rims and you have took you car there 6 times in one week and then they tell you to take it to the Nissan place and wasn’t nothing wrong with my sensors and pay the Nissan dealership and then have to pay on tires and rims at the same time it seems like they would care than I had to take it back 3 more times until they fixed so they finally put on a new tire after the 9 time for coming with the same problem then they didn’t want to do that. They act like they care before you get your account with them but after that they don’t care they just want your money RNR tires in Spartanburg SC I would not recommend no one to go there they sell you bad tires or rims then they don’t want to fix nothing the wait time is at least 4 hours with an appointment or without one it is not the same since Saul left I been with them for at 6years and never had a problem out of none of my tires but know they are just about money and the customer don’t me nothing after you sign the contract oh don’t let me leave the most important thang out is I haven’t had the rim and tires but 1 month and it been in the shop 9 times for my tires so I tell anybody don’t go there cause the disrespect is real thank you for taking the time to read this
