Manager John shouldn't be in customer service this is worst experience I have ever encountered..Lazy environment no one wants to work on weekends only people in store working is Techs if any are available was lied to by Manager partial owner about service and had a huge out burst because this person is partial owner and arrogant.No disrespect towards veterans but every soldier isn't a good soldier.Stay far away from this place all they want is your money you worked for and can care less.Who ever is majority owner needs to get him out of store and let him find something he likes to do..If I could give -5 stars I would.Dude is bad for business period..I even gave this guy great advise on water issue he had and still got stung by him because he couldn't accommodate me or my tire issue and then was walked off on and told he was done with hearing me.Maybe he's just done with customers all together.Its ashamed that I had to encounter such a disgruntled Employee Manager Partial Owner after holding my obligation as a customer.I really regret doing business here and would be surprised if more customers complained.Still waiting for service due to not enough techs..All I wanted is what I paid for and I did pay in full and deserve full service.

this was the worse experience ever they lied to me saying my wheels was cover took my rim off and put my spare on kept my rim then the next day after having my rim I purchased from they they say I wasn’t cover and I paid for the warranty the manager that I talked to which is November 8 2018 he was rude disrespectful and lied to my face I will never come back here cause that’s fraud

They are fraudulent the store in Columbia sc sold me used rims in place of new once while all the paper works say its new. Nd when I confronted them at the store they threatened to call the police. But I am abt to file a case nd I am getting all my money back

I got a set of used wheels and tires. One of the wheels had issues from day one. Finally the used tire blew and the wheel was to be repaired by the tech. Never have i missed a payment so i felt secure with the tech handling this issue. The tech tried to bondo the wheel. Negative. After many attempts the tech told the manager and the manager said he was ordering a new wheel. They put a 20 inch wheel on my car that was a different color and style. Two months has passed and no wheel. Payments are made on time on time. Do not go here. You have been warned

So I wanted a quality set of rims and I was having a hard time finding them. Went to this location and they were helpful in finding a set that gave the same look I want for my vehicle. The issues didn’t start until I started making payment to them. They have this thing called “90-Day Same as Cash.” Well, I met the required amount and thought I was good as far as payments until I got a phone call saying you were $2 short on the required amount. I asked the rep in the store what amount was left and he told an amount. Come to find out he got fired a few days later and had done this same thing to a few other people. Bottom line: JUST BE CAREFUL AND PAY ATTENTION TO HOW MUCH YOU ARE PAYING THEM.

Best place to go for rims and tires. Mike did a great job getting me the best value. The tire tech took care of the issue I was having with my tire sensor that every other place wanted to charge me. I really recommend this place for tires and rims.
