I will never take a vehicle back here. I brought my vehicle in there to have a problem fixed and every time they fixed something another issue would arise. They first said it was the fuel pump and Eventually they replaced my water pump and my car started to over heat within 2 weeks. I brought it back multiple times telling them it was leaking and they would tell me it wasn't and I needed to change the thermostat housing. I did that and it did not fix the problem. It continued to overheat and constantly needed to be filled with antifreeze and water.. I brought it back for a final time because it is definitely leaking and now they finally agree it is leaking but now it's not completely under warranty because it's been 6 months and I have to pay more money. They are a bunch of crooks and dont recommend them to anyone. Stay away!!

Randy's Tire and Lube is a RIP OFF. Took my rims to get put on my car and they put them on knowing they would rub the strut plate. I pulled and notice my car smoking from the tires rubbing the plate. They were very young and irresponsible for letting me pull off like that. When i came back for my full refund Randy refused to give my full refund of 110.00 dollars. My life was put in danger because of them. Would not recommend anyone to go there seriously!!!!!!!!!!

I have been having the oil and filter in my Cadillac STS changed by Tire Town in Myrtle Beach and Conway for the last year. The charge has always been $27.15 including labor and taxes. I went to Randy's Tire and Lube last weekend while visiting friends in Camden and was shocked to get a bill for $45.48 for the exact same service. I'm sure that Randy's overhead is less than Tire Town's so the only reasonable explanation for the excessive charge is greed. If Randy actually reads all the bibles and religious literature in his waiting room, he must be aware that the bible teaches against greed in at least 62 verses. I will not be going back.

Randy's is Christian in name only. Attempted to charge me for parts that had recently been professionally replaced. Not to menation that after my vehicle was serviced, the suspension creaks horribly. Family members and friends have had the same experiences. Stay far away from this place.

Flat Tire? No Problem. Ran over some Hawthorne with my YT4000 Craftsman on the Fourth of July. Well, after removing the offending flat tire the very next morning, I proceeded to my Sears Hometown Store (Lugoff, SC) for a patch and/or some helpful "hometown" advice. Realizing that the sale of a brand new tire was not going to happen, the manager made a referral to "Randy's Tire & Lube" - a Penzoil affiliated tire shop less than half a mile away. After leaving and subsequently arriving over at "Randy's", I must admit, I was treated very well by the front office staff - two pleasant women, much younger than I. Cody, the technician, had me in-and-out so fast I didn't have time to get comfortable in their very clean waiting area. Due to the pleasantness of the experience, I would highly recommend these folks to my friends and neighbors.
