I'd like to start off that this is hands down a great shop. I asked for a 2011 f150 ecoboost engine replacement. They beat the dealership price by almost half! They kept me up to date and informed me of any mishap or thing that would change. They finished my engine replacement and made sure that I wouldnt have to come back for this. 10/10 recommend for customer service, great quality of work, and amazing price!

My wife and I have used Pro Tire twice in one week. Once was for a front end alignment for a Ram 2500 and the other was to have a battery replaced in a Toyota Camry. The truck seems a lot better since the alignment. They sale Interstate batteries and even after paying for the battery and to have it installed it was less than a car parts store. Fast and friendly service!

Friendly, cheap service. The guy in there is always super nice and polite, doesn't speak to you like most mechanics (haughty and like you know nothing). They have cheap good used tires from like 30 bucks. To plug a tire is legit free, no catch. Oil change (if you bring your own stuff) is 15 bucks. Plan on taking my car there to have it diagnosed for a ticking in my engine. I really hope their work is as good as their service, and also that they dont close down.

Following a business appointment nearby, I stopped here because I needed an alignment and they could get me right in (said it was a slow day). I was treated nicely upon arrival and they quickly took my car into the shop. In passing, I mentioned that I had been hearing a periodic soft popping noise by the driver's right front wheel area and asked them to see if they noticed anything. They came back a while later and informed me that they wouldn't do the alignment because I needed over $900 worth of repairs to my car's front end - new struts and sway bar links. That was a bit surprising since I'd recently had new tires installed and also had a recent brake job - and both said the front end looked good. So, I decided to take it to my regular mechanic for another opinion. He looked at both items and informed me that they were in terrific shape. No such repair was needed. Rather, he located a minor problem that had developed on the brake rotor. Quick, easy, and inexpensive fix. So, I feel like Pro Tire was either incompetent or trying to sell me a bill of goods. Either way, I will not return there -- ever!

I got a screw in my tire and went over to the Stone Ave location and they were booked up, so they called this location and I drove over and they fixed it right there on the spot. When I went to pay, he said it was free and to think of them when I needed their services. WOW! If that is the experience you get going there, DON'T go anywhere else...

Thank you Rich for quick service! Called him at 5pm on a Monday after my son ran over an allen wrench and it stuck in this sidewall. Pro Tire had my son's tire replaced with a good, used tire within the hour...and even stayed late to get him back on the road the same day. We will be back!

I would recommend you go see Rich and his team at Pro tire! They do honest work, if they find something they'll let you know before doing it. I recently had some warranty work done and they great to work with on it. Some places don't even offer a warranty on any work but they do and got me taken care of no money outta pocket or hassles which is really nice.

I had to have four used tires put onto my Kia SUV in kind of a hurry as I am set to travel this weekend. I called Rich and he let me know he had the tires I needed and quoted me a very reasonable price. I took the car in and he told me it would be about two hours, which was great. I little over an hour later I got a call that it was done and when I went to pick up my car, I was charged less then the quoted price! I have literally never had that happen at an automotive place before. I got great tires, super fast, and at less then I thought. What an amazing transaction. I will be back!

They took the extra time to determine that my tire could be repaired instead of replaced, denying themselves revenue, and THEN proceeded to not charge me for repairing it and putting it back on. Pro-Tire is the only shop in the Greater Greer/Taylors area that I trust to work on my Jeep. Their prices are unbeatable, they're extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and trust worthy. Got myself some used tires from a junkyard hoping to put them on my car, "ones it had we're getting bad" trying to save some money, so I went there today hoping they would put them on for me, how hard can it be?, They said they would not problem, so I gave them my keys and sat down, after waiting a whole hour, they came and got me and showed me that they weren't safe, it toke them a HOUR to look at them, they said since it had some hairline cracks they wouldn't put them on, given the ones that are already on there are like slicks, so I was like fine get rid of the tires and I'll just keep the rims, so after another 40mins he drove the car to the parking lot and I went to get my keys, once I said I'm gonna wait on tires the lady couldn't be bothered with me anymore, not once did she smile or act nice to me, always with a attitude, but when the white people came in she couldn't have been more happy, idk, but now my car smiles like wet dog, and 3 of my 4 wheels are now missing the air pump cover. Updated. Now closer looking at my rims they didn't put back my center emblems so now there missing alsp, and one rim has a big dent in it that wasn't there before.
