Took my truck in for a brake job, and left out with 4/8 studs messed up on one side and 2/8 studs messed up on the other side. They were the last ones to work on my tires/wheels before this. So either they messed them up putting them on months ago or when I went for my brakes to be done. Talked to Landon and he said bring it back we will fix, so I did and I was told that they didn’t do any damage, and I was made to leave. the magistrates office is familiar with this tire shop because of issues like this that seem to happen almost weekly. Please stay away from a tire shop that uses Unexperienced high school children to work on your vehicles.

A family member had a leak in his tire, called a few spots and they all had random excuses as to how long it would be etc... called this place up, exact opposite. It was near quitting time and these guys still delivered amazing customer service and fixed the tire in less than a half hour for a damn good price. They also have great prices on tires and go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. You dont get this kind f service of walmart garages or other mainstream spots. Must go here for tires!

I have dealt with Piedmont Tire for as long as I can remember. Every time I go over there I never have to wonder about how I am getting treated. They offer great service at a fair price and are always willing to make sure that you get what you need for the price that you can afford. They have never tried to over sell me on a particular tire or service. I have found this is a place that you can for Tires, Alignment, Brakes, and a few other small vehicle repairs.

I have been getting tire service here for 30 years. It's the only place I will buy tires from. The owner is a great guy. Honest and straight forward. If they can find you a better deal on a set of tires. They will suggest it. People come from all around to get tire service here. One person came up from Atlanta just to get good service. UPDATE: I have not heard back from this shop. This automatic response from them is to just save face to the public instead of doing the right thing and repair what they damaged. I had this place change out the tpms sensors in my wheels. They ended up leaving clamp marks and several scratches on all of the wheels from their metal scraper and knife blades. When confronted about the damages they said that a Sharpie could hide it. The owner was not even willing to help pay for the damages they made.

My go to place for anything tire related! Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their vehicle alignment, they go out of their way to setup my racecar to custom specs. If you are going for a vehicle alignment, call them ahead of time to make an appointment.

I bought tires at piedmont tire for my car 1 1/2 years ago. My tire light came on so I decided to go back to Piedmont and see what is wrong with my tire. The gentle man came to me as a explained that there was to much air in the tires and if I would of looked inside the door, it would of told me how much air I needed. Now, the rims are not factory so that should not apply to the tires they put on 1 1/2 years ago. So then they took my tire off and said the bead in my tire was not there. Isn't the bead inside the tire. ????????????? All I know I will not go to Piedmont tire ever again.

Here I am, on 85 waiting for a tow truck to tow my truck home because I BLEW ANOTHER tire that these yahoos put on my truck. That’s two tires of the 4 I bought from them. Here’s an idea, inspect the tires you use. I came within inches of being hit by a semi truck because of this blowout. No one has bothered reaching out to make this right. This business doesn’t deserve to exist.

On our way from NC to MS and got a nail in my tire. Tire was destroyed. Pulled up the closest tire place on Google and it was Piedmont. I called them and let them know I was coming and they actually had my specific tire. I get there and was helped immediately. And my vehicle was not the only one there. They grabbed my tire and got to work. I had road hazard on my tires, and Piedmont worked with me to make sure my tire got covered. From the time we pulled off the road with a flat to the time we were on our way was only 2 hours. If I lived closer, I’d do all my tire business with these guys, and would recommend all my friend and family. Fast and friendly, and I was listening to their tire quotes and they sound very reasonable.

If there were more tire shops like Piedmont Tire Company, the world would be a better place. While traveling to South Carolina, we hit some debris on the interstate and popped a tire. We quickly googled tire shops near us and were able to limp our car to Piedmont. When I told Piedmont that we were in a rush, they came through in the clutch (nailed the car pun) and found the right tire and had it installed and balanced amazingly quickly. We were back on the road in 15 minutes and made it to our meeting on time. To top off the experience, as we were getting ready to leave, the manager came to me and told me that he might be able to get me some money back from the tire manufacturer since the tire was so new. I had no idea about this, but he went through all the steps for me including sending the tire in. Piedmont then sent me a check in the mail for the amount of the refund, and I received back over $100. It's hard to find good auto repair these days, but the folks at Piedmont are the very definition of a trusted tire shop. These people welcome you with their Southern hospitality and leave you in good hands as I would venture a guess that most of them changed their first tire around the time of their second birthday. I can only hope that one day I will get another flat tire while driving near Piedmont so I can visit this amazing company once again.
