Got 3 tires from them last week. By morning the tire was flat, went back they patched the tire. Patch did not hold, as in came loose in the tire. I was out of town called them they said to get it fixed and they would pay me back. Got back they refunded the money and they replaced the tire. My thing is how can a tire shop not know how to patch a tire. Would not go back if it was the last place on earth.

They do all of the leg work for you to find the best prices for the tires you need, they are delivered the same day, and are installed in a timely manner. I got charged $116 for 3 tires and I'm now having to get new tires because the ones they put on were so bad my truck wobbles I told them that I would bring them back the tires (6 miles driven on them) and they said they still couldn't do a refund. But could do store credit towards "new tires" but I now can't trust that they are really new. I would steer clear of a place that isn't willing to make something right. They refused to give me a refund for the crap tires they put on and I find that unnacceptable. ""Sir you knew what you were getting with used tires" that's bs. Steer clear people. You will be screwed without so much of the grace of a reach-round. .........Mic-drop.

Agreed to a deal in price and the time to complete it. An hour before the agreed upon time threatened to sell to someone else even though I was already on the way. Showed up a half hour late without an apology. Said they were at church but reaked of marijuana. I was on time and willing to pay the agreed upon price. I held up my end but Greens didn't. Don't expect to be treated fairly. Greens: Don't agree to deals you don't want or can't deliver. Don't lie about being at church even more.

My experience was the worst costumer service experience ever! I needed two of the same size tires and called these rude people. I read the CORRECT tire size from my tires to the guy In charge and he told me he had the tires in stock. After arriving and waiting 45 mins to be seen. They took my tires off of my car and then told me they didn't have my tires in stock! So I ended up waiting another 30 mins for someone to bring these tires they never had! After this horrible experience I ended up paying $80.00 for two used tires. He didn't apologize, but instead he sent one of the guys working on tires to tell me the price. That was very coward like! Would not recommend anyone to call this inconsiderate "Greens" guy!

On our way to Atlanta and felt our ride a little bumpy. We stopped and noticed there was a air lump in the tire. We called Greens since they were the closest to us at the time. Shawna was awesome, she asked for size needed, gave us direction, and awaited our arrival. We waited for about 10 mins, got in, I forgot the man's name but he was by himself working. He did great! Not necessarily, but he did talk to us and made us comfortable. He finished within 20 mins. We paid $40 total. Used tire, labor and scrap recycling. Great service and great pricing. We can continue our long drive safely and have money to spend in ATL. Thank you Greens! 100% recommendation.

The worst experience of my life. The wheel tech guy was great but the owner was argumentative, aggressive, rude and just mean. He doesn't listen well and obviously didn't want to hear of my issues that was caused when I initially had tires but on at his place of business. He isn't a people person and doesn't have any problem solving skills other than raising his voice and walking in my face saying "bull crap!" The guys that work for him are awesome people and very friendly too bad they work for someone who doesn't share those same attributes.

I got a used tire from here a few hours ago. My daughter fell asleep on the way, so I stopped and cleaned out my car. I had a new jacket in the trunk and a few other loose items, so I put them all in a bag and tied it up. I didn’t want there to be any chance for my new jacket to get ruined, so I put it in the bottom of a large vinyl bag and then put other things on top of it before tying the handles. When I went to put the stroller back in the trunk after they were done, the bag had been untied and the jacket was on the top! I left and then called not two minutes later and told them that it was extremely unprofessional for them to be going through people’s things. I purposely tied the bag the way that I did, so there’s no way that it just untied itself and objects shuffled. The woman up front didn’t have any response and then gave the phone to the owner. He told me that his son grabbed the bag and moved it so that they could get to my tire in the trunk. Which is fine! But someone untied it and went through it. There’s no way that they didn’t. Even if they had set it on the ground and it fell over, the jacket would not have come up from the bottom of the bag and ended up on the top! I threw everything else in the bag as I was cleaning the trunk, so I don’t remember what was in there. I don’t know if anything is missing, but we will not be going back. Everything else is fine except for the fact that they went through my things. Unacceptable. The owner told me that his son isn’t the kind of person to be nosy and go through someone’s things and that nothing should be missing. I surely hope not.

My tire busted while driving. It was at night so no place was open. I had to leave my car at the gas station over night. I had the tire taken off and brought it to Green’s to have another one put on the rim. Later when my son got off work. He stopped at the gas station and put the new tire on. When he put it on it was flat, he put air in it and I dove it about 15 miles and it went flat again while I was driving it. Again it was later in the evening so they were not open, the next day I had the tire taken off and I brought it back to Greens. They would not replace the tire and said it was my fault. I have gone to Greens in the past but I will never again go back there and I will never recommend to buy a tire from Greens. They do not stand behind what they sell.

I've never had an experience like this before!! We purchased 2 used tires $100 leave the shop thinking they were a pretty good place.. well less than a mile from the shop car goes to jumping all over the place!!go bk to the shop and all of a sudden the guy who was tell everyone to have a blessed day snaps!!he's basically calling us a liar saying nothing is wrong with the tires .my husband had to point out to the guy that the tire was in fact defective!he tell the guy who was so rude cussing god and yelling now,yep the guy who was just telling customers to have a blessed day.well we go to bk out the second time and he didnt even tighten the lug nuts down!!!! I hate giving this place even one star!

RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HEARD OF. When you make a mistake (stripped lug nut) you FIX IT or if not at LEAST have the courtesy to let the owner know their vehicle is not 100% safe to drive. LUG NUTS ARE NOT OPTIONAL YOU LUG NUT. BE WARNED IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE THEY WONT TELL YOU AND THEY WILL DENY IT.

He is always easy to work with and has any tires I need by the next day. On several occasions, Doug has taken tires that I needed to another shop to better convenience me. His prices are fair and reasonable and I have price checked other shops to compare. His staff always goes out of their way to better serve me.
