Show up They over book the rack or running behind on completing prior work .Try to cover it up by lying about the situation, call them out on it they get pissed and refuse to do the job . Customer service sucks and manager in front office look you in face and lie straight to you. Beware of doing dealings with them never know you might be lied to next.

Rip off. Went to get a alignment and they fried my battery. Said the battery was bad. One, they killed the battery. Two, how do you kill a battery doing a front end alignment? They make a mistake and do not take responsibility for it.My alignment cost me 219.41. will never go back. There was nothing wrong with thee battery when i went there period.

I was referred here by several friends over the years and finally decided to give them a go when I needed to have the AC compressor replaced in my Mazda. I called a week before heading in to get a quote on the work and told them I found a really good price on the parts online; the guy I spoke with, Thomas, said they couldn't come close to the same price and said if I wanted to buy the parts elsewhere they would be happy to do the install for me. Totally did not expect that and was very impressed. The following week I came in to have the work done. Thomas kept me up to date on the status of the work periodically and made sure to get my opinion on a few hangups before proceeding. They didn't pressure me to make repairs that weren't necessary, didn't try to upsell me on anything, were very polite and friendly. A very positive experience and I couldn't be more satisfied with the final result. My AC is blowing nice and cold now just in time for the summer. I'll definitely be coming back for my maintenance needs from now on, as well as referring my friends here from now on. Thanks, B&B!

Called to see if they could fix my trailer brakes and was told that absolutely they could. He told me to bring it in Monday a.m. So I did only to be told they didn't have room for it, so I played phone tag for a few days and was told to bring it in the following Monday. Got blown off again that Monday and had to drop it off Tuesday. They called Wednesday and said they couldn't fix it and to come pick it up. I showed up to pick it up and they gave me a bill for over $700 and I still had NO BRAKES!!! They fixed four seals, only one of which was leaking, and that's why hey said I owed them $700+. They didn't even fix the tire I asked them to fix while it was there. Seems to me if they can't fix a problem they shouldn't charge you to "fix" it. Big waste of time, and more importantly money, couldn't be more unhappy with completely subpar knowledge and service. Thanks for nothing, and I do mean nothing, B&B. You got me today but you will never get me again.

Got charged $585 to have power boost to put in my car when I was told it was two hours later the most. I supplied the parts even and on top of it they tried to tell me I needed a valve job and all it was was a gasket for my exhaust that was leaking. I'll never go there again I believe they are big rip off they seem to be very friendly until the bill comes

Over priced, and when you have a problem with a tire you purchase from them, they all of a sudden can't find you in the system. Got 2 employees stuck in West Columbia SC with a new tire that threw the tread right out the outside of the tire. No it isn't flat and they weren't supposed to be recapped tires. I called with a complaint and they said we aren't going all the way to Columbia to change a tire. I didn't ask them to come to Columbia, I asked if they had a sister company in the area that could service the tire that obviously has a manufacturer default. He said no, we only have one location. I then asked if once I had to pay for a new tire, could I bring the other bad one in and just get a new one for a spare. He then couldn't find any records of that purchase but found all the other Commercial trucks that we brought in but just not the trailer. We will be dealing with another tire center from now on, preferably one that is a chain do when we have a issue, they can have a sister company help us out instead of giving us the shaft. They also charged us $400 to put a new trailer plug on our trailer and 2 new 1157 bulbs in the taillights. This place is a racket. They won't get one dime of our money from now on. Parrish Tire in Charlotte NC. They are the least expensive tire company around. You will get your tires for less than half price of what everyone else charges plus they have nationwide service centers. I don't usually do these type of reviews but when I do, you better believe that I felt like I had been taking advantage of.

Went here for a lift kit install. Lift went fine but I got the tuck back and a abs wheel sensor was broken. I took the truck back and they said they they would take care of it and would be in contact. I’ve yet to here back from them. Update: They did get back in contact with me few days later and replaced the part at no charge.

I have been going here for about 3 years now and this time I went in for a oil change, and got outstanding service. The person doing my oil change Patrick went above and beyond even cleaning off wheels after putting air in them. He also was extremely knowledgeable in my car and example to me why my oil is a higher price and the benefits it has on my car. He also made my tire light go off for the first time in almost a year too. I just could not get over how well myself and my car were taken care of I will continue to be going there for upcoming years. Great employees.

I went to B&B yesterday evening. I was coming from Charlotte and running super late. I called at 5:30 asking would they still be able to put new tires on my car as I was still 20 minutes away. Arriving at 5:55pm (they close at 6), i received excellent customer service with an eagerness to help. The manager was super friendly, building great rapport with me in little time. Above & Beyond for B&B! I've owned this Camaro for 36 years. Only a handful of people have worked on it. After looking around for a skilled front end alignment technician and speaking with the service manager at B&B I opted for B&B to do the work. The alignment was not your typical toe in adjustment. Jack did the front end alignment. He is a skilled professional and I hope he is compensated accordingly. My car has never driven this nice in the 36 years ive owned it. I was charged the quoted price and happy to pay it.

Should have changed # 6...he changed #5...hubby found the problem himself..when he told the guy...he tried to convince my husband it was a five cylinder...what????? Great service, fast and friendly. Reasonable pricing. Overall great value. I had a massive screw jammed into my right front passenger tire. It took some work for them to get it out without damaging the tire and taking away the ability to simply plug the tire, but they did it. It turned into a simple tire plug repair rather than replacing the whole tire, saving me $150.00 for the tires on my Camaro. Thanks guys! One of the reasons we will take all of our tire needs to you from now on!

This place's system of doing work is the worst!!!!!! For the most part the people are nice!!! The only way that I would come back is for PURE NECESSITY. I just heard a man got charged 37.50 for airing up tires. A one hour job at this point is/has taken 3.5 hours. They need to hire more capable people to run the office. The Owner's son is not the answer.

Needed to replace the tires on my RV. I asked for a price on the brand that was on it and they quoted those and also another brand they carry. I stopped to check out the manufacture date on the brand they carried and they were all about 2 years old. For an RV the tires will age out before wearing most of the time. I asked if they could get fresher tires. The got all 6 in the 2018 year manufacture and the price when finished was lower than originally quoted. Easy to deal with and were quick to get them mounted the same day for me.

Absolutely great service! My car broke down right in front of the shop and thankfully the mechanic was able to look at it immediately. It was already pretty late in the day at this point and once he discovered what the problem was, I got a call about an hour and a half later that my car was ready. Super speedy and friendly! The part for my car was pretty expensive but the labor was very reasonable priced.

I had my tire replaced here and i my say that i am.not impressed by the customer service at all. I am very surprised based on the reviews on here. I took my car here to get a tire replaced and 1st off the guy working the front desk is very sacastic. All is said is that i have a tire that needs to be replaced, and said i think that it is the rear driver side that needs replacement, but can look to see if that is definitely the one? He stated that were going to replace the one that you tell us to.replace sarcastically....where i am from they would automatically check to see which tire is worse. They called me to tell that my key fob didnt work, i was purplexed because that has never happened. I get there ans ask what happened and the guy said it just doesn't work ...i try it and my car cranks right up. I wou definitely pass on this place snd find a real tire repair center

We just moved to Rock Hill and I was looking for a service provided for RV tires. B & B was mentioned several times. My experience was wonderful. They were highly informative. They explained why my front tires were hard to balance. At their recommendation I bought two new Toyo tires. They did an alignment, found a bearing that needed to be tightened, and provided other valuable feedback. The proof is in pudding - several days later my wife and I set out on a three week 5,000 mile trip. The ride was exceptional - for the first time since we bought the RV it was a pleasure to drive. B & B is my go-to service!
