Do Not Go Here!! I had four new tires mounted last week. I had to return to have one tire done over as it had been mounted on the rim with the inside facing out. Upon test driving I found severe vibrations. Fearing mechanical issues I went to BMW service shop. It was found that all four of the wheels had all the old balance weights in place. After having the wheels balanced the rides perfectly. American Tire only saw fit to refund what I had to pay the second shop. I have never heard of a shop too lazy to ballance new tires, and only a thief would keep the money they took for the job. Total scum...

I take my vehicles to only two places in the Low Country. After living here 35 years, I have found the best. One is in Mount Pleasant and the other is American Tire Center. Not only do I get wonderful value in tires from them, they have solved the most vexing mechanical problems for me in the past. I find them honest and very skilled. My friends that I have steered their way feel the same way. For general maintenance and all the way up to problems no one else can solve, give them a shout.

Went to this place to check pressure tire and was told it's a 2hr wait. Unbelievable, I do understand and respect people time and appointments but to check pressure takes every bit of 5 minutes. Keep up the good work, NOT!

I'm from out of town and had a blowout. Went online and found these guys so I stopped by and they gave me a great deal on all four tires. They even put 2 guys to work on my car and make sure I was in and out in no time. Only God could have turned this day into such a great experience. If you need tires or service this is the place to go.

Excellent service, excellent customer satisfaction from me. I live next door almost and while my tires were getting changed, they gave me and my son a ride home and picked us up so we didn't have to wait! They called me with updates on a part they fixed and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Oh and the cheapest new tires I was able to find around town and online. I'll always keep coming back.

Called around town to get the best tire deals and Mr. Pete was so awesome!!! He ordered my tires at a great price. I made an appointment first thing in the morning the next day and I was out in 20 mins! I also had my check engine light on and whatever they did to my car turned the notification off without any extra charge. I'm so pleased and thankful for what they did! They definitely have excellent customer service. I will definitely go back and recommend them to all my friends and family!!!!!

I respect this compannies honesty because they informed me that I only needed a tire plug and shouldn’t spend the extra money on a new tire right away. They removed the screw and plugged the whole in no time! Very satisfied and would definitely would recommend. Very good work!

Went there to get 4 new tires and an alignment. Was told they were too busy to do the alignment, so we just proceeded with new tires. My vehicle was currently riding on the spare (which was a good tire) and I asked the kid at the desk twice to note that I wanted to keep it. Seemed simple enough, however, when I got the vehicle back, the spare was off its wheel and tossed in the back with the flat still sitting in the spare wheel well on its wheel. So now I got a good spare off the wheel and useless, and a flat mounted on a wheel in the well. Exactly what I didn’t want. Went right back in to ask for the tires to be swapped to make it right, and the kid got annoyed and said I’d have to wait cause there was now another car on the lift and that I would have to pay extra (for work that should have been done in the first place.). Yeah, another 30min and $20, yeah right. I said forget it. Pretty bad customer service right there.

This place sucks. They charge triple the amount to get the work done, then they don't even do it. My employer uses them for our vehicles and they always break down and they charge like 900 bucks to fix AC and it doesn't even work. I would never bring my car here.
