Technicians are friendly but limited abilities - wouldn't recommend coming here for anything other than tires. Owner doesn't keep his word, hides in his office while nasty office manager lies about him not being there. Won't be back.

These folks are fine Christians and one need not be wary of getting service done. From my personal experience I know they will not repair something needlessly or rack up the bill. They also have the best tire prices in the csra I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend this place to everyone. They even provide free rotations every 7000 miles for any tires purchased and installed there and will not try to upsell you into something you don't need.

This business once again did an excellent job, and was able to get me an appointment during hours I am not working. I needed new rotars, and a tire patch. I was able to make an appt for early Sat a.m., and only had to wait about 1.5 hours or so. The staff there are very professional,vand explain things well.

I've been buying tires here for years and I have never had a major issue. The few minor things that have happened were corrected as soon as I had time and I've never been charged for anything other than the work that I've asked for. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I pass at least 7 other tire places just to come to this shop.

This place is really cheap but I don't know if that's a good thing because not one thing went right here and even a long customer he stated that the only good thing about the place is if you need a tire but nothing else and it comes down to this man was right on the money and they still charged me even though that did not fix my problem and they just gave me a sheet of paper stateing that there was lots of things wrong and could do no more with my car so I went else where with my business and the only thing I will buy from there are their great tires.

I wouldn't recommend this "business" to anyone. Terrible customer service. Had my truck brought here by another company I was dealing with, took them forever to do the workand when tthey finally went to do the front end alignment they neglected to tell me I had a tie rod end that was ready to fall apart. Can't do an alignment with a bad tie rod end.

The only discount you get from Discount Tires is the word Discount. These people are very ridiculous! If you have your own (tire pressure monitor system) tpms that needs to be installed in one tire. They want to charge you $20.00 per tire and $20.00 to program each tire. My advice too you is to go somewhere else unless you do not mind throwing your money away.

I've gotten 4 sets of tires here and I have been 100% satisfied every time. Just today they pressed ball joints and bushings for me 45 minutes before closing. Can't beat customer service like this.

I’m all about giving people credit when u do a good job. This place is not even close! Called to get a quote & make sure they have a tire in drove across town. After waiting forever they send lady over to say they don’t have it. I ask “why would they tell us 15 min ago they did?” She proceeds to say I’m obviously having a bad day. I say “well I am now” after exchanging a few words she I finally said “u know u could just say sorry u drove over & we were wrong” ...no she literally says “we don’t reward bad behavior with an apology!!! SAY WHAT??? Stay away people trust me!!!

I called all over Aiken trying to find someone to help me with a new tire for my camper with no avail when I found Aiken Discount Tire. I explained I was visiting from out of town and was on my way back home when I got a flat tire on my camper. Aiken Discount Tire fixed me up super fast under an hour, and I was on my way. About 2 hours down the road I called with an issue I was having with the tire they replaced. Spoke with the owner and he took care of my problem — super nice folks with excellent customer service.

Took my car here after I got into an accident. First, I didn't receive one call the whole day they were looking at it and I kept having to call them. 5 hours later they told me they couldn't fix it that day and needed to order parts. They quoted me at $1000 worth of damage but insurance came it had almost $6000 worth of damage, which totaled the car. Found out later from the mechanic that the bottom of the car was all torn up (so more obvious damage that they never told me about) and that they wouldn't have been able to do those repairs anyway. The owner called after the weekend was over to ask if it was getting repaired as if he didn't know the story. Wallace and the lady who works at the front end were incredibly nasty to me and my husband during the whole ordeal.

To be honest. The service was good, But I paid over $180.00 more in parts. I went to this place because it was an emergency, but I checked prices later. I found the tires for $47.00 and they chaged me $70.00, also the rootors for my breaks I found them in $30.00 they also changed me $70.00. I was very upset with pricing. The charge for labor was normal, but they charge too MUCH, for parts. I would advise you to buy your parts online and have them put them on.

We used Aiken Discount Tire to replace our breaks, and mysteriously the center cap emblem on our Cadillac is missing. No one wanted to take responsibility, and blamed us. The owner was extremely rude and advised my husband if his worker said he didn't do it then that's the end of it and to leave the property. They accused my husband of being rude and accusatory. You think?!. We get service from you. And this mishap happen, not only are we blamed, but we were humiliated, and made to feel like we were wrong. TO ANYONE THAT USES AIKEN DISCOUNT TIRE SERVICES. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR THIROUGHLY BEFORE LEAVING WITH THEM. I just want to prevent this unfortunate incident from happening to someone else
