Went here for an oil change Friday before Christmas. Went next door for a beer while waiting. Took my phone number and said we'll call when it's ready. No call. Go back and they decided to close early. Couldn't get my keys for three days!! He could have cared less. Yah. Whatever it's my business I close when I want. Can’t imagine why they don’t have enough business to stay open till 5!

I brought my car in for a simple inspection and I must say that I'm very impressed. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The inspection itself went very fast, I was in and out in record time. I will be returning for regular maintenance. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Rick's for the past five years for repairs on both my wife and my vehicles. Never once have I felt as though I have been "taken", actually quite the opposite. I sent my brother-in-law to Ricks after a dealership wanted $7500.00 to repair his F-250 for inspection. Rick's did the repairs for $850.00! (Brakes, two tires, cracked manifold and leaking fuel line (The dealership told him it was his brakeline!)).

Rick’s Tire and Auto is open again as of September of 2018. Prices are much lower than other repair shops in the area. Very experienced mechanics. Impressive and quick service. Will definitely refer my family and friends there and we can both save 10%. My car mechanic was Chadi, he is the owner and he was excellent. I highly recommend this repair shop. Very trustworthy.

This place is under new ownership as of September I belive. They are most definitely reasonably priced and offer some good deals as well. I went there for inspection for my car and was in an I. I met the owner and he seemed like a nice guy. I will definitely be going back to Rick's if I need will need anything else done to my car. Very helpful.. thanks!

Worst repair shop, way over priced, juts determined I needed ball joints before they even looked at it 1 ball joint 2 tires $100 (14 inch tire) They want $400 for the job!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

This repair shop is under new ownership as of September of 2018. Do not take into consideration the negative reviews prior to that date. The name of the business is unchanged. The new owner is a very hard working, honest, and experienced mechanic. I brought my car in for service and they really value their customers and care about their satisfaction. Their prices are fair and cheaper than surrounding repair shops. Check out their specials as you will save lots of money with those deals. Also if you refer a friend, you both get 10% off your next service which is another amazing opportunity to save money. P.S. they always have fresh complimentary coffee and snacks which a bonus too!

worse place ever i brought my audi there yesterday they tried to tell me i needed to buy a special liquid for my car to work right again,a kit they sell ,the kid said it would clean the doors for the exhaust he said they were little flaps that open like a garage door and mine were getting stuck,,,first off its called vales if your reading this ricks,you lie so bad to make money i only came in to scan my car to get ready for inspection and you want to work on my 2017 audi terrible place my mistake i go to inskip but kid was at pet store,,never again they should be closed

For those who believe that the same administration is not. Now what is this Chad kid that is a child without any automotive experience that saves customers from their problem in their car? He sells pieces that the vehicle does not need. for charging and stealing more money from customers .. Why do I say it because I was working as an ASE Technician and I do not like what he does ... I would argue and tell him why he does that to the clients .. What was your answer ... that did not matter because he had to make money one way or another and that was not my problem ... I personally write to let you know that Class of workshop are taking your vehicle
