This place is horrible. They gave me the wrong size tire. And then when I went back the next day to give them their tire back and ask them for my money back, they refused to give me my money. if I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend.

I went in for an alignment did a good jib talked me through it the whole time 45 minutes (there was inly two guys working) didnt even have an appointment. Definetly going to come back for any other tire related issue.

My husband and I Came here in a jam. The tire I got was decent for the price and it was handled in a timely manor. Where my issue lies is with the customer service. It's horrible. The man at the desk was terribly rude and had zero people skills. Honestly he seemed Extremely unhappy with his job. I mean sitting at a desk on your phone watching videos must be so hard. Having to deal with customers every once in a while. Jeesh. The people we needed to do the full job were not available. They weren't even in town at the moment. Did they tell us when we called before we went? Nope. Did they tell us when we arrived? Nope. Buddy at the desk was apparently hungry for a quick dollar! This man waited until after I purchased a tire to tell us. He told us to come back later or the next day for the person I needed. I said We didn't have time for that. He insisted that We come back, but had no idea when or if the worker would be back same day. He said he would call me when he figured it out, but didn't ask for my number. I made the suggestion that he take my number, and he seemed shocked that it was an actual option to write a friggin number down. That phone call never came by the way. Not that day or the next. Never. ( I wasn't holding my breath on a man who didn't even think to ask a customer for their information ) I was also very confused on why they didn't show me the tire I was paying for before hand. Did I even have a choice at this point? Fortunately for them I was in a jam and far beyond stressed from my day as is to stand around and argue. So I paid for the tire and left. Never to return again. The men that actually work on your car are great at their jobs! I was polite and patient the whole time when deep inside I wanted to flip out over the incompetence of this adult man who could not handle simple tasks. I will not say don't go here, because as a business they are fair. Location is great. Products are for the most part fair. I will however say, pay attention. If you are uncomfortable or have questions or concerns, speak up! Don't settle for less like I did. Lesson learned.

They we're efficient and nice. They are very busy, so not a lot of time to speak. You must ask questions, if you want specific answers. My family has used them for years, with no trouble. They do charge the $10 to balance the tire, which is a normal charge, as well as reasonable and less than elsewhere.

Not the tightest ship. They don't readily tell you that balance for the tires are an extra $10, and sometimes it seems as though the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. But they do good work.

Worst place to come too, I needed two tires they charge me 100$ okay, that's fine . I guess I didn't have my key to my tires so they go ahead take my bolt out of my tires with out even letting me know and they go ahead and charge me again. So I ended up spending 30$ more than what I expected, now I'm just so stupid for coming here cause anywhere else for used tire would be way cheaper. But anyways a day or two later one of my "new" tire has a slow leak. I called them told them about it , they told me to bring it in ,so I did and then they have the audicity to say it's going to be 20$ to fix the hole. Like no, put my tire back on my car and stop being so money hungry .... DO NOT COME HERE If You DONT want to get ripped OFF like I I did !!!!!!!

Larry is a great mechanic but the owner has the worse attitude and he stands around and micro manages all day long. He even tells his employee to leave one job unfinished and start on another job. Horibble businessman. He even goes as far as having heated debates with his employee right in front of customers. Again, horrible businessman.
